It was a pleasure dealing with the Lennar Sales Consultant and the Supervisor of construction. Both Lennar employees guided me through the purchase with ease and years of experience/knowledge. Lennar builds a well-constructed home and stands by their product. Any question I had during the purchasing process was answered quickly. Any questions/concerns I had after moving in were solved in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Lennar as your home builder.

There were a number of things about the buying process that we didn't like - especially the lack of options and the quality of the materials that were available to us. I have never built a house that had so few options.

This builder is basically a machine. We paid quite a lot for this home but it has sub par materials. I understand new home buyers are left with even fewer choices. This was like buying a spec home.

When we bought, I didn’t hear from my sales person at all. They never cleaned the home before giving the keys. I had to go in and clean before I could move in. They never showed me how to change the filter in the attic. They are not good about fixing things. I finally gave up and are fixing things on my own. And finally, what kind of home builders don’t give you screens for windows??? I had to MAKE them on my own! Look at other builders before buying unless you plans to spend A LOT!

The quality of materials and specially the workmanship is way below the minimum standards. If I went back, I would go with another company. Low value for what you pay and I almost feel like getting catfished with this house. The original construction manager and customer manager were rude and refused to address all the issues. If you are in the market for a new build PLEASE look at the reviews on line for Lennar and PLEASE consider other options.

Our whole home buying experience through Lennar was outstanding. Support from Lennar's fantastic team - German & Jessica (new home consultants), Nick (customer care representative), & the Construction Team was amazing - making both the home buying and living experience memorable! Preserve has beautiful homes along with an awesome community - and is in an excellent location, with close proximity to a lot of shopping areas and the 680 freeway.

We purchased our town home site unseen from a different state. Working with Taylor and the Lennar team long distance was a challenge, but they bent over backward to make sure we were taken care of and only had to make one trip to Tennessee. Our tenants love the house and are very happy there.

There were several items that had not been completed by the time of closing and several more issues once we moved in. We have now been in our house 4 months and are still experiencing issues. I feel that Lennar is now more about quantity than quality.

When I first toured the townhomes I was very impressed. My mom has a Lennar home in Reno and it was a very well built home. One of the first things I was told when I started asking questions was that I would be able to put AC in my townhome once I took possession of it. Well that is not the case. The Lennar board of directors said no middle units only end units can get it and now the current board is saying no to middle units as well. Many of us feel like we were lied to about this. 2nd the home was WAYYYYYY over priced and when the appraisal came in 41K under asking Lennar told me to ...

I just wish the materials used in our home were much better quality . Not like our interior kitchen cabinets which are so cheap with no quality. The shelves inside our kitchen cabinets already are going bad after 4 months . Same with quality and type of paints they used in our rooms . Very cheap . Super weak and cheap materials

Unfortunately many things in this home feel slapped together. The decisions made on things like where to put the pocket lights and where to position the AC unit show just how much the building team is thoughtless in their approach, which makes the home feel ... clunky. The materials used are the cheapest possible. From decking material that my child regularly gets splinters on to paint that literally rubs off when you get the wall wet, I would not say the quality of materials stands up to the price tag.
