Very difficult to get repair work completed. We also have a common area behind our property that we were told would be cleaned up and landscaped when we closed. We have been in our home for 4 months and cannot get the area cleaned up. It is very embarrassing.

Nice community where it’s built. Difficult working through the mortgage process. Not enough help. Other than the mortgage people I found everyone else available and wanting to try to see my needs were met. Lots of items needed attention after a private inspection.

Couldn’t ask for a better on-site team. The mortgage team unfortunately did not meet up to the standards. Non-responsive and unorganized. They made this process very difficult and stressful. Thank goodness we had Tobi to fall back on.

From the first step into Lennar we were not pleased, we house hunted in January. The sales representative, was over an hour late for our appt that we scheduled with him, and then he told us to just go show ourselves around the 2 options of properties, which we did. Then he met with us after and after falling in absolute love with one of the models he tells us its a 2 year wait. This is why he should have spoken with us first and not just sent us in. We have been in our home for 4 months. The first three were a nightmare. We had many issues and it was not acceptable. We had our spigot in the garage fixed 4x bc it leaks, and shot out of the wall and flooded our garage, the master shower flooring was not installed good and couldn’t use it the first month bc they had to keep adding foam and it still squeaks. Our mater toilet was leaking and called the emergency number and told it’s not a emergency and to shut water off and they’ll come tomorrow. The smoke detector goes off 10+ Times while you cook. Not happy whatsoever. There has been multiple issues with my home. They have been dragging their feet on fixing them. The quality of workmanship is horrible compared to a house I sold that was built in 96. You also think they’d work on soundproofing knowing it’s a townhome community close to a highway, but no, you can hear everything. Their banking individuals during the buying process were also horrible, they dragged their feet and made promises they eventually broke and I ended up with a more reputable institution. If I were you, I’d stay away from Lennar. Treats it like the plague and get ...

Requested my preconstruction meeting 4 times, IN WRITING, never happened. Was not able to do a pre-sheetrock inspection despite asking for one, they put the sheetrock up anyways. Had I known timelines, hence wanting a preconstruction meeting, I could have planned better. I did not meet A SINGLE person from the construction team until TWO WEEKS before I closed. Workmanship was described by A LENNAR TEAM MEMBER and my realtor as "embarrassing".
