Very courtesy and responded every time i had questions or issues. Overall great people and the processing in getting home. Especially the incentive in buying in the area of my home. Great savings on down payment.

The home consultant I worked with was phenomenal. She was very attentive to my concerns but the lenders that are used were not good at all. Very unorganized and I feel that they lacked experience.

Over promise and under deliver. Poor response to issues.

Every part of the building process and closing went very smooth and the sales representative was extremely knowledgeable and quickly responded to any questions I had.

The grass needs to be better and in place on solid ground prior to selling.

Best build quality out of 3 new builds that weve had

Lennar made the buying experience exceptionally easy. We got our mortgage and insurance through Lennar which made everything go very smoothly.

We submit two services requests after we closing. And Lennar took care of them professionally and efficiently.

First and foremost, I pondered whether or not I wanted to write this review because I don’t like writing anything negative, however I think it’s necessary. For the amount of money I spent purchasing this home and the quality DOES NOT MATCH! I have had this home literally fall apart in front of my eyes. One issue after another and this is my 5th home, 4th that I’ve built and I’ve never experienced issues like this before. I have received notices from the HOA about my yard but yet the sprinklers were inoperable, and I had a work order in. The plants were dying and yes they place the cheapest mess in your yard , which is horrible to begin with. It literally look like a desert in your front yard! What type of curb appeal is this? Although I’ve had the contractors come out to fix the items, some have needed to be repaired a few times and that is not cool whatsoever! I closed in May and here it is only September and I’ve wasted more time at home waiting for a repairman than actually taking the time to enjoy the home. Instead of them applying semi gloss paint over the home, they Painted with flat paint, therefore the moment you close and move in, you’re hunting down a contractor to paint your hole which is an additional 3k. I have had to contact the individual who basically hand over the keys to obtain my keys, gate code, and my remote for the gate, when that should have been left at the door. It’s unnecessary and if Lennar is calling this quality??? Then they really need to speak with another builder to understand what quality is. It’s insane! When I have filled a complaint it has been addressed promptly. I do have a problem in the quality of some of the construction grade materials: appliances, ceiling fans, flooring, interior doors, paint windows etc. I would have been agreeable to pay upgrades to get better quality.

Finishing touches were somewhat shoddy. For example poor coat of paint on the door and inferior paint job on the inside.

Excellent sales folks. Joe Martin, in sales is great. Loan processors are great. Karlene Camero and Noah Johnson are wonderful.

Poor concrete work to many items unfinished on closing front office and financing good

The buying experience was extremely pleasant as compared to the mortgage process through Lennar which was difficult at times. First, my wife and I were impressed with the building of the home from start to finish. Everything was constructed in a very purposeful and deliberate manner. The structural integrity of the main structure was solid. Second, the doors and kitchen and bath cabinets were a bit on the cheap side but because they are builders cabinets we accepted that deficiency. Third, the kitchen granite countertop was installed with a defect that has not been addressed even after 2 complaints. Fourth, the house is spacious and we were given a slightly larger piece of property than other builders give. Constantly moved closing date. When we started closing we were told we must close on the 19th. They kept moving us back to a date of the 31st. We resent multiple documents. Some 3-4 times. Unable to get a hold of maintenance team for repairs.

I purchased my home last minute from Lennar, the closing happened very quickly and from the moment I met with the model home rep to any follow up repairs or consults, their team has been extremely responsive and helpful.

The home is built well. Nice to have modern features that make things convenient. I know they were trying to keep costs down in the model I purchased but it would have been nice to have the option to upgrade.

Great home buying experience with Lennar.

Blue taped the house and still found blue tape after closing on the house. Never received the 30 day courtesy call after closing. Horrible LO and buying experience.

Many things in the house was not complete there were multiple plumbing issues no one wanted to fix the problems regardless of the fact of spending over a half 1 million on this home Lennar is not a good partner in service
