Many things in the house was not complete there were multiple plumbing issues no one wanted to fix the problems regardless of the fact of spending over a half 1 million on this home Lennar is not a good partner in service

Nice and simple process, love the everything included.

The quality of materials for a home that I paid $800 a foot for was really really bad can you imagine putting linoleum flooring in the bathrooms!!!! That is the standard finish Hollow core doors Kitchen aid appliances Multiple warranty calls

We purchased our home sight unseen and just got the virtual walk thru since there were no models available to view. At our first walk thru there were a lot of items that needed to be fixed or repaired. I was assured they would be fixed by closing in 7 days. I had to wire the money before closing so it would be funded. Lennar extended closing by a week so we had to pay for additional housing. The day before closing we did our final walk thru. The blue tape was still everywhere and not move in ready at all. We were assured everything would get done with no questions asked after the fact. Once we closed it became such work and hassle to get anything. The new home rep was so helpful but his hands are tied when management says something different. We have been closed on the home for 6 months and still have work needed to be completed, and still haven’t move our furniture in. We have been living on bare minimum in what feels like a construction zone. There is still paint and texture all over the light switches and floors, and not to mention the beautiful blue tape everywhere! I’m now having problems with Lennar approving items clearly needing addressed being done. I paid extra to have a screen enclosure added to my back patio. Per the virtual walk Thru it is placed in a location that allows for patio furniture on both sides of the sliding door since the patio is pours very small and narrow. Well they put the door in the wrong location and refuse to fix the placement. Lennar management said I can pay to fix it. So the patio and lanai I paid extra for is unusable unless you want to go stand out there. I can’t believe on almost a half a million dollar home they would let a customer move into a not move in ready home and then argue about doing things after closing. I’ve been selling real estate in this area for 14 years and have sold many Lennar homes with a great experience for my clients. Unfortunately their quality and customer service has changed and is very disappointing. Please don’t close with items to be fixed….you’ll end up fighting for months! We were excited to move into our new Lennar home, but quickly ran into problems that were not uncovered during the pre-close inspection. Roofers did not cap one of the dyer vents which left a 4" opening right into the home resulting in water damage that Lennar did fix. Sheetrockers completely covered an AC vent into the den. Had to bring the AC subcontractor back to get in the attic, find it, and cut the sheetrock and install the vent register. Entry doors didn't seal (outside light shining through). Had to bring them back to install inserts to correct. The finish painting (doors, baseboards, trim) was a problem. In some parts of the home they used different shades that didn't match on the same wall. Fortunately, our original customer service rep was very helpful in getting these issues addressed, but now we worry about what other unseen problems does this house have that we don't even know about. Lennar mortgage was wonderful to work with, but sorry, but we can't recommend Lennar as a homebuilder. If you do decide to go with Lennar I highly recommend that you hire a really good inspector to go through the home before you close. ... More

I was walked thru every step of the process with my questions answered. I bought the home but never saw it until my walk thru before closing. I lived over 1,000 miles away but with weekly updates and pictures I could follow the building process. I have been extremely happy and of the minimal issues I had Lennar has fixed every one.

They are on top of your requests and are always there to help when they can. Yvette was awesome!

the loan application with Lennar makes you resubmit paperwork every week. Once moved in, when you have a problem that needs to be fixed, takes about a month or longer for them to even respond and try to fix it. Still waiting on things that need to be fixed. It's been 4 months.

Not at all whatsoever what we seen on the model home, I invite you to come and see the deference between the two….

We were handled very efficiently and were able to move into our "Quick Delivery" home almost on the exact day promised nearly 2 months earlier. Most of our questions or concerns were handled relatively quickly with just one still unmet. We are very happy with the house and are enjoying making it our home; giving it some personality.

Upon closer inspection it was clear that they rushed in building our home. There was still a layer of dust when we moved in; The builder stated they would pay to have a professional cleaner come in but this was never completed and the builder has become unresponsive to any requests. We have ended up deep cleaning most of the surfaces ourselves but discovered several faulty workmanship issues as we cleaned the house. We have placed multiple "warranty" requests in order to request fixes for faulty workmanship (such as for a few large scratches, poor tile work, poor drywall work, etc), but it has been >2 months later and most of our requests are incomplete with long response times. I strongly recommend refusing to move in until all fixes are completed, because it is not easy working with their warranty team. ... More

The buying of the house was quick and easy. Now if only the warranty work was as simple. Been waiting since we moved in in May 2021 to have the grading of the lot looked at since I have flooding issues from the neighbors sprinklers.

In a very volatile home buying market, buying a new home constructed by Lennar has been great. No bidding war, a wonderful home warranty, and the most recent home designs for today’s market. We are very happy.

The buying and building experience was great. The only things I would have changed was is having higher quality paint and laying sod in the back yard.

After you move in Lennar’s just not say goodbye.They are there for you for an issues that come up. They react immediately to an issue and have the right people come out and take care of the problem.

Disaster from the start, homeless squatting and cheap materials.

We're happy with our home, however for the price we paid we feel like the workmanship and the materials are not top of the line.
