Many things in the house was not complete there were multiple plumbing issues no one wanted to fix the problems regardless of the fact of spending over a half 1 million on this home Lennar is not a good partner in service

The quality of materials for a home that I paid $800 a foot for was really really bad can you imagine putting linoleum flooring in the bathrooms!!!! That is the standard finish Hollow core doors Kitchen aid appliances Multiple warranty calls

We purchased our home sight unseen and just got the virtual walk thru since there were no models available to view. At our first walk thru there were a lot of items that needed to be fixed or repaired. I was assured they would be fixed by closing in 7 days. I had to wire the money before closing so it would be funded. Lennar extended closing by a week so we had to pay for additional housing. The day before closing we did our final walk thru. The blue tape was still everywhere and not move in ready at all. We were assured everything would get done with no questions asked after the fact. ...

We were excited to move into our new Lennar home, but quickly ran into problems that were not uncovered during the pre-close inspection. Roofers did not cap one of the dyer vents which left a 4" opening right into the home resulting in water damage that Lennar did fix. Sheetrockers completely covered an AC vent into the den. Had to bring the AC subcontractor back to get in the attic, find it, and cut the sheetrock and install the vent register. Entry doors didn't seal (outside light shining through). Had to bring them back to install inserts to correct. The finish painting (doors, baseboards, ...

I was walked thru every step of the process with my questions answered. I bought the home but never saw it until my walk thru before closing. I lived over 1,000 miles away but with weekly updates and pictures I could follow the building process. I have been extremely happy and of the minimal issues I had Lennar has fixed every one.

the loan application with Lennar makes you resubmit paperwork every week. Once moved in, when you have a problem that needs to be fixed, takes about a month or longer for them to even respond and try to fix it. Still waiting on things that need to be fixed. It's been 4 months.

We were handled very efficiently and were able to move into our "Quick Delivery" home almost on the exact day promised nearly 2 months earlier. Most of our questions or concerns were handled relatively quickly with just one still unmet. We are very happy with the house and are enjoying making it our home; giving it some personality.

Upon closer inspection it was clear that they rushed in building our home. There was still a layer of dust when we moved in; The builder stated they would pay to have a professional cleaner come in but this was never completed and the builder has become unresponsive to any requests. We have ended up deep cleaning most of the surfaces ourselves but discovered several faulty workmanship issues as we cleaned the house. We have placed multiple "warranty" requests in order to request fixes for faulty workmanship (such as for a few large scratches, poor tile work, poor drywall work, etc), but it ...
