Terrible follow up from constantly rotating construction managers caused a lot of stress and delays. Generally poor workmanship. High pressure sales just tells you what they think you want to hear. Don't visit without a realtor or you're on your own for the duration.

Model home of course will always look perfect to bring in buyers but once you get your home they will avoid issues with house , I was anxious n wanted in ASAP but counter is still bothering me and I don’t think all house are built that way but like I said , I wanted to move in already and tired of waiting . Don’t rush and make sure everything is just as model home was , perfect

The people were nice enough… but had many issues with quality of the work performed. Many challenges trying to get the issues fixed/resolved. Installed faulty wiring so my internet has. It worked properly since I moved in and I work from home to imperative it be working properly. No help from Lennar… they put it off on other and tell me I need to contact warranty to fix… dishwasher, washer machine, Wifi all not working. Took a very long time for some resolution. Been in house almost 3 months and believe internet was worked on/off for a total of 2 weeks.

We worked with Lennar for 3 Months just to find out we got approved for a loan 3 days before closing. Imagine not getting the loan and wasting 3 months of house hunting? When we were asked for documentation they were uploaded into the portal within hours. We were asked for those documents again days later as the representative wouldn’t be able to find it without me telling them where it was. This was not an easy process. My previous home purchase was seamless compared to this catastrophe.

The experience getting into the home wasn't so bad but when we got in there issues started happening like paint peeling stucco peeling and a dip in the floor only after a month put in ticket requests 3 times sent pics and haven't heard back about anything somebody reached out to offer some discounts and a screen door but the issues never got fix so my rating started out a 9 when we moved in but has gone down because nobody has gotten back to me about repairs.

Overall experience was great. This is a production home builder so do not expect the finished product to be perfect or at the level of a custom builder. That being said Lennar was great to work with and I would recommend them. Experience exceeded our expectations.

I did not shop my loan to different brokers and Lennar locked me into their lender. I was moving from CA and unaware of TX real estate laws. My fault. I had to jump through hoops to get closed. The underwriter requested forms contradictory to information on Lennar’s website. Lender was not clear in communication requesting information that caused delays. Someone wrote “Won’t Get Fooled Again” and I lived it. If Lennar was the last builder on the planet, I wouldn’t recommend them.

Horrible service for landscaping, but other than that great experience. When you install completely dead grass after 6 weeks waiting for it, that sucks because the homeowners can’t get it to grow at all!! The worst with the added features!!

First time I called Lennar’s Waterwheel office I was told I couldn’t buy a home out of California where i was stationed as a Texas RESIDENT with a Texas drivers license where I was registered to vote IN TEXAS. Only bought this house as a temp with disabled VA loan will not be staying past 1 year. 0/10.

The quality of the home is impressive along with upgrades that are standard to their homes. I am very happy with the craftsmanship of the homes The customer service is outstanding. Overall my experience with Lennar has been outstanding. The girls in the office and the construction manager had great communication and helped whenever they could to answer any questions or issues I had. This has turned out to be a great neighborhood as well! The only complaints I have is HOA which is currently run by a company that makes you feel like you live in a communist country. They offer no help or even a response when asked for it but is quick to tell you what you need to do or haven’t done with very little grace period. My other complaint is with the Lennar Mortgage side of things. ...
