The builder uses quality materials and even better if you upgrade to a better quality products such as cabinets, flooring and carpeting. I would prefer if I had more of a selection to choose from such as granite kitchen counter top & cabinet colors.

Office staff was friendly and informative. The building manager was a pleasure to work with and everything went smoothly until closing day. Lennar title did not have the paperwork needed to close on time so we were delayed in the closing of our new home.

The quality is not there as promised. At final walk through they are reluctant to fix issues and have excuses for everything. Others in our neighborhood are experiencing the same problems and disappointment.

The beginning of my experience was great! However, after moving in I’m so disappointed in response to issues! I have a roof issue and I’ve been waiting almost 4 months and it is still not resolved. I’ve had to contact corporate and I’m hoping the man I’m dealing with will help! I was told I bought a production home!! Yes, but I expected quality!

All my tiles are uneven, I have been waiting months for my grading to be fix. Yesterday a light fixture fell out of the ceiling. The walls are extremely thin I can hear all the pipes when I turn on the water. The house was poorly insulated. The list goes on and on.

The buying experience was a little frustrating due to being out of country and some of the sales staff was not super helpful. There has been has been a few warranty issues with tile work and the company sub-contracted with Lennar is slow to fix the issues. Love the neighborhood and looking forward to loving my house once issues have been fixed.

Enjoying the new home overall. Sales Represntatives was accessible for questions. We did have have to battle Lennar to provide items/ detail work that were in the purchase agreement. Be prepared for “that’s within tolerance” when doing your walkthrough when there is clearly an issue.

Will never buy from them again for the infinite problems in every house they built in the neighborhood. Poor construction quality. Poor responsiveness. They don’t take responsibility and divert it up and down the chain.

There are a lot of things I notice around that house that looks sloppy or not installed or done correctly or with care. However, I will say when I bring the issue to their attention they address it but wish I didn't have the issues, to begin with.
