The quality of workmanship exhibited by the "trades" who worked on our home was NOT of a level I expected from a company like Lennar. There did not appear to be adequate/consistent on site supervision/control by the subcontractors utilized in the construction process. While there was a Lennar representative tasked with overseeing the various phases of construction; it appears he had little or no authority to enforce the correction of any discrepancies identified during his site inspections. Horrible experience by my brand new home with Lennar I do not recommend this builder I have the following issues and have never been resolved: 1. Significant deviation between what was delivered and the model I toured. 2. Unable to get cold water because they failed to dig the water piping. 3. I received old appliances probably because the nicer ones were not available anymore. 4. The kitchen is supposed to have a trash compactor Lennar did not install one nor did they want to install one. 5. Electrical plugs/outlets were different than the ones in the model home. 6. The neighborhood project manager was a 10 but the rest of the process was average. I realize we are dealing with Covid so I can look past the delays. However, I was disappointed with lack of options. I also think every house in the neighborhood looks the same. There is no variety of color or style. It makes it look cheap. We need more brick, stone, hardy board, richer colors to make it pop and not make our neighbors looks dated

What stood out to me the most with buying my Lennar home was the Lennar Team! More specifically Christine Monastra. She brings customer service to a totally different level. I moved into one of the last homes so it was already built when I made settlement. The home is gorgeous and fit all my needs. With that said, there have been a few hiccups, HOWEVER without fail, Christine was ALWAYS there to assist.
