Depending on your sales associate and building manager be prepared to go through a hassle of a process

Happy with my experience.

The neighborhood project manager was a 10 but the rest of the process was average. I realize we are dealing with Covid so I can look past the delays. However, I was disappointed with lack of options. I also think every house in the neighborhood looks the same. There is no variety of color or style. It makes it look cheap. We need more brick, stone, hardy board, richer colors to make it pop and not make our neighbors looks dated

Upgrades not available. This would have made the experience better.

Lennar has been very responsive to helping fix issues after moving into our new home.

Incentives included in early on purchasing of home in New Development at Venue at Monroe.

I would like to have Lennar know that the ultimate reason for our purchase was the professional service that was given to us by Dennis. From the greeting to our final closing Dennis was an absolute pleasure.

Lennar made the process of buying one of their homes easily! We are very happy with our choice trusting Lennar builders!

I would like them to repair the issues with my home

Would rate this experience Best Experience of the last two homes we purchased new in S. Riding and Leesburg, VA, and this one in Chanhassen, MN.

Dealing with Lennar for the past couple months has been nothing short of pure misery a complete disappointment. You open a warranty request and they keep you ignoring you. Multiples times I'm been trying to hold the warranty service from my community and not luck.

Personnel very friendly and helpful. Home materials used were inferior. Interior paint chalky, appliances installed incorrectly, sound of garage door opening and closing very loud, backyard grading nonexistent, sod crabgrass and weeds, much more...

What stood out to me the most with buying my Lennar home was the Lennar Team! More specifically Christine Monastra. She brings customer service to a totally different level. I moved into one of the last homes so it was already built when I made settlement. The home is gorgeous and fit all my needs. With that said, there have been a few hiccups, HOWEVER without fail, Christine was ALWAYS there to assist. The issues were completed quickly and she immediately followed up regarding satisfaction of the service and stayed on top of her team if further action was needed. Lennar has a GEM in Christine. This is the 3rd home I have had built and never experienced such wonderful customer service! Kudos to Christine for her professionalism, responsiveness and overall care of her customers!! ... More

Although we enjoy and like the community and neighbors, we were very disappointed with the quality of materials used and workmanship. As an example, we noticed the commode in the guest bathroom was extremely off center. Lennar refused to do anything about it and said it was within their level of tolerance. Quarter round molding in kitchen not finished with a mitered edge. Again, we were told, "that's the way we finish that area". They gave us a piece of molding so we can finish it to our "liking". The value is just not there for the money charged. As for the pressure to buy, Everytime we came to look at the models, the price went up. We came the next day to put down a deposit on home and the price went up $8000. The house was almost finished. The sales person had even told us to sleep on it and come back the next day. Lennar would not honor the price from the previous day. If you build with them be cautious and check out progress daily. ... More

Check every detail before accepting the house. Everything is NOT included. Many problems with the subcontractors' quality and workmanship. Lawns are especially rough.

Lennar has professional and courteous to deal with. Martha and Duke have been great to work with. Our Lennar agent, Dawn was great in answering all our questions in a timely manner. However, after accepting the house a few things have been at or below average. On closing day, we were left to fend for ourselves, did not know where to get our mail key, garage remotes did not work, no explanation on the Schlage keyless lock system, how to obtain the RFID chip for the gate entry, etc. A helpful explanation sheet would have been very helpful. I even wrote something up myself and submitted it with no response. We still cannot get our side-walk repaired when it was damaged before we moved-in. They just point the finger to the city. Most of all we were shocked to not receive anything from Lennar to include champagne or anything. They call closing day a celebration...but do nothing for you and was a nightmare of a day. THE HOUSE WAS GREAT THE YARD WAS TERRIBLE. ADDRESSED THE ISSUE AT CLOSING AND NOTHING IS BEING DONE ABOUT IT!

We are very happy with our new home. The process went smoothly for us. We had a few things that needed correcting and it was taken care very well. it did not happen as quick as I would have liked but the work was done to my satisfaction and i was pleased with the workman ship. Cory has stopped by my home as he was driving thru the neighborhood to check and make sure everything was done to our liking so i really appreciated that. The same for Viet
