The sales staff at Lennar were really great and helpful. Heroes was very helpfula nd stepped into the void where the person assigned to help us to closing went missing,. Once the contract was signed we were assigned to Paula. who was not always responsive but most importantly when we were trying to arrange utilities and other things we needed right after closing. She failed to get back to us when we were trying to pick up the keys. Heros stepped in and got it done. Thank you to Heros for getting us over the finish line. We love our new home and the construction quality is great.

Beginning with the sales man I was put at ease with the process. Everything was straightforward no questions. The closing was wonderful. The construction manager Jim, was fantastic and still is. Dealing with the HOA has been very easy and always there for my questions.

Sales people were excellent. Very knowledgeable and quick to find answers; They were not pushy nor did they say to us you must decide now because someone else is looking at your house.

There is no high-speed fiber internet available.

First day in-- a leak was discovered in Kitchen caused by dishwasher. Construction Mgr, Charles, came over instantly and took over and quickly had it fixed. Charles helped us on other issues as well. This made start up at the new home a smooth experience.

I had looked at Lennar new builds for 11 months. I had made offers on two other homes. I walked in to my home, and knew immediately that it was THE ONE. The process was extremely simple, and I closed within two weeks.

I’m very pleased with my experience with Lennar, they are very professional when it come to serve they clients.. my experiences with Lennar was very productive. From start to finish.. because of the dedication and commitment now I have my new house. I will recommend Lennar to any one who’s ready to buy new homes.

Good value & location for new home

Great honest and direct conversations and very helpful with purchase pricing under different down payments, terms, etc. Knew my parameters for purchase and made the sale. Wonderful personality and a pleasure to meet!

With a new home build there are items within and or from the build that need fixing and adjusting. My rep Tina has been exceptional in contacting and guidance and solving these issues has been spot on and welcomed. Peace of mind and and appreciation for her, for Lennar is one of the best experiences in home ownership I have ever had.

Fast action and responsible in addressing the issues

Buying and closing was spectacular! Materials used for the house are not bad but not the best! Customer service is good!

Alberto and Damian were both great. They responded and followed through with all my requests. There were quite a few, mostly all minor and some that were just silly on my part.

Lennar was great to work with. Our turn around from accepting offer to closing was two weeks. We didn't think it could happen but they made it so and we felt very good about the entire transaction.

Good experience from the sale dept. all the way to closing. The warranty team were very responsive to the small details needed..

I’m very pleased overall. Is everything perfect? Not necessarily, but the workmanship is good quality with a few relatively minor issues here and there. That said, Lennar has been very responsive in doing repairs. My biggest issue is the lack of access to reliable internet close to two months post purchase. It’s tough to be without it these days and this was not made clear at time of purchase. Makes it difficult to take advantage of functions that rely on internet-Ring doorbell/camera, door lock system, thermostat, etc. I don’t feel Lennar has been assertive enough in working with local cable company on behalf of new residents to install cable. At least it hasn’t been communicated if they are. ... More
