Overall, we have had a great home buying experience with Lennar. At inspection, they responded to all of our questions and addressed our concerns immediately. We would recommend Lennar as a good builder to our friends and family.

The home buying process was easy and Lennar has been prompt about resolving any of the usual problems that go with buying a new build.

I wanted to know the interior color of the paint and how to get touch up for nicks and scrapes. The Lennar rep was quick to respond giving me the resolution that I needed.

People that we have worked with from beginning to the move in have been most helpful. Denise, Chad, and Sam are personable and responsive to our questions and concerns.

Lennar helped us with our moving transition greatly, From the house searching, to closing on our dream home, everything was a pleasant experience. There were a couple of small defects that popped up after we moved in (2 faulty breakers and a scratch in one of the window panes) but Lennar was quick to get these issues resolved from what was virtually a flawless moving experience for my wife, 1 year old, and I.

Kimberly (Home Consultant) was amazing, answered the phone every time and responded to texts.

It is a great experience with the builder buying a house. I am sure to share my experience with my friends who are planning to buy house in future.

I had a sales & closing team of professionals to assist me with each phase of my purchase. There were a few times when communication lagged, but overall it was fine. The home is solid and it feels safe. I love how the yard is a good size for me. My neighbors are not too close where our homes feel conjoined, yet there is a feeling of community. I will circle back next year with an update.

Devin assisted us in securing our home. We were hesitant due to all the negative reviews we saw and choosing to not have a realtor, but when people say the builder agents are only working in the best interest of the builder, they have not met Devin. She was truly amazing every step of the way. Austin was fantastic during our walkthroughs and Prestin/Customer Service team have responded very quickly to anything that has came up since we moved in a couple months ago. The only thing I can say that I wasn't incredibly pleased with was the lender representative we had, we felt there wasn't a lot of communication but at the end we were happy with the results. The entire journey of buying a house from Lennar was nothing less than a dream come true! All of our prayers for what we need were answered in our Waverly home. We started this journey in October 2024 and mentioned all the options we wanted in our new house. Most of them were not available at that time. Because of the real estate market was moving slowly the sale of our existing home was delayed. However, it all worked out. Lennar sales rep listened to our concerns and included those options in the next building phase. We are so excited and pleased with all of the additional options. The walk through repairs were minor and what little we saw were addressed for the most part. We are so for Lennar being brought into our lives! I have a few advice. It would be nice to have the upgraded appliances throughout the gourmet kitchen. The zero entry shower in the master bathroom is super great! A wider shower door opening for easier access would be even greater! I love the way Lennar listens to their customers’ feedback. Please keep up the good work. The sales team, builders, trades workers all worked diligently to make sure our home was ready for closing and after. Many went above and beyond to please us. The paint job was only satisfactory. The rest of the work was very good. Thank you for making this a smooth transition into our new home.

I looked at many new homes throughout Sussex County before finding Schooner Landing. The complex was small and well laid out with ponds and open spaces. The style of homes offered were of interest to me as they had various features that I was looking for in a new home. I like that the lots of the homes are large enough where you are not looking into your neighbor's home. The process from contract to settlement was very smooth.

It was our first time buying a new construction, and there were certain aspects of the process that were unfamiliar, but we were overall happy with our experience with Lennar. I was initially uneasy about the fact that they wouldn't let us have an independent inspection before we closed on the house, but they accommodated our request for a pre-drywall walk through with the builder. They were also upfront about an issue with the air conditioner that was present at the time of our final walk through one week before closing, which was subsequently fixed before we closed. We identified a few issues since moving in (door fittings, a leak, scratches in the tub) and they were super responsive and addressed the issues quickly. Buying a house here is a very important and big step, and I only achieved this with the Lennar team. From the first visit to the last step, they helped me with everything. My realtor also said their work is very good. And I can only thank God for allowing me to have this house.

Overall, while there are a few items that require correction, I am pleased with my experience.

The only thing that comes to mind is the sod was supposed to be installed right after closing and was installed during the time we were supposed to close and we did not end up closing till three weeks later so our sod is dead.

We purchased this property as an investment and overall it was a great experience. Jacob and the construction manager Andrew were excellent at communicating every detail during construction. Andrew provided updates on all aspects of each phase of the project since we couldn't visit on-site physically. I would definitely recommend Lennar to my friends and family.
