I have had a problem with the grading of my garage since I moved in 4 months ago. Now I’m just being ignored.

The process is fast, but this tendency reduces quality. No buyers remorse, but be prepared to have to possibly deal with issues right after moving in to the home. For me it was replacement of the exterior water pressure backup spout, repairing a roof leak, and broken doorbell chime. I notice other minor things pointing to lower quality of work like crooked windows for example. But I am still happy with my purchase as any issue I encounter so far they do service eventually. I moved in 4 months ago.

For a production home, we are very satisfied overall.

From the first time talking to Manny the process of buying a home was less stressful then I expected, on final walk thru to see the workers here doing the work as I pointed out what was wrong was a relief to know it was being done and even after I moved in the follow up calls were great to see

We purchased 2 coach homes. Looks like Material cost inflation from the deposit date until closing on the 2nd property is resulting in using lower quality appliances ( dishwasher, etc) and dropping accessories such a ceiling fans, medicine cabinets, etc.

I had the most wonderful sales rep. Laurie Swisher she was there for us 110% We just loved her. A true asset to your company.

Lennar is a good company to work with.

They were straight forward with us about what we needed to do to get into our home and helped us along the way.

Overall the experience with every rep was and has been great! Any time we need or needed assistance they would be there for us. However, I will say even though we purchased a lot of the higher end upgrades the install of them was very messy ie. Paint issues every where around the house, as if it was rushed, and so that was disappointing.

They kept me updated on my entire process with weekly email updates. The walk throughs were great. Lots of info. Workmanship good just needed a larger deck on the back instead of a balcony. Sod was put down over a lot of rocks so yard is difficult to maintain. Other than that the experience was good

Post closing warranty issues are/have been difficult to have resolved.

Do not trust this builder. We were lied to throughout the process and the quality of workmanship on our home was very poor. We will not recommend Lennar to anyone in the future.

It's amazing the things you find out about the contract you signed quickly along with the Builder etc, etc, after you move in. The Realtor just wants to sell sell sell and the builder just wants to put up a house very quickly!!! They don't care if the doors line up or if the floors are level or if there is insulation in the roof. GET A HOME INSPECTION BEFORE MOVING IN!!!

The staff really helped us get through the process smoothly. Communications back and forth were very good. They answered all of our questions. After we moved in they had a quick response to any issue we had.

Design is functional and lovely. We love the solid and quiet feel of our home and friendly, professional staff. The project manager helped me set up the wi-fi when the local internet company didn’t respond.

The friendliest community was what I was after and am quite satisfied with my purchase.

The process from start to finish was easy starting with our sales person Ryan, he has been tremendously helpful, and answers or finds out about anything we ask. Steve our loan officer was also extremely quick to return our calls. The quality of the people and the house are more than we ever expected, thank you again Lennar for everything you have helped us through.

Lennar builds homes very quickly and is more than willing to put out fires for the time they are required after the build than to do a quality job and hold their contractors to a higher standard. These homes could be so beautiful as they do use quality materials but everything is so rushed and sloppy. We were also pushed into using a "trusted" lender which was a nightmare. The numbers were wrong several times to the point that the mobile notary that was at our house in a different state refused to notarize the closing paperwork. Our sales agent from Lennar was nice but made promises the company did not keep. The sod is haphazardly thrown down and looks terrible. I will never buy another Lennar home and will never recommend them. I hope you have found this review helpful. They kept us informed during the entire building process. The ladies that were in charge during this time were excellent! They were so helpful and always very nice. We love our home.

Alot of work had to be done in the house,after closing as the workmanship is so poor.We still have a hole in our foundation needing to be fixed and our fence has still not been put v up as promised nor has the grass been re graded or a retention wall placed as promised.Itvis a nice community but buyer beware.

Make sure you look at every little detail when doing walkthrough.
