Alot of work had to be done in the house,after closing as the workmanship is so poor.We still have a hole in our foundation needing to be fixed and our fence has still not been put v up as promised nor has the grass been re graded or a retention wall placed as promised.Itvis a nice community but buyer beware.

Two cabinet doors broke right after we moved in. Kitchen floor toe kicks paint came off. We are still waiting for cabinet company to complete repairs but the closest appointment is in mid November. Disappointed

fast and easy process. finish work is awful. We have wavy walls, trim doesn't match up, the corners of every wall look horrible and drywall screws popping out everywhere.

Norman was excellent. Really the glue that held the whole thing together. That said, allowing the pipes to freeze with water pressure still in them, and the subsequent damage and delays that followed due to the water damage was an utterly stupid failure. Other than that, everything has been great. We enjoy the house very much.

We are so happy that we have found our new Covello home in Great park built by Lennar! It took us several exhausting months to find this home and it was absolutely worth it. Everything is amazing starting from the home itself and finishing with our new neighbours. The process of buying was smooth and quick, all Lennar representatives were very comfortable to work with. Hopefully our review will help many other families shorten the time spent on finding their dream place to live!

First I have to thank " James" in sales he was the best, help with each style of home and much more. He made sure we saw all available homes and explained each one. Great value for your money and there is no comparison to the other builders we looked at. Lennar makes sure everything is finished and looks great before you take possession of the home.

Everything went smooth until after closing. I moved in with broken windows and a promise they would be replaced. 4 months later I’m still waiting for them to be replaced. The lack of communication is ridiculous. I called the “customer service rep” and he didn’t even have the decency to call me back. His response to my phone call was to just copy me on an email to someone else . Didn’t even waste his time sending me an email directly addressing my issues/ questions.

Lennar builds a sub standard home with the lowest commercial grade of material to be used. You buy a Lennar home because of the community not because of Lennar. I would not recommend them as a builder and would avoid them if I decided to purchase another home in the future.

They don't communicate well. I had to make numerous calls and speak to various people before I learned the real reason why my home wasn't finished. At times I felt that I was being misled until I found people who told me the reasons for the delay.

We closed 4 months ago and I'm still waiting for items to be repaired/replaced. I've made numerous inquires and all I get is stalling. Some of the finishes aren't the best and after you close you have to spend a small fortune to customize the home. Lennar doesn't allow you to do it during construction when it would be cheaper and easier. Next time I will use a true custom builder.

The Lennar experience can be broken into a couple categories: buying and construction. The buying experience was frustrating and unprofessional. Our home delivery was delayed by 6 months, and the permit process was out of Lennar’s control, but the communication breakdown was unprofessional. We changed our point of contact four times, and were left in the dark unless we reached out for updates. We could anticipate that the home-building process may get pushed to the right, but the lack of communication was downright awful. The lack of communication and misguidings by Lennar was ...

The house itself is great but the buying experience was difficult. There was a 1 month delay in closing and when I requested to change lenders (more than 1 month before the new close date) I was denied and told I would lose the house if I changed lenders. This made the process more difficult because Lennar Mortgage was the absolute worst part of my buying experience.
