They kept us informed during the entire building process. The ladies that were in charge during this time were excellent! They were so helpful and always very nice. We love our home.

Alot of work had to be done in the house,after closing as the workmanship is so poor.We still have a hole in our foundation needing to be fixed and our fence has still not been put v up as promised nor has the grass been re graded or a retention wall placed as promised.Itvis a nice community but buyer beware.

Make sure you look at every little detail when doing walkthrough.

Two cabinet doors broke right after we moved in. Kitchen floor toe kicks paint came off. We are still waiting for cabinet company to complete repairs but the closest appointment is in mid November. Disappointed

We still have issues that have t been fixed. We still have tape on places in our house (closing was end of April!).

fast and easy process. finish work is awful. We have wavy walls, trim doesn't match up, the corners of every wall look horrible and drywall screws popping out everywhere.

Buying process was great. Unfortunately issues on the drain occur at our first stay. Flooded the main room.

Norman was excellent. Really the glue that held the whole thing together. That said, allowing the pipes to freeze with water pressure still in them, and the subsequent damage and delays that followed due to the water damage was an utterly stupid failure. Other than that, everything has been great. We enjoy the house very much.

Easy buying experience Delivered what was promised Responsive when needed

We are so happy that we have found our new Covello home in Great park built by Lennar! It took us several exhausting months to find this home and it was absolutely worth it. Everything is amazing starting from the home itself and finishing with our new neighbours. The process of buying was smooth and quick, all Lennar representatives were very comfortable to work with. Hopefully our review will help many other families shorten the time spent on finding their dream place to live!

Customer service is professional, helpful, and very responsive to inquiries.

First I have to thank " James" in sales he was the best, help with each style of home and much more. He made sure we saw all available homes and explained each one. Great value for your money and there is no comparison to the other builders we looked at. Lennar makes sure everything is finished and looks great before you take possession of the home.

Everything went smooth until after closing. I moved in with broken windows and a promise they would be replaced. 4 months later I’m still waiting for them to be replaced. The lack of communication is ridiculous. I called the “customer service rep” and he didn’t even have the decency to call me back. His response to my phone call was to just copy me on an email to someone else . Didn’t even waste his time sending me an email directly addressing my issues/ questions.

Lennar builds a sub standard home with the lowest commercial grade of material to be used. You buy a Lennar home because of the community not because of Lennar. I would not recommend them as a builder and would avoid them if I decided to purchase another home in the future.

We closed 4 months ago and I'm still waiting for items to be repaired/replaced. I've made numerous inquires and all I get is stalling. Some of the finishes aren't the best and after you close you have to spend a small fortune to customize the home. Lennar doesn't allow you to do it during construction when it would be cheaper and easier. Next time I will use a true custom builder.

Costumer service is Awsome but some things think could have been done little better in the house

The Lennar experience can be broken into a couple categories: buying and construction. The buying experience was frustrating and unprofessional. Our home delivery was delayed by 6 months, and the permit process was out of Lennar’s control, but the communication breakdown was unprofessional. We changed our point of contact four times, and were left in the dark unless we reached out for updates. We could anticipate that the home-building process may get pushed to the right, but the lack of communication was downright awful. The lack of communication and misguidings by Lennar was infuriating. Once we moved into our home, the quality of Lennar’s work was found to be objectionable. We are generally low maintenance and understand that some issues may be more annoyances and everything will not be perfect. Construction is not perfect, and good and even subpar workmanship is expected. Within three months of moving in, we had every trade back in the house to address warranty request items. But the cherry on the top was the leak found from our master bedroom bathroom. This confirmed whatever quality control and quality assurance process in place is a failure. Lennar’s value of “Why Buy New” states to “avoid immediate maintenance, struggle with time consuming repairs, uncover ignored and hidden problems.” The leak clearly serves to undermine those values. On top of these above mentioned items, the frustration grew because we have two boys under 2, so aside from this being a professional issue, it’s a personal issue. The warranty department has been a breath of fresh air. A couple managers did their best to give us fair compensation based on the experience we’ve encountered. But the buying and construction experience is not something we would want a homebuyer to go through. Spending as much as we did on a brand new home, we did not expect this from Lennar. ... More

Overpriced. Cheap low grade items used in kitchen and bathrooms, bad design with no natural light in kitchen or front door hallway,

Lennar's buying process has been wonderful. Any issues are addressed quite quickly!

The house itself is great but the buying experience was difficult. There was a 1 month delay in closing and when I requested to change lenders (more than 1 month before the new close date) I was denied and told I would lose the house if I changed lenders. This made the process more difficult because Lennar Mortgage was the absolute worst part of my buying experience.

The team of people that answered / responded to any questions or concerns I had. The entire process was easy, smooth and enjoyable.

Very disappointed. Lennar reputation proceeds them.
