Repairs that needed to be completed prior to the "needed" review for the sales department were priority. Details that need correction post that review certainly take a back seat. Vendors do not like accountability

Lennar family did an amazing job from beginning to end. Everyone was great. I would recommend them to anyone

So far satisfied despite the satisfaction on construction maintenance has been dropped from beginning of purchase though.

The home build was a long process during COVID and supply constraints. Our projected move in date was moved a few times due to issues with supplies and construction issues. Our sales rep Terrence was fantastic and once they got us our second contruction Project Manager things started to fall into place. We continue to work on issues to be fixed from our move in but Lennar has been really great to work with and responsive to our needs.

We bought the home in March 2021 and have flooring and wall paint issues at many places in the home. We filed work orders and when it's time for work orders to expire, management asked me to re open work orders with new expiry date. We are fine if you want more time but it has been 2 months now nobody is processing work orders. At least give the full 1 year support guys. Wifi is not working above 2nd floors at all. Bathroom Shower rod fell off. Wooden flooring came out. Paint is getting chipped off. Living room washroom door lock is not working. Lights panels on the ceiling coming off. Kitchen drawer wood is getting swollen. How many work orders we file tell us. Why can't someone take a look at these issues at once. Even there is formal way of work order get the work orders completed with SLA of max 1 week. High volume builder. Some options but not a custom builder. Good experience so far.

Lennar exceeded my expectations. The sales person was very personable and helpful. My construction manager has been very responsive. The house looks great!

Lennar organization is highly structured and very responsive to customers. It's employees, in our experience, are pleasant, cheerful, responsive and talented. the whole process from initial contact to closing went smoothly.

During the underwriting process you should take control and hold them accountable for timely communication. It will go smooth if you stay on top and understand what the next is.

Feel that Lennar is more concerned about the quantity of houses rather than the quality.

No attention to detail. Workmanship is poor. Grass they laid down is terrible. Damages were done after I closed to my property from a Lennar sub and Lennar told me to handle it with the sub.

The process went very smooth with us being able to take care of most of the paperwork remotely since we previously lived 9n another state. The initial walk-thru went quite well with very few issues (all of which were addressed prior to our closing on the home). The Lennar people were all especially great and bent over backward to assist us in the process. We have been in the house for over 2 months now and are still very thrilled with our home. We especially like the beautiful standard cabinetry, and flooring, as well as the appliances that were included. Title company and Champion Windows are difficult to work with.

There are many warranty issues that are hard to get fixed due to so many issues with other homes.

Happy that we gave moved here, but management does not respond well to facilitate open maintenance issues

Cindy our sales agent was great. We were told we could close after we got back from vacation, the sales manager than told us we couldn't and we needed to close before we left. After speaking with several people, they honored the original agreement. We did a walk through with the agent, there were alot of touchup and other items not working, to which I was told, would be corrected. When we got back from vacay and went to see the items, they were not only corrected, the person lied and said they were. They used the wrong paint to touch up the whole house, the doors weren't lined up properly and I am still correcting a main water leak that was there when we moved in and that has cost me a fortune to correct in not just labor but water bills. Someone broke the automatic blinds, to which I was told, "oh well." It took weeks to get someone out to get the lutron and ruckus working. The paint for the house is unavailable and we are borrowing from neighbors to correct the awful job they did in the house. The floors were scratched and they told me too bad. The refrigerator didn't work and they told me if I bought the filter and that didn't fix it they would come out and fix it. I bought the filter, still wasn't working. They told me that they didn't tell me that and to call GE. Someone stole my Keurig part for the refrigerator and I had to replace that. When I brought this up to the sales manager, she said I got the house for the $15k less than the list price so I should be happy. It has been an awful experience. I have bought brand new houses before, and being a Realtor, I sell brand new houses, I have never had this much trouble and been this disappointed. ... More

I would like other buyers to know that Lennar uses cheap labor, and that a lot of the work done on these houses will have to be redone. Please call me I can give examples. The journeyman workers to cheap labor ratio is really low so what the buyers are getting is not journeyman quality work. On the other hand, Cadence spends their advertising dollars making this place to be so great. Don’t get me wrong, I really like the recreation center, & everything that goes alone with that, but the quality of this home is not there. I had one of your construction folks tell me that “ it’s just a track home, you can’t expect great quality.” Just a track home? Buyers are paying a lot of money for “just a track home.” Don’t get me wrong I don’t need to be negative, but the truth doesn’t lie, and if you take these reviews seriously you know that what I’m saying is true and you should make some serious changes in the labor you hire, and that is more journeyman in every trade. Would that bump your costs higher? Yes indeed, but buyers can expect quality craftsmanship. ... More

everything was fair. not much to say

I'm a little biased against Lennar, who has always been a very good home builder, because my HVAC within the home is inadequate. After the "missing insulation" was installed, the excessive heat was better but the unit(s) still do not meet demand. All ASHRAE standards and calculations clearly indicate that the tonnage is well below what is needed for this (size) home. Lennar staff blamed the County and others for their equipment selections/design. I've filed the initial claim and will continue to monitor and document. Very disappointed.
