Bad experience with the sales rep

Very bad experience with our sales rep. No understanding of customer service. Luckily there is good customer support and great contract manager site.

We didn't get the all inclusive package that is advertised.

Be cautious when purchasing in a booming market. Houses are being built fast. In turn quality of workmanship diminishes. Ask about material being used. For example tile, carpet, cabinetry. Be aware. Solar isn't listed in the purchase price and is a add on. You can either purchase or lease. I would recommend purchasing to receive the tax break.

Nothing . - I hated my self for buying such low workmanship and poor quality home. Both are below standard. It’s not what I expected form a reputable builder such Lennar. If I have other choices I would have walked out In a heartbeat. I could go on and on how bad it is, but every time I thing about how stupid I was for buying such low quality home I get depressed.

I've only been living in the new home just 4 months, and I have had many issues. My front door is coming apart because the weather strips fell part causing the hot air to suck in. I called customer support and I was told that's I use the door too much so that's why the weather strips are falling off. I've only been living in the new home for four months and I shouldn't have to deal with those issues. I have had to get the kitchen cabinet repaired, the vinyl floor had to be repaired...so many issues. The quality of materials are super cheap. The dishwasher and the oven are the only items I ...

Very accommodating, willing to help us in anyway possible. They were very flexible with our situation when we had issues selling our other house first. Our construction manager (Chip) is second to none, he did a great job on our walk through and explained everything well so I was able to understand how our new home works.

The Lennar Title Company was non-responsive to my questions, emails and calls. They assigned my closing to three different agents before finally closing. I requested the closing settlement statement several times before I received it. My closing was remote with no personal interaction with a human being. I only met a Title representative when I picked up my keys. The Title Company is over worked, poorly managed and inefficient.

House was not closed on time as promised and I have to pay additional appraisal money .The customer team is awesome. Initial walk was great and everything was explained in detail .After closing of the house there were some issues that were resolved in timely fashion. Over all experience with Lennar was good !!!!

The first we moved in, the outlets in master’s bath did not work. The dishwasher did not work. I was told that we will get a new one, but we did not. The painting is below standard. Personally, I feel the windows in master bedroom is too small.

We closed on time as scheduled. With that said minor issues were repaired that were identified during the initial walk-through but we did experience problems getting things fixed after we closed and moved in. For example I found a large dent on the refrigerator and was told by the construction manager to just call Frigidaire and have it replaced under the warranty which made no sense to me since a dent on the refrigerator Does not seem like a warranty item to me
