First of all, I like this home because it is close to my son’s place. It’s nice to have a brand new home. It’s clean and it’s comfortable and the size of the rooms are plenty enough. The windows are large. There’s plenty parking for visitors. The HOA keeps the area clean. The stores are easy to navigate and not too far. I think it’s a good area.

Quite place, a lot of light in the house, great layout, nice patio, and great, knowledgeable staff

We purchased a home in a 55+ community and have been pleased with our home with regard to value for the price and eagerness of every one from sales reps to customer care reps to respond to our questions, concerns, requests for service, etc. Response time has been surprisingly quick and concern for a Lennar customer has been authentic.

Everyone that I had contact with throughout the buying process has been very helpful and very kind when I had problems or questions p.

The home buying process was smooth.

We were always supported promptly by the sales staff. Ryan was always good at responding to emails. The construction manager Josh also was responsive and helpful.

Overall our feelings are mixed regarding working with Lennar. Kasey was outstanding to say the least! We believe the purchaser should be allowed some input regarding finishing being installed into the home they're purchasing within reason of course. To purchase a property knowing you're going to replace the bathroom and kitchen is somewhat silly. A brand new house should be complete in our opinion. It's not to say we're not happy with our house but I could be better if allowed a couple inputs. We also didn't understand the timing of the builder. That speaks for itself when you buy with Lennar. To excel in some areas and blunder in others blithe's the entire process. Do better with the finishings! We do have a wonderful home in a wonderful. The sales team made the purchase process very easy. The townhomes are put together very nicely with plenty of storage. Home is light and bright even though we only have windows on the East and West sides. The landscaping is very nice and taken care of very well. We love it here!

Lennar was easy to work with and very responsive to any questions I have. The whole buying experience was made easy. Our home is built well and everything works fine. The appliances are standard, but you can upgrade. The HOA is expensive, but includes WiFi. We would buy from them again if we needed to.

Salesman wonderful Christina was very helpful and aware of her product. Lennar Mortgage was not so good and informative needs some attention on her understanding of loan process.

So far so good. Closing on line while in another state was made extremely easy. I do feel like my home didn't get the final touches before I closed. Maybe because I wasn't here. I have some minor issues under warranty but so far they have been very responsive.

Great community and great buying experience

We closed remotely and everything went very smooth, the minor repairs were taken care of in a timely manner. Minor blemishes in workmanship, but very satisfied overall.

We were able to see multiple homes in the price range that was right for us. We were able to take our time. However, once we made our decision we had to come back the next day to sign paperwork. Our Lennar salesperson was ready to do the paperwork that day. It took her longer to get the paperwork ready, and we were planning to go back home the next day. We left later that we wanted to to return home.

Lennar’s townhouses in Mirada are modern, spacious, and come with great home features. The community is beautiful, especially with the lagoon and convenient location. We had a few minor issues after closing, but Lennar’s warranty team handled them quickly. Overall, a great place to live and an excellent investment.

This group is outstanding. They make sure to go the extra mile to see that you are more than satisfied with every aspect of the purchase.

Although small, too many imperfections all over the house that you wouldn’t normally expect to see from a brand new house

Great offers and personnel support

buying and closing were stress free. Got to walk house before closing and get problems corrected. one item not able to correct was that the hose bibs are in wrong locations. the front hose bib is on the opposite side of the house from the garage.

As a former general contractor, I feel that these houses are probably better built than any other builder out here . They do need to pay a little more attention to final details like grout and caulking I will also add that the electrical switches. Need to be changed. They’re very difficult to operate. Otherwise I’m very satisfied with the unit. One other thing is they could’ve used a 3 1/2 ton AC unit instead of a 3 ton this is right on the borderline and gives you no room for growth.

Attention to detail and follow through was fantastic

Had a great experience buying with Lennar. We were looking for a quick move and was able to close in less than 30 days. Rusty was a great mortgage rep, got us a great deal on a home they were wanting to get sold. Locked in a great rate in the very beginning.

Our salesman, Aaron, loan officer, Bryan, and the gentleman at the title company who assisted us at closing were each very helpful, patient, and available when we had questions. We’re pleased with our new home and grateful for included features like the sprinkler system.
