I was very satisfied with the sales people and the closing process. Lennar has this well organized and very easy for the buyer. The home is solid and everything works well. I have owned twelve hones, including four new builds. My Lennar home has had the usual minor items that needed attention: things like trim paint on the ceiling, a minor door adjustment and some caulking that was needed. Trent and alyssa, my Lennar contacts were always plesant, responsive and cooperative in meeting my requests. My home came as a plain vanilla house. I spent the extra money to paint the interior with top quality paint instead of the builder's grade paint that came standard. 22It now looks fantastic. I also upgraded the kitchen cabinets with nicer doors and hardware and top quality appliances and I am very pleased with my new custom-look kitchen. Overall, I am satisfied with my new home and think it was a very good value for a large home on the water. I like the club house and fitness center. The home buying experience with Lennar was a breeze and we are very happy with our purchase

There were some concern areas but they were quick to assist.

From the beginning of the process with Damen the new home consultant, the experience with Lennar was excellent. Rodney the Loan Officer explained and delivered all necessary paperwork for our application approval. David our Quality Assurance guy was able to assist with our concerns prior to moving in. Once we moved in we noticed a couple of items of concerns and notified Ken the Customer Care Representative. Ken communicated with us immediately, stopped by to see the issue and contacted the appropriate person. He then followed up to make sure we were satisfied. The Lennar warranty team was really responsive and great at communicating progress. I would recommend a professional cleaning prior to closing as their floors had several adhesive marks that took multiple cleanings to remove.

From start to finish, other than me having to learn to Docusign process went very smoothly. All those representing Lennar were very kind and compassionate even when I had my many questions. Looking to spending time in my new forever home. My sincere thanks to All!!

Ed our salesman was fantastic!!

Loan process was horrible, takes over four minutes to get hot water at the kitchen sink and they’re telling me that that that’s normal solar company went bankrupt. We can’t get hook up, Plumbing fixtures very not very good. HOA is a disaster. I am a general building contractor, great value for what you get. Just having issues. We shouldn’t be having no mail delivery yet. They told us six months or more. I have to go to the post office to get our mail which is 17 minutes away. I know most of these problems are not Lennar directly, but this neighborhood needs help just setting up our basic needs. ... More

Benjamin was wonderful. Extremely knowledgeable. The staff is a true asset to Lennar. Especially Trent. Get's the job done. A true winner to your company. No matter what the situation is he is always pleasant and extremely helpful follows up and makes sure the job is completed and done correctly.

Be make sure to have a good Lender that will help you out through the process. Steve the first lender we had from Lennar quits on us. and I feel that he didn’t do his best to help us get the house. the 2nd lender we had outside Lennar was one of the best and she helped us get our dream home. But whatever happened Lennar still one of the good builders I know.

Our home is absolutely beautiful, and we love it. The price and interest rate were great!!!! Also, the insurance rate was outstanding. The salesman was kind and considerate, never pushy. I should have paid better attention in the walkthroughs. However, every item was rectified. There is natural light in every room, and again, I love this house. Now for the negative: The dishwasher is of the lowest quality. I plan to replace it in the near future. I would change the attic access in the hall to the garage if I could. I would also change the electric panel from the outside to the garage. I am happy !!!! ... More

I expected a much better quality home for $400,000. Walls were painted poorly. There were baseboards that weren't painted very well. The exterior of the house was dirty even though it was supposed to have been pressure washed the day before closing. My rear slider doors were scratched. While the warranty people were very responsive, it's been a fight to get things covered.

We love our new home at Candleberry Place! Denise, the sales agent, recommended the perfect home for us, she was so helpful and really listened to what we were looking for! She is a great asset to Lennar! Haney, the operations manager, was also very helpful when we purchased our home. He listened to my concerns about some minor problems with the home, and he had them corrected right away! He was easy to get in touch with, and followed thru with any concerns we had. Our house has all the latest amenities and we are glad we moved here!

Sales and customer support were knowledgeable and responsive. Their willingness to deal with issues was truly appreciated.

Excellent response to warranty work

From start to finish, this was a seamless and quick process. I already had a real estate agent and lender, but if I had it to do over again, I would have done everything through Lennar. The communication was quick and supportive. Some agents were assigned to me but everyone at Lennar assisted when needed. I'm usually a skeptical, person but I am truly impressed with Lennar and the honesty, quality, and genuine desire to make customers happy. The house itself is spectacular with gorgeous details, especially in the kitchen. I love the layout, the loft, fireplace, HUGE pantry, laundry room closet, and unexpected mountain views. The only drawbacks: for such a spacious feeling house, the staircase and master bath are narrow and the flat paint is impossible to clean. My bath counters are also scratched from the build but not major. The warranty and repair team are outstanding and everything that needed repair was fixed properly and fast. This house was a gift to myself after years of saving and I feel completely at home! There is a sense of peace and calm. (Side note, even with the continued construction, it's pretty quite and the workers are very respectful. I lived in Chicago and welcome the slight noise.) ... More
