Firstly, working with Victoria was an absolute pleasure. She made a stressful process easy and (most importantly) fun. Overall, the home is great. I do wish the hinges on the cabinets were soft close and there was one additional one installed to better support the cabinet doors. I also wish the carpet was a higher quality. It’s already showing wear patterns after 2 months in the home. Other than that, very happy with my home.

True value for money, nice people to work with

We purchased following a short sale process. Everything was done exactly in 28 days as they initially said. Every night we were required to submit paperwork and was very stressful. Hopefully we had personnel that was just a text away. Usually they answered very quickly. The app was easy to use and convenient to submit requested info and scanned docs. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Recommended.

This was our first home in USA and it was a very easy process with Lennar sales team. Very helpful and professional service. Not much happy about the construction team as we had to go back to them several times with issues and took longer to respond.

AFTER LIVING IN THE HOUSE FOR 2 MONTHS IV NOTICED CRACS ON THE CEILING DRYWAL AND CORNERS IN THE BATHROOM, DOORFRAMES ARE MADE OF PAPER MASS, NOR REAL WOOD AND SHORT SCRESW HOLDING THE DOOR HINGES TO THE FRAME TEND TO FALL OUT WITH THREAD9 HAD 2 OF THOSE INSTANCESWINDOW OPENINGS ARE NOWHERE NEAR TO BE SQUARE, TO A DEGREE WHERE WE COULDNT ORDER WINDOW SHUTTERS WITH THIN MOULDINGS.

Going under contract was very smooth and easy. The financing was quite a different story. We advised the mortgage person that we would be paying off the mortgage as soon as our former house closed. We were approved for the mortgage and then informed at a later date that we had been denied. We were able to work with a mortgage broker to secure financing...nonetheless. Once we moved in any issue that arouse was immediately addressed and resolved.

Throughout the buying process, Ted was polite, helpful, professional, knowledgeable and really made us feel welcomed & confident in our decision to buy. Ted even makes it a point to stop and say hello while at community gatherings.

The entire purchasing process was professionally handled with excellent communication. My questions were answered promptly and respectfully. Lennar is a large builder and I assumed the purchase process would be a corporate transactional atmosphere, but I was wrong.....it was a human centered service approach. Thank you Lennar team.

Their app is awesome for submitting work/repair orders. Followed by a scheduled discussion and the work being given to the proper tradesmen. Follow up and personalized attention is given. Thanks Shaun!

I will let my friends and families to buy house from Lennar but one thing is the closing cost is pretty high. It would have better to lower the cost to help buyers to buy house from Lennar

We found the Lennar staff very easy to work with. Always responsive with questions and concerns. I think my only disappointment has been "builder grade" everything from the floor coverings to appliance package. But, for the great price we paid for the home I guess that is to be expected. We practically begged to install our own carpet but that was not happening. I do wish there were some options to upgrade but that doesn't seem to be how Lennar operates. Overall we are very happy with our home!

This was one of the easiest things we’ve ever done in our life

Everything is great except material my house stairs get a gap next to closing day
