I purchased a Lennar home over the internet. I came how to look at it the day of the inspection. I found that the home was well represented and Lennar to be trustworthy. The process was quick and easy and we have had no problems with workmanship since moving in. The work on the amenities is going smoothly and as planned as far as I could tell.

Everyone involved with the purchase and closing was very professional, helpful and patient. I would highly recommend Lennar to family and friends. I'm fact my boyfriend is the one who referred me to Lennar!

Sherwin ans Christi did a very good job. They were very professional in the telephone conversations we had, they answered all my questions and explained in details so that I can understand and make my own decisions. They went above and beyond my expectations and made sure my move in date that I have ask for was achieved.

Kristen helped us move quickly to purchase our home. Most of our experience was positive.

Lennar was great to work with from the time I started looking and continues to be very responsive to requests and needs. Brandon found the home for me and helped get it closed quickly. Marco walked me through lending all the way to closing, standing by every thing he promised. Miles and Guillermo have been most helpful on any repairs or requests after moving in. Quality of construction appears to be great, no issues so far! I do wish they would change the source for appliances. Overall they work but if I had to rate the appliances would be a low rating. Had very good experience with Lennar

From the time we showed interest in our duplex the salesman Marc was very helpful to the closing with Heather was a very good experience. Heather was so helpful every step of the way.

House is very nice. So far we are very happy in this neighborhood.

Everyone was helpful. However, the technology is difficult to maneuver for a person without the knowledge to understand. And the mortgage process is so detailed. However I understand that is required. Lennar personnel helped me immensely.

I purchased a condo in Venice, Florida. The entire Lennar team was great! Thank you Denise and Josh, you and your team made it very easy and fun.

The place is amazing and the buying process super organized and easy but some materials and other parts of the house super cheap.
