Still have a question about flooring in our house, looks like LVP(planks) not planks, but linoleum. But all builders team are very good people, five star service, answering all questions, very helpful. Thank you to all of you.

The Lennar team I worked with was great from start to finish. Marla, my sales associate, was amazing—super helpful and easy to work with. Jorge, my home care rep, was quick to respond and got things taken care of right away. Overall, Marla and Jorge really made my homebuying experience a great one.

Be aware that all drawers in the Bathrooms are Fake and do not open. We didn’t bother opening during our first initial showing and just assumed they would open. When brought to their attention during our walk through before closing, the construction manager refused to change out. Great value for the most part!!

Lennar has been very attentive to every little thing I mentioned. They had the issues corrected very quickly by very kind, polite people, ie: HVAC company.

One of the best experience, I have was purchasing a newly build home with Lennar. As a first time home buyer, I was given the opportunity to purchase a home that my family can enjoy living in for years to come. I look forward to enjoy my time my new home with my family.

From the selection of the floorplan, to the final through; it was a relief to have my hand held throughout it all.

I had a great experience all around from viewing the first time to the purchasing of the home. Had two issues since I moved in and both have been taken care of within a day or so of calling Lennar Customer Service.

The entire was seemless to be honest! No significant unforeseen issues that could not be solved.

Ryan has been extremely responsive, patient, knowledgeable and helpful. Carlos is always there to answer our questions and always makes time for us.

The first person I spoke to was Valerie. I gave her my budget and I told her the house that wanted and to please get me in my house!!! Casey began with my loan docs and got me into my home in no time. I’m grateful for the team. There were extremely responsive and respectful.

Great company and beautiful home

It was an awesome journey through out the process from find the best fit plan for our need till closure. Since this is my first time experiencing the process of owning a home, it is memorable. Thanks for the support from Lennar team.

We love our home and will ultimately make it ours. However, Lennar could add a few things that would make the buying experience better. For instance, towel bars in the bathrooms, cabinets in the laundry room and pull-out drawers in the kitchen would give the buyer a much better experience by meeting their basic needs. It would elevate Lennar's reputation as a builder. Otherwise, they have been great to work with.

I wish better quality

We were very happy with our buying process from start to finish! Everyone was extremely helpful during our walkthroughs and have been available for any issues we've had since we moved in. They even sent men out to check that I closed my garage door when I was running late for work and thought I had forgotten. We feel very taken care of by Lennar, and are very happy we went with them for our home instead of other builders in the area.

Home buying experience was nice

After 8 years of apartment living...and with the uncertainty of future rent costs, we decided to see what was available in our price range. We found exactly what we needed on our first visit to Mirada. 36 days later, we moved in to our spacious, no outside maintenance home. Thanks for helping us secure our future.

Lennar really cares about your home experience and are very fast responding to your needs and questions regarding your home

The staff at Lennard was very nice and professional and it made the home buying experience pleasant. They also have been very responsive to any questions/issues I had with the home. What about the home itself? I would give Lennard A++ for the quality build of the home. Their construction crew did a great job. That said I REALLY wish Lennard would have included some basic things with the home which they didn't. Things like a garage opener (which I had to have a private garage door company install for $475), pouring the concrete for a patio in the back of the house. Even a modest patio of 5' x 7' would have been very helpful. A wash basin in the garage would have also been a nice addition that should come standard. And there is only ONE hose bib on the outside of the home. ... More

ALL THE REPS WERE WILLING TO HELP AND ANS ALL OUR QUESTIONS

I have to admit I was not looking to buy new construction after all the horror stories I had heard and read about. However, the deal on the Lennar home I ended up purchasing was too good to pass up. I believe the workmanship and choice of materials has been better than expected. Of course, nothing is perfect and there have been a few very minor issues so far but the response from the warranty team has been excellent. Fingers crossed that as time goes on, there are no hidden problems that reveal themselves, but so far, so good!
