I am grateful and extremely thankful for LENNAR. The house was built beautifully and comfortable. The representative who showed us the property was very professional and kind. The representative from LENNAR mortgage was patient and helpful. She explained and provided assistance throughout the process. I do recommend any person who wants an elegant home to purchase LENNAR. Thank you for your services.

LENNAR representatives from initial consultation, working with the loan officers to get final approval all the way to closing day. All the Lennnar Representatives were kind and efficient in all the process.

Overall, the home itself, the loan process, and the title experience went smoothly. However, we are extremely displeased with the HOA and ARC process. The documentation provided to homeowners states that we can choose between PVC or black aluminum rail fencing, yet our applications for the aluminum rail style have been repeatedly denied without a clear, consistent explanation. This was one of the most important factors when purchasing our home, and had we known that the option listed in the HOA materials would not actually be allowed, we would have reconsidered our purchase. We are also experiencing inconsistent and shifting reasons for the denial of our gutter installation. Meanwhile, it has been two months since settlement and, due to these delays, the mulch on the side of our home is washing away with every rainfall. When we went to buy our home it was contingent on us selling our other home.The person buying our home was a developer and kept changing our closing dates for a total of 7 times.We already had a closing date set and our realtor had to keep calling Jessica at Lennar to change our dates.Jessica was fantastic assuring us we wouldn't lose the house and not to worry.Everyone else involved from Lennar was also great switching everything around to accommodate us.Overall it was a great experience dealing with everyone in such a stressful situation.I would recommend Lennar to anyone.

My kitchen sink faucet was loose allowing water to leak underneath the sink. I put a request in for someone to fix it. My Customer care representative Jason responded quickly and set up an appointment for someone to come out. The job was completed within a few days later and he even followed up to make sure it was completed. Thank you Lennar for making the process easy!

From the first point of choosing the lot in the new neighborhood development to the hand over after closing was very smooth and easy. This being the entry for us into a 55+ community development has been very helpful into getting us started with the next phase of our lives.

Everything was good and on time. Quality of material is good. I like the home's layout.

I am pleased with our new Lennar home and the incentives we received. The sales officer, Jasmine, had a great personality with kindness and patience. The loan process took some time, but it went smoothly. The house is pretty with a nice view.

The process from start to finish was amazing. The final product was as amazing as expected. Communication along the way was fast and questions were quickly addressed.

Amazing builder and smooth buying process

I have waited until the sales and building process was completed before writing this review. I wasn’t sure if I was going to get the value and quality of construction so I watched my house being built daily. Upon meeting our construction manager and walking through the house, I was immediately impressed by his willingness to answer questions and address the concerns I raised, most of which he had already marked up to correct. I soon realized he really wanted to be great at his job and possessed the skills and abilities needed to be successful. Throughout the construction process we came to trust him completely. Then as the house was almost completed we found we were going to need a bigger home. Our Salesperson was very understanding and made the switch to another house across the street seamless! This was an unexpected experience. This home was already completed but was overseen by the same construction manager. That gave us the peace of mind to move forward. From start to finish, Lennar has gone above and beyond our expectations. We love our new home and the community and look forward to enjoying the lifestyle this community affords us. ... More

The people I work with were always quick and courteous. The building manager was very professional and spontaneous in his reactions and work. Employees were professional and courteous.

I really like my new home.Well built and well insulated.The energy bill savings really add up.

We lived in Texas during the process. Much of our experience was done virtual. Everyone could not have been more gracious and helpful. We requested updates and pictures of the homes progress and they starting sending them to us every Friday. It was incredible.

The team was very thorough on getting the few items that needed attention before closing …especially Mike. Kim was awesome on the walkthroughs…..explained everything very well.
