Excellent, responsive I'm sure empathy

As a rookie buyer of a newly built apartment, I was a bit worried about the overall process. It felt like you're in the pipeline where you must follow the provided instructions and have no options before the closing date. Surprisingly, the Lennar team delivered on time and with no issues. I bought and financed through Lennar so I’d say I got a fairly good deal. All equipment and appliances included saving me the hassle of shopping for each items individually. The frustrating part of the whole buying process was the Mortage team always asking for the same documents. To make it worse they give you only 24hrs to upload it.

I love Love my home

Glad we had our own realtor to help guide us through the process with them but Lennar did an excellent job working with us and our realtor. Our realtor was impressed and said it was one of the best experiences she had with a builder and our home inspector said the same thing. The post-purchase support has been excellent and our warranty liaison has been fantastic.

Like home and location.

The purchase process was straightforward, though it’s important to consider factors like discounts, add-ons, and more. The quality of the villa seems good, and the Arden community is beautiful with its impressive landscaping and amenities. The construction team provided a great experience; the salesperson was friendly and made sure all details were clarified. They kept their promises and delivered within the agreed timeframe. Based on my experience, I highly recommend this construction company for their professionalism during negotiations.

James was great during the purchase process. Trying to connect with him afterwards was difficult. Not sure if he even still works for Lennar. Waiting on a few minor repairs. Process is super slow. Overall very happy with home. I’m sure we’ll get it worked

Starting from the day we signed the contract till the closing it hardly took 5 weeks. Mina Rezaei, Jon Jacoby, Julio Perera and many other LENNAR team members made sure we cross the line. Kudos to all of them. LENNAR closed for us with best possible APR and we were able to get home insurance as well through them. Best buying experience ever.

My experience with Lennar was great! Everything was smooth as can be. From viewing to signing, my experience was great. Jose was great help when needed and didn’t hesitate to help out with any questions, even if they didn’t exactly have to do with him. Overall a great experience and would highly recommended Lennar to any future homebuyers.

I had a great home buying experience with Lennar starting from my first contact with the agent, to dealing with the construction manager who gave me updates about progress on my new home, to the quality control manager and the customer service folks who quickly resolved minor issues that I had after moving in. in.

Overall, a good experience. There are a few minor 'new home' issues to address, but these are not unexpected. Things to improve: Water softener should be included. Patio & deck should be included. Landscaping is a little underwhelming. It should match the price of the home.

The teams have been responsive and helpful, although because of the size of the company getting to the right person can require persistence and asking the right questions. The workmanship is reasonable, materials are generally contractor grade, and the attention to detail is mediocre-particularly the painting.

I love this house, Summerville II, house of my dreams. I just wish the materials used were better quality. I have had to put in warranty tickets every week since living here for the last 2 mths, Wayne the warranty man is very responsive and he is great to work with. Brad P who sold us this house was great to work with also, he sent updated pics and videos of the building process since we were not local. Brad P also responded to all my questions and calls. He explained how the buying process would work. Very happy with the Lennar team and my new house. Just wish that they used better quality items. Such as cabinetry, countertops, appliances, the walls are very thin. I hear my son in his bedroom located in the front of the house white I am in my bedroom located in the back of the house. ... More
