Happy with my interest rate! Mortgage process was horrendous and not a single person from Lennar showed up at the closing. No one has been able to provide assistance regarding work that will affect the warranty. Haven’t lived here long enough to evaluate the quality, time will tell. But appliances had to be replaced bc the quality of what they installed wasn’t great- cheap. My construction manager, Jen was the only reliable trustworthy person with whom I dealt. Not pleased the place doesn’t have actual paint on the walls.

The placement of the internet cabinet is highly inadequate. Lennar Architects should collaborate with their IT department to ensure proper positioning of the modem. The cabinet is located at the far end of the home, resulting in poor signal reception at the other end. Furthermore, CAT 6 cable was installed throughout the house, but it was not extended to the furthest room where it was most needed. Additionally, this is a 55+ community, but the architects did not consider this demographic when designing the home. For instance, the air filter is installed on the ceiling and requires a ladder for replacement, posing a safety hazard for elderly residents. The home buying experience was easy and smooth. Our sales rep, Teresa, was very helpful, knowledgeable and kept us informed as we moved through the process. I love my new community and new home.

I love my new 2-story townhome by Lennar. They made the home buying process easy. I highly recommend Lennar to anyone.

Quality over Curb Appeal.

After closing, very poor response, Utilities and new connections not explained very well, sales lady was great but rest everything was just a business.

I strongly recommend that anyone buying a Lennar home gets an independent inspection before closing. The homes are built at high speed, and it shows in the quality. In my experience, I had drainage issues, uneven flooring, and poorly installed grass. The worst part is that Lennar refused to fix several of these problems. A trusted inspection company can save you a lot of headaches.

Great home and very nice neighborhood!

It's terrible to know that Lennar charges other items including excesive fees that buyer was never notified or aware of. I am upset that I used them to purchase my new home. I do not recommend them.

I have been in my home since April 18th, 2026. I was given a great price on the home, and I love my new home, but I had a few issues such as my AC going out this wee, water coming through my kitchen air vents, due to the bathtub bot being installed incorrectly. Also, outlets in the living area did not work. My suggestion is to hire better contractors, and better quality control throughout the building process because, or poses a huge, and unnecessary inconvenience to the buyer, and gives Lennar a bad look. This was my first home buying experience. I was so excited! However the underwriting process was not great because our loan officer Andrew was less than responsive. We have no lived there for over a month and issues from the inspection are still not fixed. We have two giant nails sticking out of the foundation. we have cracks in the cemenet everywhere. It is just a mess. I would not wish this process on anyone.

We had a great RE Agent who helped us find the right style of Lennar home to fit our needs. We were from out of state and it helped with keeping up with updates and pictures to watch the progress. We're happy with our home. But we do need some follow through from Lennar to address and complete maintenance issues.

I’m sure this won’t get published, but here goes….. The sales people are eager to sell you a house! Once you buy though, the Lennar Mortgage experience is a nightmare & very time consuming. Worst I’ve ever had. This builder installs the very cheapest materials and appliances. You get what you get. No one ever contacted me about upgrades. Those online photos look great though! You don’t even get a doorbell! The workmanship is poor & they will fight you on warranty issues they don’t want to resolve that will cost them money. They sold me a home with a completely dead lawn & say I didn’t notify them of the issue prior to closing. My RE agt took photos & discussed the issue with the construction mgr & the sales lady prior to my closing & this builder won’t even review the evidence. They simply declined to address…..twice. I requested a phone call to discuss and they won’t respond. I could go on, but the bottom line is…..I wish I had not purchased a home here. ... More

Everyone is professional and very friendly. They act with a sense of urgency and are very thorough. The staff always returns your calls and are very helpful. When you purchase a home from them you receive the upmost value when purchasing a home.

My experience with Lennar team overall was great.

The Finance department is a joke. 7 months asking for documents. it was very frustrating. We decided not to buy the house and they kept the interest money. Stay way!

We looked at models that could be built with a basement. We put a down payment on it and watched as it was built only to discover much later that unlike all the models our house contained entry stairs both from the garage and front porch. We considered this a bait and switch until we found out none of the sales staff knew there were stairs. It’s unfathomable that a 55+ community would make a house where all access points have stairs. I’m fine with stairs currently but my wife struggles with them. We asked if the stairs could be made shorter and for handrails to be added and were told they would do their best but it was a spec home so probably not. Secondly, it appears every opportunity to cut cost at the expense quality was taken. From cheap doors which short hinge screws easily strip and at times simple pop out, to ultra thin countertops that require aftermarket bracing to ensure reasonable loads don’t fracture it, and lastly the use of copper clad aluminum wiring which would have been a deal breaker for us if we had known prior to closing. On the positive side the warranty response time has been very good. Net: We would have kept looking if we had known Lennar takes so many quality shortcuts and hasn’t designed their basement homes with the elderly in mind and doesn’t point out critical areas like steps and aluminum wiring before a purchase decision is made. ... This is my first new home experience. The Lennar salesman was so helpful with the process of buying my home. Once I purchased the home the builder and the customer care consultant made time to explain the general information on the home. Going through the home to make sure everything went smoothly. Any concerns were addressed immediately. What a wonderful company to work with.

The process to buy was easy, I would have give it 5 stars if it wasn’t for the new home consultant. Once we were hooked on the home, he didn’t care, he was on his phone the entire time we were closing. This was our first home purchase and the closing was very anticlimactic.

I had no intention of purchasing another home until I saw what was available by Lennar. The floor plan, the tranquil views, the affordability convinced me that this was the place for our second home. The entire team was a pleasure to work with and interact. They were pleasant and helpful throughout the entire process.

My home-buying experience with Lennar has been disappointing, particularly when it comes to responsiveness and post-closing warranty support. During my final walkthrough, I pointed out several noticeable paint splotches throughout the home. I was assured they would be corrected before move-in. However, when I moved in, it was obvious that the wrong paint color had been used to cover the areas, making them stand out even more. It took several days to receive any meaningful response regarding the issue, and ultimately I ended up repainting the affected areas myself. I have also been dealing with ongoing HVAC problems since moving into the home. The air conditioning has not functioned properly from the beginning. Multiple technicians have been sent to inspect the system, and as of writing this review, the issue still has not been resolved. There is currently no clear timeline for repair, despite temperatures reaching heat-wave conditions. I have reached out to my warranty representative, Eric, multiple times for updates and have not received responses. Additionally, construction workers repeatedly blocked my driveway with their trucks while work was being performed in the neighborhood. On several occasions, I had to ask multiple times for vehicles to be moved so I could access my own property. While I understand that new construction homes can have warranty items that need attention, the lack of communication, delayed responses, and unresolved issues have made what should have been an exciting home-buying experience unnecessarily frustrating. ... My experience with Lennar was exceptional at every step of the process. From my initial inquiry all the way through to the closing, my questions were thoughtfully answered and my concerns were immediately addressed. The quality of workmanship was evident throughout the entire build, and I’m not ashamed to admit I monitored the progress daily. I was constantly surprised that even the little details were being done. Things like solid reinforced joists during framing and sanding down floorboard seams prior to the laminate flooring and carpet going in. These are things the homeowner would typically never see but truly set my mind at ease knowing that this attention to detail was consistent throughout. And if something wasn’t right, they made it so. My house was just weeks away from completion when I noticed that during a recent heavy rain there was some pooling of water occurring in the front porch slab against the garage foundation. I brought it to the attention of my building liaison with the expectation that I would be told there wasn’t much that could be done at that point. Instead, the very next day the entire cement slab had been removed and re-poured. It was like this on the financing and warranty side as well. Questions answered and if something wasn’t quite right, they corrected it. I couldn’t be more pleased by the treatment I was given by Lennar. I highly recommend this company.
