Compared to other builder I had experience earlier, Lennar is by far better

great owner home buying experience however, the priority of laying Sod is not a clear pocess. Home completed build later but had the sod layed down first.

From the start Melissa showed us several different floor plans that would suit our needs. We settled on one and the purchase process started. David took over and was great to work with. Several other Lennar employees were involved and they were all very nice and helpful. The overall purchase process was excellent. The quality of the home is a four (4.) That is due to the interior trim work being of a lesser quality than expected (not up to par with the model home.) And the fact that they offer no upgrades. What you see is what you get. Just a amazing experience all around

I was a little wary of buying a new home from Lennar given the mixed reviews online, but Lennar exceeded my expectations. The construction manager kept me in the know throughout the build process and answered all of my questions as a first time home buyer. Even when there was a slight delay to my close date for reasons outside their control, they were extremely transparent. Even after close they were extraordinarily responsive to my requests. They would swing by the same day to fix small problems like ill-fitting door jambs and missing appliance toe-kicks. When I had my first warranty request for the attic access door, they fixed it within a week of our virtual call and made sure it was fixed to my satisfaction. As with any new build, there are small workmanship issues here and there. But as my inspector will attest, the quality of this home excellent and the price was hard to beat. ... More

Lennar made their integrated process with builder, title and lender both competitive, quick and easy to work with. I shopped around but ended up with Lennar as best for all three.

This process exceeded our expectations!! The process was fast, we were thoroughly informed throughout the entire time! Everything promised was delivered! The Lennar team I worked with was great from start to finish. Marla, my sales associate, was amazing—super helpful and easy to work with. Jorge, my home care rep, was quick to respond and got things taken care of right away. Overall, Marla and Jorge really made my homebuying experience a great one.

Be aware that all drawers in the Bathrooms are Fake and do not open. We didn’t bother opening during our first initial showing and just assumed they would open. When brought to their attention during our walk through before closing, the construction manager refused to change out. Great value for the most part!!

Lennar has been very attentive to every little thing I mentioned. They had the issues corrected very quickly by very kind, polite people, ie: HVAC company.

One of the best experience, I have was purchasing a newly build home with Lennar. As a first time home buyer, I was given the opportunity to purchase a home that my family can enjoy living in for years to come. I look forward to enjoy my time my new home with my family.

From the selection of the floorplan, to the final through; it was a relief to have my hand held throughout it all.

I had a great experience all around from viewing the first time to the purchasing of the home. Had two issues since I moved in and both have been taken care of within a day or so of calling Lennar Customer Service.

The entire was seemless to be honest! No significant unforeseen issues that could not be solved.
