Lennar was great to work with. Our turn around from accepting offer to closing was two weeks. We didn't think it could happen but they made it so and we felt very good about the entire transaction.

Hi. We moved into talamore in Huntley and I want a shout out to two people that made our home buying experience a positive one. Natalie our sales person and Greg the gm for follow ups and repairs. Both were great and are excellent people to work with. Please acknowledge both of them.

I’m very pleased overall. Is everything perfect? Not necessarily, but the workmanship is good quality with a few relatively minor issues here and there. That said, Lennar has been very responsive in doing repairs. My biggest issue is the lack of access to reliable internet close to two months post purchase. It’s tough to be without it these days and this was not made clear at time of purchase. Makes it difficult to take advantage of functions that rely on internet-Ring doorbell/camera, door lock system, thermostat, etc. I don’t feel Lennar has been assertive enough in working with local cable company on behalf of new residents to install cable. Everything went well. Very friendly.

This home purchase was a very good experience for me. From the salesman Mike to the Loan officer Joel, everyone did an awesome job and everything went smoothly. I’m truly impressed with this experience.

We had a really great experience buying our LENNAR home. Our agent, Lydia, walked us through every step of the process. She was very patient as we measured rooms in all the models. She was very knowledgeable and was a great resource as we chose our home. LENNAR continues to be helpful and supportive after the purchase, as well. The process of getting any repairs completed is very user friendly and the response time is very quick.

Buying process was easy and things went quickly once i started the process. As i find issues in the home,I send in a work order and it’s taken care of quickly. Everyone has been very accommodating and super pleasant

I am so happy to buying my new home with Lennar. They give me an excellent price and interest rate including refrigerator range dishwasher blinds washer and dryer and helping me with $10000 with the Closing costs We closing the deal in 3 weeks this was amazing.. I just can say THANK YOU!! I have a lower monthly payment for a brand new house in this 2025

Lennar is a great company. They have great staff. I don’t have any complaints. I like my house.

I am very happy with the experience. The primary difficulties I struggled with, all were technology related. I worked a career that did not include much computer work, effectively none. Everything about this process required me to do something on a new app, or website. I don't even own a computer and that has made the process challenging. Plenty of help is available, but when you aren't familiar, the help is often difficult to follow. If you're in my situation, don't shy away, just be prepared. They will get you through it. If you are someone who is familiar with and enjoy doing things online and on apps, then you will really appreciate the process. ... More

As a 1st time home buyer I would say my overall experience was good.

Appears to be a quality home, we've only been in it 2 months. We are very happy with the home. They have been very responsive to a few very minor issues we've had.

Lennar completed the construction on time. Only minor issues needed to be addressed. Their warranty website is very efficient. They resolved all concerns (e.g. electrical outlet did not work) very promptly.

Walking into the Model Center & being greeted by Sales Consultant Bea, in a warm, inviting & professional manner, made a lasting first impression especially when my 1st stop elsewhere was the complete opposite experience! And, after showing me the homes and finding the one I was set up to contact Lennar Mortgage. And, Miguel & the entire team were all very professional, informative & helpful in walking me through the process from start of buying my new home to finish at closing! And, being my home was in such great condition at my initial walkthrough , finding only a few minor touch ups needed that the builders took care of on the spot I didn’t need a final walkthrough! I’m very happy to say the least & would highly recommend Lennar Homes & I recently did to someone that had toured my community and was considering another nearly one as well. ... More

From the time you choose a home until the time you move in Lennar is best in the business. The things after closing need a little help - like things that were pointed out during the walkthrough but missed in the repair - hard to get someone to care.

Fast, great service and easy process

Very friendly experience, and good community. Would like see some benches around the walking edges of the pond.

The buying process was very good. The communication via email and texts became a little confusing and overwhelming. Easy to miss things. Pre-close walkthru went well. Most items were addressed prior to close date but some still needed attention. Getting multiple emails and texts and phone calls for warranty repairs became very confusing and tough to schedule or remember. It would help to have interactions regarding these repairs via one mode only (email, text, phone, etc.). And via one representative. (Streamlining this process would be helpful). We are pleased with our new Lennar home although for the price point of the home, we would love to have seen a little more attention to details. ... More

The sales experience and closing was a very positive. I received construction progress updates on a regular bases. We closed a week earlier than originally planned. Lennar has been very responsive with repair requests. The only concern I have is the quality of the closet doors. There have been multiple issues with them which have been addressed but my concern is long term durability of the closet doors.

The home-buying experience was a pleasurable one with Lennar. This is my 5th home I have purchased so I have seen the good and bad. This was one of the good ones! The only thing I will say that disappointed us was the new home welcome walkthrough we were told we would have. We set the date for it and arrived and it was a standard home inspection and not the celebration-style walkthrough we were told it would be. We even brought our family along to celebrate with us. Outside of that one event ,everything else was above standard.
