Our Lennar Realtor Rep. Richard was fantastic. So glad we got him. He was super knowledgeable, very supportive through the process, and even after the sale. You need to keep a very close eye on details at the walk thru and after. The workmanship in general was good. Mostly just cosmetic flaws to fix. However, there were additional items we found after moving in and a few from the walk through punch list that were not fixed. Take your time and thoroughly review inside and out. Matthew was our warranty rep after we moved in and he was super supportive with great communication. When we did the walk thru we were told with the one year warranty on the home we had one year to collect cosmetic defects we saw and to consolidate them before submitting so they didn’t have to come out for multiple items. Matthew was good to clarify that this was incorrect. You have a 1 year warranty on most issues but for cosmetic defects from construction it’s only 30 days. He was very good at walking through everything that is covered and not covered in the warranty and how to submit them. He responded to each and every warranty claim I submitted both on the system and to me personally. He also communicated with the subcontractors responsible for fixing the items and back to me regarding appointments when needed. I received calls from the subcontractors on the SAME day I submitted issues to schedule appointments for repair! My only three complaints I have thus far. (1) The inflexibility of Lennar to change anything from their boiler plate designs. The door for the Water Closet in the Master Bath is a terrible design. You have to literally step in and get on the other side of the toilet to shut the door. I was told they will not alter anything when we noticed this in the model home before signing the contract. It should have been a pocket door to make it functional but know these cost more than a standard door. I would have paid extra because it’s terrible design. They should change this design. (2) The shower heads are junk. Very weak water pressure that had me worried it was the system. However, I replaced it with a $25 Delta shower heads and it was perfect, so I replaced both. For what you pay for a house I think Lennar could spend a few extra dollars to give Customers a better experience. (3) The faucets in the bathrooms are way too far back from the sink edge, the spigot end too close to the rear sink edge. You have to put your hands way down into the sink or water splashes all over the back counter top of the sink. I will be replacing these eventually with faucets that have a spigot with a longer reach. The sinks in the bathrooms are nice. Richard and Matthew were the shining stars with Lennar to us!! ... More

My experience with Lennar mortgage company was great. But I wish I had the opportunity to make some changes especially in the bathroom, I would have chosen different titles. It’s a beautiful home. I just wish I had a chance to add my own personal touch. I would recommend Lennar mortgage company to friends and family.

I’m happy with my house

Bobby was my builder and he was great. He seemed to really care about ehat he was doing and if I liked it. He stayed near during my initial walk through and came and asked if I needed anything done or fixed. I have been in my home for about two months now and so far, I haven't found any problems.

From the initial discovery of our house to the day it closed was just under a month. Gail our Sales Consultant was great from showing the house to me the first day I saw the house to follow up and coordination throughout our quick closing. Shawn our sales officer was a phenomenal resource that helped us through the process and was always available to answer our questions. Jason our customer care representative during our homebuyer inspection was very knowledgeable, personable and made us feel at home for the first time. He and his team worked through some construction workmanship issues in a very timely and professional manner. They were very forthcoming with a few issues that happened during the final touch up process. Jason, Jorge, Anthony, Cody and Kelly and the team with Vintage Flooring were a great compliment to the overall team and again helped us get our “The New House” (as our baby calls it) to pristine condition prior to closing. I had worked with Lennar both directly and as an outside Architect and this is the sincerest form of flattery or if you will confidence in a home builder when someone who has worked with/and for a company and chooses to put their personal faith, trust and families’ future memories in a Lennar Home. It has only been two months and we are having problems with cracking in the walls and nail pops. Caulking is also separating from the walls. The house hasn’t been there long enough to “settle” Over all the house is great.

My 1st home buying journey went smoothly and I can say that Lennar did everything as promised. My experience differs from the nightmare reviews that you might find on different social platforms. The build quality was acceptable and the purchase process was painless. Mind you, it's best yo have done your homework prior to purchasing a new build. Keep your expectations realistic. These homes are made quickly and there may be things that aren't perfect, however, during your walkthrough, you're given ample time to find faults and hve them addressed. The warranty is generous and the smart home features are a good quality of life upgrade. I have enjoyed working with Lennar staff and if my experience changes, I'll provide an update. My experience was great from the sales team all the way down to loan officer and everyone else that work with us. They made everything about my home understandable where I would have no doubts about buying my home. I really enjoyed every thing about my experience with them would encourage anyone to buy with Lennar great team never a bad moment always there to answer any question or problem you have and I love that.

Overall a very pleasant and modern experience.

I've had two separate tickets opened regarding issues found and the responsiveness was top notch. I'm very pleased with Customer Service!

Luke was very helpful in every aspect always willing to answer our questions and concerns. Adam was awesome with the mortgage process. The move was a bit hectic of the short time we had but worth it. We are very happy with how Lennar took care of us.

I have been having electrical issues since I moved in with garbage disposal, alarm, microwave, and oven. Things turn off on their own. Definitely a strong concern since this is a new home.

On each step all the lennar team helped me with really fast response and very clear instructions on what needed to be done. Easy process

We decided last minute to seriously look at buying something. The home we purchased was the last available and the price was a steal of a deal. We are first-time homebuyers and the deals plus experience buying was much different then expected. I didn't have to wait in a bidding war between other buyers, we told lennar we wanted to start the process and the locked the house down for us so that nobody else could snatch it up before we got approved! It took about 30 days from start to finish and then 14 more days until we could move in. 45 days after deciding to try to buy and we moved into our newly purchased home! Also, many people complain about certain builders over others, but to be 100% honest all homebuilders MUST build to a certain standard. The building process is the same the only difference between builders is the features they install. The quality of building is not up to the builder as much as it's up to the construction manager to check quality. Lennar by far has built our home with high quality that is because the construction manager was top notch and did his job correctly! The whole buying process went so smoothly. The Lennar finance team wirk efficiently in securing a great deal for me. However after the move in I have many questions and no answers. I recently inquire how to use my water sprinkler system because it hasn't turned on, but no one has been able to help me out.

Lennar was great in helping get through the home buying process. We would work with them again.

The team at Lennar was first rate. Knowledgeable and courteous. The walk thru was great and very helpful in understanding the technology that was built into the house. I am very satisfied

From my deposit being paid until the signing at closing is where my buying experience actually gains most of these 5 stars. My new home concierge was fantastic, greatly helped me navigate my mortgage, inspection, and set up processes. Additionally, my new home orientation walk through with Chad and Cody was fantastic. Both were exceptionally knowledgeable and genuinely cared about my home and fixing (the minor) issues that we noticed in final walk through.

i bought a readily available home. i noticed even before the independent inspection, Lennar had taped areas around the house where they had already identified things to fix. The inspection/remediation process was a bit confusing as the documents signed did not have all the fixes from the report but in the end all was addressed. Any follow up was done swiftly.

I liked the house. I feel like the trimming paint could have been done better as a lot of it was on the LVP flooring, that I will have to work on getting off. I didn’t care for the pantry layout at all. I feel there should just be a rack against the wall, and not the L shape. It looks bad and it makes it more compact. It would have been nice to have a concrete area for the trash cans as well. The mailboxes are still not ready which has been frustrating. Overall I enjoy my home!
