What an incredible experience! TJ was always super friendly and helpful. Vickie (my primay contact for the real estate transaction) was also super friendly and helpful, but also timely and responsive with all aspects of the transaction and any questions/concerns that I had. During construction/delivery, Kevin was fantastic! He was thorough, flexible, and responsive, ensuring I was 100% satisfied with my new home (which I love!). It has been a privilege working with this entire Lennar team...thank you!!

It was a great experience from the start to finish very professional great price. Houses are built with love. I would recommend them to anyone. They have some of the best houses I’ve ever seen and everything is included like they say.

Our new home purchase went very well. The assistance during the purchase was excellent and even better, service after the sale is superb. There are always little things that need to be addressed after the sale of a new build and Lennar had been very attentive to address them. Doug R. is our customer satisfaction representative and he is a customer service expert. Ask for him to take care of you if you buy a new Lennar home in Las Vegas.

Everything was very smooth, from the purchase agreement to closing. Everyone was very professional and knowledgeable with their roles. I would definitely recommend Lennar!

This is the 5th home I've purchased. I am satisfied with Lennar.

A few dogs owner use our site for their dogs and did not pickup. It smells really bad and I have video of evidence to prove it,did report to HOA,and send them the video,still have the same problem.

Overall had an amazing experience. Only complaint I had was the amount of trash I keep having to clean up from the construction crews that are working nearby. Literally trash and debris that has to be thrown away on their behalf on a daily basis that ends up on my property. Pictures have been taken. What has made it an amazing experience is that our Lennar personnel have stepped up to the plate and assisted in the clean up. The trash still appears but the administration side is helping mitigate the issue.

For a first time homeowner the process was very good from the start.

Our experience with buying a home from Lennar was a great one. Our Loan Officer, Michelle, and Sales Representative, Michael, was fantastic. They were on it every step of the way and we had some ups and downs but they hung in there with us until we closed. A few minor things discovered after we moved in but all in all we are very happy with the home we purchased from Lennar.

Buying a lennar home has been good for me and my family because of the home you get for the price. Some things seemed rushed during the building process you can tell. But any issue that arises it has been replaced or fixed immediately.

I worked with Alex and Miguel during the purchase and couldn't ask for better construction managers to go through the process. Both were personally worked on the items needed attention in order to be completed. During the process it was apparent that the subcontractors were not the best they could have hired. It was also evident that the construction managers did not have much authority, if any, over the sub contractors, hence the problem needed repairs or correction were undertaken by the managers. I found it odd that Lennar would not have given the managers more power over the subs for better performance, which would have avoided all the issues came out. ... More

Local leaders, Patrick and Jason did well to keep us updated on the delays. While we believe that for the most part, the water meter issue w/ the village was beyond their control, we feel that we should have received additional compensation after the initial delay and the disruption to our lives in over the additional month delay.

The only thing I have a problem with, and that I have had an issue with is the grass. It took a long time to get it, and when I did it set outside of the house, on a good day for three days and then again another three days. They did some of my yard, then they added a little more a couple of days later, and then they stopped and I'm still missing a big chunk. It's been three days, the grass will be dead by the time I get around to i Watering it. This process has been painfully slow and by the time it's done, I have a lot of dead grass. This makes me very sad and a little upset

On time. On budget. From point of sale through closing and beyond, Lennar has proven to be an exceptional company to work with. Thank you!

The house is very comfortable and cozy, everything was good and the cost-effectiveness was excellent. There were just a few things I was disappointed with regarding the finish, but the service team responded well, so I liked it.

Salesperson great no problem very nice,title company good no problem, building manager not very friendly and there was issues with outside house paint he did not want to take care off it, I had to talk to other people to solve the problem,building manager not very good

Over all everything went as expected from first day to closeout. Some small issues were resolved for HVAC. Not satisfied for appliebces provided by Lennar of low quality and not to the standard for this prise of the house they charged. Post boxes provide by them are horrible and not at proper location.

Sales agent listened to our goals and needs and shapedthe whole experience to well-fit our special and unique needs. Construction manager is consistently available with the answers and response. People from Lennar affiliated companies offered and delivered a smoothly integrated comprehensive support.

House works for us, what I expected is different, my issue is our parking situation which nothing can be done. The house overall is great and will work well for my family. I look forward to to many memories here.
