Buying a home from Lennar was a breeze. The building manager for our community was a huge help once we closed and moved on from our concierge. Everyone on their team was a huge help. One down side would be the attention to detail with some of the build. Missing paint after the blue tape inspections, Hardware or tools left in the home such as saw blades or nails not fully installed. Small fixes but otherwise everything was amazing.

Its about what you would expect from a new build these days. They rush and hire whatever subs are cheapest for the budget. people get paid by working fast, not better. and so theres lots of errors or crappy workmanship garage still had dent in it. they painted front door because it had a dent, but in doing so got some paint on the door handle. Staples in the carpet sticking up everywhere. sharpie on the slab beneath rising to the top of our cheap flooring as blue marks. Floor had some scratches we missed. the cheap flooring also bubbled up some or wasnt stuck down good in some spots. nail pops everywhere. they closed doors while paint was still wet and so you can imagine how that played out. the railing in the stairway is not sturdy bc they screwed up and had to move it a couple times. think thats it. family is happy here, but its what you get with these big builders. they skip on quality to get productivity. its makes them money, i get it. i would just have more pride in my craft if it were me. ... From selection of my home to closing, lennar made it a very easy and pleasant experience. All my concerns and questions were answered in a timely manner. The home delivery team was and still is amazing. All concerns have been addressed with the utmost of importance and care.

I had a very bad experience , the sales agent doesn't responsive and they cut down the price drasticallly next day i signed the contract, and i requested to give me some upgrades or adjust to compensate to that but they are very rude, and the loan clearance asked certian documents which took little while to get and they scared us if you dont close the home on the day you will be fined $300 per day . I dont recommend to any of my frienda

The home itself is very nice BUT we have had nothing but issues Electric due to what they called breaker issues WE had to replace all of them out of pocket ! Brand new home !!! Patio door would not lock they did come fix that but we still have to slam several times to lock it. I will never buy another Lennar home or recommend one Workmanship is horrible motto build fast sell fast can’t wait to sell

Simple design considerations e.g. location of HVAC outlet, not having enough space to put toilet paper holder in guest bathroom, etc. needs to be addressed in upcoming homes

It would be nice for the sells person to be in contact more during the transaction. It seemed like once the initial paperwork was signed we had to initiate any contact. Overall experience was good. Workmanship and quality is good. There's room for improvement in all areas but no major complaints yet.

Purchasing a home from Lennar was a pretty seamless experience and an overwhelming amount of the staff is great to work with. I encountered a staff person by the name of Jennifer who was awful during the last steps of the process, but other than that everything else went well. Jennifer was rude and unprofessional, and I would not have purchased a stick of gum from her. Everyone else was very nice, professional, and helpful.

Appliances are low grade. Water pressure low.

I had a quick closing and the home was done and everything was completed as promised. The home was reasonably priced and the workmanship seems to be good so far. They respond very quickly if I have questions or need any assistance. Overall it’s been a positive home purchase.

Overall bang for buck not bad, but you need to know what you are buying. Quality of trades, materials and craftsmanship is not good. Construction management is non existent.

The entire experience has been incredible! From start to finish, we got all our questions answered and we got all the support we needed. The process was surprisingly easy. We love our new home we're so be excited about Barefoot Lakes it's a fantastic community. If you're in the market for a new build, and you are a novice like we were, then Lennar Homes shoukd be your first stop!

The workmanship could be better. Front stones were crooked and took 6 weeks to fix. Drawer not working properly-fixed, 2 steps squeak, while several people have 2 we have 1 bath shelf in shower, walls are thin. A lot of it is smoke and mirrors. It was advertised that home would be smart and 2 EV chargers will be installed-that's not happening. Cannot trust!

First time homeowner. Everybody involved in this process has been awesome! I was so stressed out through the entire process but everybody at Lennar would remind me that everything is fine. And….it was! It was a really easy process and all the stress was internal. Lennar knocked it out of the park for me. Hoping they do everyone else the same!

First home. Priced where I needed it. They’re quick to respond for work orders, but depending on what you need will depend on how condescending some of the vendors you have to use or field people are with concerns. Quite a few things were ignored on final walk through and still problematic and/or will be within the next year. Almost died from a gas leak the plumber blamed rhe HVAC and builder for and in the same breath said it was my fault for calling the gas company instead of them. For the most part, you get what you paid for.

Process to buy was easy, mortgage process could have been a bit smoother, too many people involved with diff aspects of lending, one POC should be needed with mortgage process.

Mortgage application was very difficult. The rules that were applied for the mortgage application differed from other mortgage companies I had contacted. It was discouraging. I would not go thru that process again. I got the mortgage, but I paid it off with the proceeds of the sale of my former home.

We appreciate the prompt responses from Lennar regarding home issues or concerns.

My experience with Lennar in purchasing my new home was seamless. From the start of the application to the final signing Lennar provided great customer service.

Lennar is a good option for buying a nice and affordable house. Working with them has been easy during and after the buying process. We have 1 year warranty and they’ve been very responsive to our questions and requests.
