Lennar has very good customer service. Their website for homeowners is very helpful in addressing questions or concerns. Buying process was quick and efficient.

The Lennar mortgage team was excellent helping me every step of the process. They explained the why's and made it simple to contact them for providing whatever necessary for my mortgage. The home I bought is a basic home, a great starter house or retirement investment house. I plan on making a lot of upgrades. I live in a nice community, it's definitely worth the investment.

Like most builders the first priority is to get you into the new property. At first you will find 20 people chasing you to get the process moving on time.. after that it kind of slow down. Once you need something, it basically comes down to the character of the individuals (luck of the draw) from Lennar who actually are willing to help. Some of the others, they insulate themselves from you once the home closes. I have issues with their mortgage transfer process that no one can give me a straight answer. Some warranty items pop up, good luck getting with Customer Service to call you back.

From initial sales contact all the way to handing over the keys....impressive service!

The HOA app iCON is a giant cluster fu—. It does not work. I have tried several times to get help. Nobody is never available to help.

We experienced a great sales person who worked with us as we relocated to Andover, MN. It was great to see so many models so that we could make a decision on what kind of villa we wanted.

Great home and price but the house came with some cosmetic issues and hvac issues and haven’t had my warranty request served. Very poor response times in that regard.

The whole buying and closing process is simple and quick, with good pricing for a new Lennar home. The sales rep Carlos was very good!

We had an easy and efficient experience from home selection through closing. Our salesperson Adrianna and loan officer Jerrod were amazing, and guided us seamlessly the entire way. We had a warranty issue 6 weeks after move in and our customer care rep Jamie took care of it right away. Things happen with new builds and it’s reassuring to know Lennar will take care of any issues so quickly. We are very happy with Lennar and our new home.

The entire experience was great. Everyone was friendly. I am very happy with the overall quality of the build. The overall cost of homes are too high. The only negative thing I can say is that Lennar used the lowest quality interior paint (flat) that rubs off if you attempt to clean it. For the cost of the home, there should be no low quality materials used. I repainted the interior during the first month. I love my home.

The whole process from looking at the home till the closing was great afterwards the technician that handles the issues has been unresponsive and unprofessional. He puts a bad light on the whole experience

LENNAR has a Great team from beginning to End of the moving process Home design is very good I wish they will speed the process of having the street lights working already, at nights is very dark outside our home Overall it was an excellent decision to move to this community and I trust LENNAR 100%

Great experience in the while buying process!

Was impressed with the overall process from contract signing to loan closing, the timing was exceptional. My loan officer was extremely cordial and worked the processes throughout smoothly and kept me informed. The concierge service doesn't seem to be any benefit to customers or the company, at least to me personally. No follow up and untimely responses unfortunately. Responsiveness to issues does not apply to sales or lending otherwise it would be a 5 star.

My husband and I are very pleased with our new Lennar home. They worked with us until we found the exact model that suited our needs and explained every step along the way. We had a great experience and would highly recommend them.

From the beginning of the whole project, I can say that when we came in to see the homes, we liked the design of the home. They were very simple and basic, but their prices were actually very good which helps you because it lets you customize the home as you like in the future a lot of builders like to build their homes very nice and customized and that’s nice too, but you do pay a hefty price for it sometimes so I am very happy overall with the quality of the home. It’s a big blessing for my wife and for myself and the whole team from the beginning of the sales team to the loan officer Marco to the closing, everybody was very very responsive and they did the job very well And even after we closed the home, we do sometimes find things in the home, which is normal with any home you build brand new regardless of a builder or even yourself and they do take care of the issues fairly quickly. Great experience purchasing the. Working with the sales person remotely, she was amazing helpful and completely knowledgeable. We were able to see finished homes in the area of the home purchased. The home purchase was similar. The walk through was informative and given professionally. He was able to answer all our questions.

I can’t over emphasize how much support I was given from the whole team once I toured my prospective home. The initial sales team even offered support much after their part in the purchase was completed. The loan officer was exceptional from start to finish. I also had a concierge that was extremely helpful with guiding me through the final steps of the closing. If I needed help with something I was given assistance literally within minutes. The support was always there no matter how insignificant the issue may have been. The warranty team has been extremely responsive with correcting any functional or craftsmanship issues. They have an online system in place to manage any issues. I feel like Lennar has taken great strides to ensure my utmost satisfaction with my home. ... More
