My experience was great. Everyone was very helpful, polite and friendly. Especially my salesman Roy, he went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. The construction and finishing work was great. We have no regrets buying into Savanna Lakes.

We have been very happy with our experience with Lennar. Every person we encountered seemed to truly care about their workmanship and our satisfaction. The response to any situation or issue was/is handled quickly.

My experience with Lennar (Rhett’s Ridge 50s) has been FANTASTIC!! My FABULOUS real estate agent Donna C. Helped me find this property after looking at several properties prior, Rob D. Showing us the (MY) house who I will say is ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL and made me fall in love with the Aurora floor plan - such a fantastic sales consultant. Then my loan approval process with my loan officer, Miguel M. who was VERY helpful, informative and professional - such a AWESOME loan officer. All three helped make my dream of homeownership come true!!! Just a few little cosmetic issues I’ve had in my home, however, Lennar has resolved them. I’m overall VERY HAPPY with my decision to purchase my dream home with Lennar (Rhett’s Ridge 50s) as my neighborhood feels quaint and peaceful and just a 30 minute commute to my office in Orlando. In an obvious attempt to keep costs down the quality between phases seems to decrease:( Eg: elimination of patios; elimination of front door e-locks; elimination of under.counter kitchen sink mounts; and elimination of double vanities in master bath. It took 2 months to get assigned mailbox. In the interim, it was necessary to drive to the post office daily.

Lennar personnel were readily available to help make the homebuying process smooth.

Inside of the house structurally also there was a difference in one of the bedrooms. They claim ei but they did not include little things like hand towel holders. Their craftsmanship for details like painting , switch covers installed, base boards is not upto the mark. I thought Beazer was bad and had much higher expectations from Lennar. Plus not much choice for kitchen counter and cabinet upgrades.

Everything was smooth during the process, staff was very responsive to inquiries, offer alternative options.

The warranty team and the construction manager are trustworthy. Everything that they said the would do they did.

The buying process was a breeze. Just that initial closing was irritable. Overall awesome experience

My husband and I moved from Suffolk County, New York and are extremely happy in our new home and neighborhood. The house is beautiful, there is so much natural light that you can’t help but smile. We have had a few issues but they were all taken care of very quickly. So happy that we chose a home built by Lennar.

Buying a home from Lennar was a breeze. The building manager for our community was a huge help once we closed and moved on from our concierge. Everyone on their team was a huge help. One down side would be the attention to detail with some of the build. Missing paint after the blue tape inspections, Hardware or tools left in the home such as saw blades or nails not fully installed. Small fixes but otherwise everything was amazing.

Appliances are low grade. Water pressure low.

First time homeowner. Everybody involved in this process has been awesome! I was so stressed out through the entire process but everybody at Lennar would remind me that everything is fine. And….it was! It was a really easy process and all the stress was internal. Lennar knocked it out of the park for me. Hoping they do everyone else the same!

Lennar is a good option for buying a nice and affordable house. Working with them has been easy during and after the buying process. We have 1 year warranty and they’ve been very responsive to our questions and requests.

Good but response to issues slow

I’ve been trying to buy a home for years and Lennar made that a reality. I really loved the mortgage team and how helpful they were at assisting me pay exactly what I needed to get qualified for my purchase. Thank you for making home ownership a reality.

The house was very poor clean, one of the bathrooms had a stain that was hard for me to remove, and the balcony and the home's outside windows were very dirty. I will need to pay somebody soon to do the cleaning.

My experience with Lennar was great: from the site seeing through the closing date. The team handling my purchase process was helpful and organized as the process continued. I would recommend Lennar to anyone who is looking for a reliable and professional builder for their next home. Best,

Home is a good value for the price.

We picked the house because the lot was wooded in the back. Salesperson commented this was her favorite lot because of the trees. One week after closing, we were the last house to close in this section, they came and cut down about 75% of the trees. We no longer have a shaded patio and private back yard. . Apparently the plan all along was to cut down the trees once the homes closed. Nobody told us that was the plan. We now have a golf course view. If we had known the plan was to remove the trees we may have considered a different lot or subdivision. We love the house and floor plan but it has taken some time to get used to the trees being gone. Any issues we have had with the house have been taken care in a very timely way. ... More

My only issue is the quality of the workmanship in certain trades. Most of what is discovered after move in, can be easily caught. Light fixtures off center, chipped tiles, etc. Lennar does stand behind their product. It becomes time consuming after completion.
