Everyone was spot on, answering questions and very kind and knowledgeable. Every time I went to the display home, no matter who was there, they were extremely helpful. The construction manager and young lady who did the final walk through were excellent. I love my home and highly recommend a Lennar home to anyone shopping for a home. The buying experience is very good from my sales man Stan and sales manager Jennifer. I had a very good morgage officer Aaron who has guided me all through out my buying experience. The construction manager Ryan, is very accommodating and made sure that all issues found during the inspection by my Inspector was addressed. Brandon the Service Manager after move-in, has been very actively working the issues that I have reported and he gets back to you quickly on-site. I appreciate the new app Lennar has put out to make issue reporting easier for everyone. They also have virtual personnel that gets back to you immediately to schedules a virtual call just right after you submit a ticket through the app. All-in-all the experience with these people is superb. But I think the price of the home is quite to high for the location, size and yard space. You can buy 2 to 3 year old houses in the area with bigger space better upgrades for less. The only caveat of buying a used house is, you don’t get all the incentives that Lennar can give you. If you ask me if would I buy a Lennar again in the future. I probably would because I have seen the way they build their foundation since I purchased my home in an un-finished community. However, the bathroom showers could have been better. You can buy a brand new home with a different builder for a similar price more or less with a beefed up stand up shower. Some even come with tiled seats in them. Two more things to keep in mind is, that this community has the lowest the lowest grade shingles on their roof, 3-tab shingles. Also you can hear movements outside inside the house as simple as someone opening and shutting their car doors. Even people talking while walking across your house. My experience buying my first house with Lennar was great the whole team help us with everything that we needed they answered all our questions since the beginning. me and my wife we are happy with everything.

I loved the color of my house on the outside. It is a very spacious house with a good plot of land. Highly recommended.

Great experience overall, very responsive team and seamless process. I used the financing option as well which made the experience even better. Competitive rates as well. We love our new home. Very modern and smart. Great after sale support as well. Good value.

From the mortgage to the move in, the overall experience with Lennar was great. The home is built solidly and response to issues is rapid. Some of the sub- contractors’ work needs to be tightened up. The appliances are entry level but those will be changed out after 1 year. No regrets here.

We had an easy process. No issues with the home this far. Our sales associate Jennifer, kept us abreast of all that was going on with the build. She even sent weekly photos of the progress. We are very pleased with our purchase!

I have bought from KB Home and Lennar, Every home have its problems, but the one thing that stands out to me with Lennar is how quickly the warranty service gets in contact and takes care of your request. Problem solved.

I will give a 4 out of 5.

Most of the workmanship was great but two of the bathrooms came without hand towel holders. When I came back for my walkthrough things were still not done and to this day they never replaced shrubbery that was supposed to be replaced. Lennar needs to do better when writing the laws/covenants for the HOA.

We contracted with Lennar to build a new home in the Irongate community. The process went smoothly overall and the build was timely. Quality of materials and skill in framing was average with some work below average or not to code. Several framing mistakes were made and were caught/corrected during the pre drywall inspection. Drywall finish is decent and trim was good. The construction manager Darell was very good to work with and the pre closing walkthrough was very thorough by Lennar. They were open to listening to concerns and worked to correct them quickly.

The experience was a pleasure from start to finish. Mary (Sales), David (Finance), and Sage(Title) made the process a breeze. After the sale (Mary) has gone the extra mile as we had to leave shortly after our purchase. Mary has gone above and beyond to help us with the property in our absence, we highly recommend her if you are looking to purchase at Lennar Aberdeen.

I purchased my last home four years ago, also a Lennar home. When it was time to sell and move I looked for Lennar communities. The entire experience with pruchasing went smoothly. Minor issues with a cabinet were resolved quickly. I have noticed the workmanship in construction and drywall is of poorer quality. My floors slope in some areas and drywall is warped in a few places.

This team is most accommodating. Things were all done in a timely manner also they kept me updated. I am enjoying the lake view; this house is beautifully built. I wish I had another Lenin Closet.
