I have loved being in my new home. The folks at Lennar were all so great from Armando at the community all the way to Dawn with the mortgage company! They all kept me in the loop with every step and any issues that did arise they helped fix it immediately! Thank you!

At Planarion Lakes, we have a lovely home and plenty of activities, all set in a warm and welcoming neighborhood.

Lennar has a GREAT team that focus's on the costumer's needs and issues. All of my issues (except one) have been corrected. the one is the closure of the front entrance. To which I am currently in communication with your team.

So far, the home Is great. There are a few things I would’ve expected to be a higher quality for a half million dollar home such as the wire racks in the closet should’ve been made out of wood and more sturdy and there should be towel racks in the bathrooms. The personnel at Lennar have been fabulous to work with very accommodating and responsive. The entire buying experience was easy and fast.

After being in our home for just under three months, we have noticed some quality and workmanship issues. For a "luxury" home, the appliances are low grade along with many of the other finishes. There are also minor issues like "sloppy" work (paint drips, dirty/stained tiles/ sloppy trim work, ect.). These things aside, we are happy with our home.

We have bought and sold multiple homes and this has been the best experience. From the sales office to titling and documentation, to closing and after sales service. The minor issues we had after move in were fixed very quickly with excellent communication. We love our new home.

The entire experience went so smooth. Everyone from Lennar were great to work with. Lennar took care of everything very quickly and responded quickly to any issues after closing, like door lock adjustment or missing a rod for our blinds. We only had minor issues. I would highly recommend a Lennar home!

Lennar builds a home that has all the latest features currently popular as well as affordable in nature. We couldn’t be more pleased!

We have been trying to buy for 5 years and could never qualify let alone afford a home in the DFW area until this year. The buying experience was great with Lennar, they were very transparent in what we were getting into. The numbers were spot on. The home is new so it’s great when it comes to knowing what we’re getting. There was some dishonesty in the selling process: we were told when we did our new home owner orientation walkthrough, that no one could be let into the home after that point until closing day as the locks changed and they wouldn’t be able to access the house. House was spotless at the new home orientation. We get our keys on closing day and walk into a dirty house! After talking to the salesmen they stated that they were showing our house after the new home owner orientation. They let us know they already tested our keys and they all worked. It was very disappointing. Reaching out to the sales guys now they don’t remember things they said when selling the house. For the most part we are happy with the home. Wish the yards were bigger and more level as it’s hard to use a sloped lawn. ... More

I viewed and closed on my home in less than a month! Lennar made it seamless and easy, from the application to the virtual closing. The whole team was extremely helpful! Not only did they ensure I understood the process, but they explained everything step by step. They entertained my questions and reassured me when we hit a couple of snags along the way. I truly appreciate Lennar for giving me, a single woman, the opportunity to own a beautiful home! You made my dreams come true!

It was a quick buying experience. Made me feel comfortable while buying the home. I was able to choose which home to buy. Unlike other locations which try to force you which house to buy.

I had some issues with having minor issues resolved during the walk through. Places where I put tape were removed and not repaired. Complained on numerous occasions only to get push back each time.

Generally a good job but some detail are overlooked. There are few or inconvenient towel rods in the bathrooms, plants and trees are few, not able to make any choices, but Lennar does build a very nice, if very cookie cutter, neighborhood

Home was half way built when I found it. Weekly checkups i saw good work. On final walk found mainly drywall issues and one foundation issue. Both fixed before move in. On move in found the internet cables in the wall were not connected and the back porch light wouldn't work. Lennar had light fixed on a warranty claim in a week. I had to fix the cables, the guys lennar sent out didn't know how to fix. About a month in the garage door came off track. Lennar had the installer out within a week and fixed. Your milage may vary, but so far nothing but positives to say about Lennar as a builder. ... More

Price for value is totally awesome. Some nice features too. More reliable warranty support system would be nice.

Our overall experience with Lennar was great. From The beginning everyone we worked with provided us with great service. The loan process was quick and fast. They informed you of every step. Our Lennar Home specialist Ana was very patient and allowed us to tour as many model Homes and floor plans needed to male a good decision. Home was built as scheduled. I only wish they would allow us to upgrade on appliances or add bathroom add on. We were From Michigan so our walk through was great as our Realtor was able to attend on our behalf and see the property virtually. All the staff from beginning to end were amazing even the building supervisor and the person who helped us when we notice small issues in our home when we moved in. I have heard some horrible stories about Lennar but our experience was great and i would highly recommend them ... More

Everyone at Lennar has been very helpful and understands the needs of the customer, up until now all the issues have been addressed in a timely manner. The house is beautiful.
