Overall, I think the process went very well. I was able to pick my lot in Drumwright and watch the home being built. Regular meetings with site supervisor and then upon move in great communication with Jessica who helped navigate any repairs after 30 days. I think people forget that this is not a custom built home. It’s well built, but you don’t get all the choices you might see in custom. I think Lennar is one of the better builders in this area and it’s turning out to be a nice subdivision.

I have been very pleased with how quickly items are resolved. It's a pleasure to deal with great reps.

The overall experience was almost perfect. All the different key players were on point making sure we were very satisfied, Only the Lennar Insurance Agency was not so great.

The entire process of buying this townhome was flawless. From the day I walked into the Sales office until closing my loan. Lennar is a fantastic company and the customer service it outstanding!

Few bumps here and there but very pleased with the service start to finish.

Our home was completed on time. It had only a few items on the punch list, most of them were taken care of prior to closing. The rest were added to our warranty list. This list was made up of items we identified, mostly cosmetic, and were addressed and resolved quickly.

There were some issues during the buying process. But overall, it was a great experience. Good quality of work and excellent responsiveness

I can honestly say our experience has been great from beginning to end. On closing day, the house was in great shape. Of course minor issues arised after being in the house but every time we have needed to request service they have been addressed quickly. All the Lennar staff in the neighborhood are great to work with and they truly want to make you happy. Of course there are those that can never be happy. That has not been our case. I would not hesitate to buy from Lennar again.

I’m thrilled so far and I am very happy with my house and the upgrades that it came with. The warranty department has been very responsive to any issues and everything I missed during the walk through has been or will be corrected. Love the community and the close proximity to Sunset Beach and the Calabash waterfront area.

Over all process was smooth. Especially Sales& Mortgage. Special kudos and appreciation to the Lennar credit score advisor. Lennar won’t dis appointment me and anyone for sure. Happy to recommend Lennar to my family and friends for sure. Regarding service team, I haven’t reached out them yet but Hoping to have the better customer support for the next 330 days.

It was a simple and great experience I engage in. Highly recommended to look at Lennar if you are in the market for a new home.

Our new home is great. Everything was gone over with the builder. Only thing to tell others is to paint, for we had finger prints made by installers. Did receive touch up paint but it was a slightly different color.

From beginning to end including financing smooth and flawless.

We love our Lennar home at the Venue at Longview. We purchased the Saratoga model. I only have 2 issues. I opted out of the drywall repair offered by Lennar and did the repairs myself. But having to fix almost 40 nail and screw pops is unacceptable. I understand the home has to settle but screw pops should never happen. They use 1 1/4 inch screws. Their not long enough and their not tightened enough. Nail pops are a given but screw pops should never happen. Secondly the installation of the Shaw Sunkist hardwood flooring, specifically when it comes to applying the adhesive has to improve. There are numerous hollow spots where the adhesive was lacking when installed. Also a few boards had to be replaced because the top layer was peeling off. It's a nice floor. We love the look of the floor but the quality of the flooring needs to improve. Overall though we're very happy with our home. It's much easier to maintain than the 4 bedroom colonial we had came from. The clubhouse, pool and gym are all very nice and they have and offer plenty of activities to participate in and socialize with your neighbors in the community. ... More

I'm a 77yr old widow who moved here from ga. Actually did everything on line except for closing and I could have done that on line also. The Lennar team helped me every step of the way. Aberdeen is close to the beach and is perfect for retired people. I love it.

In general terms, I think it was a good choice to choose this residence and the LENNAR construction company, very good advisors at the service of a client. thanks for the help throughout the process

My experience with Lennar was great. Everyone on there team was well appointed in their skill. I felt like I was in the right hands from the beginning. There were a few problems after doing the inspection but Lennar was quick to resolve them and made the process easy. I’ve had the pleasure of working with their consumer service team and I couldn’t be more happy with the experience. They were prompt and thorough with helping me take care of any problems. All in all I’ve been very happy and confident with my purchase. Thank you so much.
