Lennar is the best builder and very understanding during the process more so very patient

The experience overall was relatively painless. Representatives i spoke to were professional, receptive to concerns, and communicated information to me clearly. Only issue that came up was the report made by the private inspection I had done not being passed onto the construction lead on the home, as their were major issues with the roof that weren't addressed until I personally brought the issue up before the final walk. If I hadn't, it likely would have been missed and lead to disastrous water damage to the home. Aside from that; the construction of the home is fine. I have not detected any major issues 3~ months into my occupation of the home. I have notice several cosmetic issues, such as paint on caulked surfaces peeling off and cracking, and expected nail pops appearing over time. The only other issue that comes to mind is in regards to the ventilation of the second floor. Even with dampers and registers fully open, air flow in the upstairs of the home is very low. It's been mitigated for the most part by the addition of an AC to my HVAC; but the airflow still feels generally stagnant and I sometimes experience mild discomfort heading to a bedroom that is considerably warmer than the downstairs. Overall, I love the home. I'm proud of the decision to purchase it, and I enjoy the location. As long as Lennar works with me if and when issues come up within coverage of the warranty, then I'll have nothing to complain about. ... More

The website has tons of information as your house is getting built. You get to follow along every step of the way. I was able to see my house every week after I closed. And I love how the website gives detailed information about how to take care of your home. Very good experience from a first-time home buyer. My agent was great but I wish you was just a little bit more involved in the closing. I've even known some people to get small gifts from their real estate agents.

Very happy with home. We got what we paid for. Very comfortable no issues at all. Everything works right so far. Move in June 2024 I recommend the value of the home. But service after purchase was not good at all. I had to go to office few time and every time felt like I was just bothering not friendly at all. Overall I love my home neighbors are great so far.

Buying a new house from Lennar at 8356 Aurora Ridge Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89147, has been an incredibly satisfying experience. From Lennar's mortgage service to the final day of moving in, every step was handled with utmost professionalism and efficiency. Each department of Lennar agents and representatives demonstrated exceptional professionalism and patience. They answered all our questions and queries promptly and thoroughly. For instance, on the final day of moving in, we identified some issues with the front door, some wall cracks, and cleaning problems. The construction manager promptly addressed these concerns, and the issues were resolved the next day with perfect efficiency. Additionally, Lennar's warranty service is commendable. After moving into our new home, we discovered that the powder room exhaust fan was not functioning. The warranty service team promptly sent out an HVAC service technician, who resolved the problem within a week. We are extremely proud of Lennar's service. My entire home buying process with Lennar was so smooth, consistent & accurate from contractual agreement to closing. It has been two months since we moved to our new home. We are enjoying our new house with no issue so far. there is any issue at our home Lennar is there for help I am recommending friends & families to shop house from Lennar.

This was overall a great experience however the workmanship was a little lacking. While I do love my home and have only moved a month now I’m seeing some things already falling apart, materials seems a bit on the lower end. The workmanship looks a bit subpar compared to elsewhere. I’m not a complainer but did not expect to be putting WO in the portal so soon after moving in. A bit disappointed but happy to see the urgency on the responses and follow up

We found the entire process easy and comfortable to buy a Lennar home.

We are very happy with our Lennar home. The ONLY thing that bothers me is the carpet installers did not do a great job of removing debris before laying down the carpet. The putty and stuff from drywall’s can be felt when walking on various areas of the floor. But it’s a minor issue compared to everything else. Love our new home!

The sales process was fast and simple. The overall quality of the home is very good. There are little things that are annoying, however, the warranty team are always quick to respond and get the issue corrected. We are very happy with the quality of the plank flooring, but disappointed with the quality of the carpeting. The kitchen is wonderful, lots of cabinets and space. The gas stove, microwave and double ovens are very nice and easy to use. However, for a gourmet kitchen, the refrigerator is way too small and the dishwasher is lacking in quality. There is ample lighting inside and out. It would have been nice if the design team would have included dimmer switches for the ceiling lights on all three levels. Also, the front porch steps have no railing. I’ve been told that the steps are longer and therefore are not required to have a railing and that reduces the cost. I will say, it’s only two steps, but, it’s two steps that someone could easily fall on. Common sense is free, but liability insurance cost money. The basement is dry, even after lots of rain, including 3 inches in one day. The sump pump system is well designed and has a battery backup. The electric panel has a whole house surge protector and there are plenty of electrical outlets throughout the home. The garage is huge and can fit two large vehicles and two golf carts. There is plenty of space in the garage and basement for storage along with closets throughout the house. We are very happy with our home and would recommend Lennar to anyone looking to purchase a new home. ... More

Area manager , const manager and warranty manager stepped up to the plate and took care of all our concerns . This is our second lennar home in 1 year and have referred others .

Overall experience is great. Great communication and support. I feel Lennar can do better with materials quality. Using cheap vinly for windows and doors is not good.

Good when the right people were involved. Some of the loan experience was poor, but Logan helped make it 10x better.

Overall Homebuying Experience was ok. Quality of workmanship & Materials are OK. After living in the house for almost 2 months, I have noticed several things that need attention. I have had a couple of Issues that needed attention sooner then later with electrical and HVAC issues. They were resolved quickly. I trust the other things that need attention will be addressed quickly when i submit my list. Value for the price paid was fair for the current market. Everyone wants a "BETTER" price. It is only money. the overall design of the house fits my needs. that is priceless. I would buy a Lennar home again. ... More

There is one issue i am still waiting for the superintendent Daniel to resolve. That is the dead grass, at the orientation we asked about the dead grass and he informed us the grass was installed when it was cold then it turned hot so the grass was not doing good and then said they were going to fertilize and airate it. the following week when we closed the grass still looked dead so we asked him about it and he said he would continue watering it and would send an email (never got ) regarding the grass. When we moved in grass was still dead but there was a-lot of weeds so it looked green. i spoke to Daniel twice about the grass since we moved in and the first time he said he was going to get the landscaper over, i never heard from him so when i called back he said he had to talk to his boss. still waiting for a call back to tell me what his boss said. Very disappointing to come from the desert expecting nice green grass to only have weeds. i also was not happy i did not know about the big drain grate in my back yard. Thats what you get buying a house 1800 miles away and not seeing it till the orientation. Please contact me! trustworthiness and responsiveness are 4’s due to the dead grass. ... More

The whole process was fast, all the staff were very friendly and attentive, when was the closing day everything in the house was perfect, beautiful appliances great spacious bedrooms, bathrooms etc. we loved it. Just we can’t wait for the pool be ready and the amenities. Thanks

The Sales Department was my favorite part of my experience. David was there for me every step of the way! If I had a question he always had a answer or would cheerfully get the answer. Maintenance department is so good and they prep the home so very nice for delivery. Thank you Richard and team. Every part of the house buying was good except for the Lennar Mortgage. Nothing but problems!!! I would suggest getting the loan elsewhere.
