Not happy my experience with Lennar Tittle I do not recommend to buy with Lennar bc his Tittle company had a bad practices. More than one moth waiting for my money to pay my cards. Still any clue how to pay HOA fees. Any information how to do many things,

My experience so far with Lennar Triple Creek 50 QR, has been very negative. Mainly since moving into the home there has been a strong (methane/sulfur) odor problem in the house that has not yet been resolved. A work order submitted via the Lennar Home Warranty Portal, only to have it denied stating "not covered under warranty" Workmanship, materials and appliances are of poor quality, The home is not worth the price paid. I regret making this Lennar at Triple Creek 50 QR home purchase.

I was so excited to find a new Lennar Home for sale in Lockhart, Tx. I had a great experience when I'd previously purchased a new build home with Lennar in 2013 in Austin Tx. This time; however, my experience was highly disappointing. I've had multiple issues in my new home to include a significantly broken piece of wood trimming out my garage door that was simply nailed on and painted over. I've been advocating to have the inside of my garage door trimmed out, where there are two inch gaps running down the sides and in the corners. Lennar and the builders used only the cheapest of sinks, tubs, counter tops and flooring as possible. The shower rods fell down and were the cheapest on the market. I've purchased 5 homes in my lifetime. I've never had such a frustrating and disappointing experience. Per Lennar's "creative financing" option after selling my mortgage loan at 4.75%, my monthly principal payment is just over $200 and my monthly accrued interest loan payment is over $600. As for completing all the documentation required. I had no less than 5 to 6 people with Lennar contacting me via email for about a month. The communication from all but two staff was unclear, vague, confusing and pressured. The onsite staff here in Lockhart have been responsive and worked hard to make repairs needed after I moved in. I now have a sense of impending costs due to my experience thus far. One final comment just to give a sense of just how neglectful my house appears, there is no wall paint behind my stove and the refrigerated appears to have been dumped in it's place, is not level and not of the trays inside of is were in place. ... Were very attentive to our needs and answered our questions.

Sales staff was great mortgage and insurance. People were great title company was great. We were a little disappointed with some of the things that they’ve cut to save money this is our third Lennar home and we can see that they’ve cut out a lot of things that they used to give like towel and toilet paper holders in the bathrooms and complete white paint on the inside instead of the two tone colors that they used to use and they didn’t give any touchup Paint for future touchup other than that. Everyone that we dealt with in person was very good. In all, it was a good experience

The seller response was really slow. I had to drive to the mortgage office to buy the house because of the slow email response. The Lennar support concierge never called me back and seemed not personable. Everybody seemed too busy to answer my questions in a timely manner.

The only issue I had was the numbers issue they kept giving me different quotes on how much down payment I was gonna have to give, and it was never accurate so it made me last very upset up to the last minute. Other than that, I can say that Lennar really responded immediately to everything. Explained everything from the home top to bottom. For having a three-story four bedroom extremely energy, saving home. After the purchase, if there were something wrong with the home, they got to it immediately. Customer service to the max. I did pay a little bit more than what I wanted to, but I got the house that I wanted. I got the model home. Home is amazing spacious and if I have the opportunity again, I would probably buy again from Lennar. ... More

They are building homes at a high volume and the home had a number of issues that were ultimately addressed prior to closing and even after. They tried to cut some corners and some issues were found after closing. They do follow up but you just have to be very thorough in the closing process. The home layout and design is very good and the location is excellent. I would likely have bought from them again at the end of the day.

Staff was not the most friendly or responsive Missed drywall inspection

Failure to deliver on time No communication After multiple follow ups for communication met with rudeness and unprofessionism. Does not supply products initially promoted Worksmanship is subpar Would never recommend to any homebuyer.

I am think about sell house reson no heater and warming house nothing only air blew itt...... where warm we did try headter turn on not work .. we did reproter office where we buy it ... why bother buy fix service we have warning house not old only one week and two week never fix ... very poor your company more like sucks ...

I like my home it came almost with everything

We had an excellent experience working with Lenar and their staff! Every deadline was met, and we were able to move into our home within three weeks of seeing the model home.

Joshua, Oscar and Maria were available and eager to help with every question and concern I had. I really appreciate the superb customer service each of them provided and I can’t thank them enough for all of their support.

Good quality for price, most issues handled quickly

There are still items that was on our punch list that was not taken care of before closing. Still having trouble opening closing the sliding glass door to the patio. Other than that Lanken has been very helpful.

Is the whole experience with lennar was very disappointed and The worst experience I could imagine. They say buying a home should be one of the most happiest days of your life. I was jerked around so much in disappointment with the whole experience. I will never buy another home from the lennar again and I will tell anyone that asked me to stay away

The entire process has been a headache purchasing this home. Issues that arose with my inspector were not properly fixed before closing and is still something I am fighting Lennar with. They are quick to respond to issues but then “complete” them in the portal when it truly has not been fixed. I’m spending close to half a million dollars on this home and I’m getting work that is worse than my 250k DR Horton home. The employees are quick to bash DR Horton however none of these simple issues were a problem them - nor was it an issue from DRH getting support to get them fixed. You can very easily tell Lennar no longer cares about quality - it’s all about how fast they can throw up a house with the cheapest trades involved. Will never recommend a Lennar home nor will I purchase another - several other homeowners have expressed some concerns, new and existing owners. Lennar is quickly going to be involved in more class action lawsuits than they already are if they continue to choose the cheapest options and have complete disregard for the future and existing homeowners. ... Everyone at Lennar was terrific. Tina our new home consultant, Reagan our mortgage loan officer and Lou our construction manager were all outstanding and friendly people. They all made the buying of our new home successful, making the whole home buying experience a smooth process. THANK YOU to all involved.

Sadly, our issues that were in our walk through were not resolved yet and we have been living in the house for almost 2 months. We put so much money into buying this home it's sad we can't get stuff addressed in a timely manner.

I love my new home! Each member who assisted with my experience made me feel comfortable and confident when I asked questions. I am very grateful for their kindness and time. This is my first home and I was treated very professionally and with respect. Thank you all!

This is the 3rd Lennar home we have purchased. The first two homes were well built, the purchase process was easy and the limited warranty work was done well. This time the process was much more stressful. First, we were not allowed to use our Realtor due to some rule that we had used a different one with Lennar in the past. This made the process much more difficult for us. Second strike was the inability of our sales person to respond to us. Once we signed the contract, we were dead to her. After the sale, the person who was supposed to be a liason would never answer calls and always send emails right as day was ending so we could never respond and get quick answers. To say the process up to move in was frustrating was an understatement. To male matters worse, Lennat asked to move up the close date. We could not do quite as early as they asked as the date didn't line up with our other closing. We did move up as much as possible. Yet when we got close closing, the home wasn't close to ready. Our inspection was rescheduled 3 times. The 2nd time we drove by the house on Saturday for a Monday inspection to see the house still had days of work to be done. Even when we did the inspection, appliances were not there, irrigation was not placed among other key things that should have been inspected. Due to the rushed nature of the build, we have had more warranty claims in one month than we did on two other homes combined. The overall feeling is the entire community is being built too fast for th3 team or without regard to quality. Lastly, we recently had to have our back fence removed to dig a sewer line. We were told it was just for when the excavator needed to turn. 10 minutes into job, the excavator had drove over the irrigation system and newly laid sod. Even after it was "capped" we still se water seeping into hoke they have been digging for over 2 weeks with no end in site. ... More

It was very stressful. They approved me for a loan. I payed 30% down payment and after that they told me that I am not approved and I needed to pay off my car. That was not the plan in first place. I had to spend all my money before I made this big purchase. I don’t want to see any email from Lennar ever again.

It just could have been a better home buying experience.

Could not come to a conclusion on the safety issue that all home owners of this build have . No power no access to your garage . No door from the inside of the house . MISSED WORK OVER NOT BEING ABLE TO OPEN GARAGE !!!!!!!!!!!!! NOT A SMART BUILD . All I was told that they can’t do anything to help me
