The buying process went well. Matt was and still is been a great help. He goes above and beyond.

My experience with Lennar Craft Springs is not great. First, I don't believe I received the best value as a veterans. Second, I was rushed through the second walk through the day of the closing. A long crack in the garage floor that that was noted in the first walk-thru remains, food crumbs in the microwave remains, a bedroom wall cover is missing and I did not receive all closing material at closing.

Richard our salesperson was phenomenal. Super informative and attentive to our needs. The new home delivery team was also great. As great as the Lennar team was, we did experience a couple of issues that we uncovered after move-in that are still outstanding. 1. Stove never worked. Contacted Frigidaire and they sent someone out that had to replace a fan motor. It's been over 2 weeks and the parts still have not arrived. 2. End cap on one of the banisters came off. Upon inspection I saw that it wasn't attached properly. Next time I purchase a new home, I'll be a lot more thorough in testing every function of every appliance. He was very nice and helpful. He did what he said he would/was going to do. His work is very nice and I do love my new home. I did move in very quickly, but Jackson did all her could to ensure that I had the home of my dreams.

Disappointed… easy to get in. Sales and mortgage groups were great. What promised was not what I was given. Now fence blown down and it seems they are taking their time to repair. We live on main road and it is super loud and cars have access to our back door. Very scary.

My garage and driveway had poor workmanship.

I think we had the worst experience with the Lennar team, from sales to concierge. Once you sign the initial contract, the sales team acted as if they don't know us. We tried to contact them a couple of times regarding the change in closing date from what was initially confirmed and there was absolutely no response from them. We left a couple of voicemails but no call backs or anything. Then there's another team called concierge team. This team should be renamed as the legal team as anything you ask them they take screenshots of the contract and send them to you with a note that you agreed to this. They changed the closing date by 2 months, when we asked to advance the date by one day, they did not agree. It was very frustrating dealing with them. When it comes to the quality of the build, workmanship, or the materials used, we opened around 8 tickets in one month. That should tell you something. The only saving grace is that the warranty team is very efficient in addressing the multiple support tickets that we opened. We are not sure how many more we will open in the next 11 months. ... I would’ve most certainly went with another lender if could redo our first home buying experience. Bad experience from start to finish with one positive experience in the middle. We have a Facebook group that’s specifically associated with our new Lennar online community and to be honest within this review, it’s been mostly shared experiences of mentally exhausted new home owners.

We had some bumps in the road due to delays with the utilities being installed, but overall a great experience. Thank you!

The only experience that was good was working with mortgage department, they were great. Sales office was not responsive to concerns after I signed contract. Koral told me after I signed that water was expensive here. I moved in 8/28 and still do not have sod and neighbors who moved in after me, like next door neighbors already have theirs. There are a tremendous number of homes that have sod, they haven’t even brought on new base dirt or leveled my lot. The final walked through the house was filthy, mud in garage, trash (including beer cans in back yard), the concern about under kitchen sink never resolved, and I have had a couple electrical issues lately. ... Where to start? Immediate leak from upstairs kids bathroom the first time one of them took a shower. Leaked down into the bottom floor soaking insulation. Still waiting five weeks later for it to be fully fixed so my daughter can have her on room back, so we don’t have large holes in her wall and the downstairs ceiling. Whoever put in the grass cared nothing about people safely mowing their lawns. The first time I mowed (after Lennar didn’t for three weeks), I took chunks out of the blades in the lawnmower because large chunks of cement and thick gauge wire were left in the yard. Related also to the yard, one of your folks planted a palm tree right on the property line, so we’ll have to put up the fence over the property line. Amenities inside the house are sparse. We’ve already spent. $5000 more to have ceiling fans and central room lights installed- those should’ve been installed during construction. The dishwasher and washer feel cheap and are. The dishwasher doesn’t dry dishes and the washer is needlessly loud and I’m guessing not energy efficient based on our first month’s bill, but they could also be related to large holes in the wall and ceiling. Your HOA oversteps its boundaries. We got a landline for my wife’s elderly mother so she could call relatives in her native South Korea. I was told by your provider we must ASK PERMISSION for each country we wish to call. I don’t need, nor intend to ask permission. It is a service provided to us and I don’t need or want intrusive people deciding where we can and can’t call. I will not recommend any friends purchase a home from Lennar in Pearl Estates. The lack of quality control, cheap furnishings and HOA have made our purchase a mistake. ... More

It was a pleasant and beautiful experience I had with the builder And give them the five star rating Cesar didn’t come back for the last inspection he got sent to a different location so we get to talk to him

As a first-time homebuyer, I did not foresee that the purchasing process would be as smooth and enjoyable as it turned out to be. From my interactions with the New Home Consultant, Sara, to the financing support provided by Luke at Lennar, and the walkthrough with the Assistant Construction Manager, Christy, and the closing procedures all created an atmosphere of tranquility and joy. I sincerely appreciate the efforts of each person involved. Thank you!!

Best service good home safe

I can’t say how much I appreciated Alex for the smooth loan process. Josh is definitely the star helping us to get the home to the standard. Vince is the best with high workability and intensity. Lennar has such a great team. Much appreciated for the awesome experience.

Do not use Lennar financing. Didn't offer any other products except 30 year for a 1 month bridge loan. Cost me several thousand dollars fir a point ad closing cost. Have your own financing Finding several cosmetic issues that need fixing. Response time for mediacom for an internet problem caused by chesapeak was awful Gourmet kitchen has no pull out drawers No ceiling fans or towel racks installed with spec house. Dead sod and the list goes on.

Construction team led by Dave was negligible. None of my initial concerns during the home inspection were addressed, so a second home inspection had to be held with the manager Oscar and they fixed all issues the second time. However before the manager assisted, Dave became very rude and irate for his own failures and had to be removed from the process. When I buy a new house, I expect it to look new. However there were countless blemishes and cracks that Dave was more upset I noticed than he was for the lack of quality work from HIS team and lack of inspection from himself. The company overlooks his childish and unprofessional behavior which in turn allows his employees to feel they are allowed to act the same. ... More

All was fine leading up to purchase.Once purchased, your just another number. Slow response to issues. In my case, main issue was quartz counter, peaked at main joint, said it was normal. Interior paint is very cheap. One wipe and your removing paint. Sliding glass lock mechanism is too hard to even open. Hung my own window treatments, nothing is square. Cheap appliances, refrigerator has no capacity. All in all, cheaply built home.

Wiring money, especially if you have a 2d property, is bureaucratically burdensome.

Lennar made it possible for us to become 1st time homeowners in our 60’s.

We toured a house like ours and liked it. It fits our tastes and budget well. The quality of workmanship and materials is great. We are very proud of this amazing home. The Lennar team has been Outstanding to work with, any problem got immediate attention making the buying experience flawless. Great place to live!

After a selection process between builders, designs and amenities presented, we made the decision to make the purchase with Lennar. The process itself of being able to make the purchase was easy and in a short time, being the purchase in cash where there are some additional advantages. In the walk through day assigned there is the possibility of verifying that the unit is in optimal conditions to be able to sign the documents in a few subsequent weeks, giving Lennar time to correct any damage or repairs that may occur. Once these first processes were completed, the signing of the documents was very fast and easy to do with the help of technology without being present, the purchase was made within the scheduled dates. Handing over the keys as the owner of the unit and with the excitement of seeing it personally is unique "thank you Lennar." Once the property is delivered, the processes of registration of the appliances, internet connectivity, and customer service assistance are due to technology, facilitating and at the same time fulfilling the guarantees in the name of the owner these is easy even if you are an international owner not living in the unit. I have even tried the application for warranty service, it is limiting in the scope of being able to communicate with the Owner through other applications with WhatsApp, messaging if you do not have a telephone line in the USA, which delays the service process and that Communication being faster and more effective. A month or more after having the property, I still have minor problems that I hope will be resolved as they should be within the warranty. I know I have the support of Lennar and his entire team. ...
