We were impressed with the responsive of Tatum in the walk through; ease of scheduling repairs required; quick response of Sonja Grace our Homebuyer concierge.

I had the easiest process ever purchasing 2 homes with Lennar. Kassandra, who was our main point of contact, was extremely kind and responsive (even on her days off). I truly have no complaints or even any suggestions on how they can improve. It was almost too easy.

It went relatively smooth and was a great experience every step of the way.

I know I bought in the affordable subdivision. I know I didn't pay an exorbitant amount for this house. But craftsmanship is very poor. Some things can be fixed. Others not worth the time off work to manage it. It was the easiest buying experience though. Loved the virtual signing.

From touring the model home with Meridith, to working with Annette at Lennar Mortgage, to the quality check with James & Joe...our homebuying experience has been wonderful. Thank you, Lennar.

We thoroughly enjoy our new home. Lennar does a great job with floor plans. Not all is perfect and there are spots in the home we wish were different but we realize that no matter how a home is spec’d out, there will always be the “I wish we/they would have done this instead”! In the end, it’s a great home with great features!

Lennar has provided first class service after we have moved in. On our first day of move in, we discovered minor areas that needed touch up paint and / or spackling. The construction manager got on his phone, and within 2 minutes, a crew of painters arrived and handled it immediately. A week later, we noticed a rounded imperfection in the fireplace mantel shelves. We informed construction manager, and within 2 days, the entire mantel was replaced. The following day, a painter arrived to paint the new mantel and to touch up the walls adjacent to the mantel. A month after we moved in, we found tiny cracks in several backsplash tiles due to the electric outlets being screwed in to tightly. Again, after a phone call and pictures sent, Lennar had a tiling repair person come and replace the 3 cracked tiles within 2 week time frame. We have a large retaining wall behind our unit, and there was quite a bit of weed growth on top of the wall. After an email to Lennar, the landscapers arrived and cleaned up the overgrowth the following week. We discovered that 2 of our kitchen cabinets would not slide smoothly since they were installed slightly off center. We took pics, sent to construction manager, and several days later, a crew showed up and they removed and re installed the sliding rails for those doors. Only negative comment in regards to finish quality, the bathroom faucets had spouts that were too short and barely reached the sink, thus water splashed over the counters. Poor design. Ended up replacing 4 of the faucets with longer spouts in my second week after move in. Also, they did not paint the garage walls, which I felt they should have done based on the price of the unit. Mina, Jeff, and Enrique were great with helping us close and getting in our forever home! Regina was phenomenal in getting us closed in 3 weeks and ensuring we were being helped along the way.

My experience with Lennar was amazing. I had a few hiccups during my buying process but the team I worked with was there every step of the way. My family is so grateful for everything that was done for us during the process. I would definitely recommend to my friends and family.

They do respond to any problems right away

We looked at many builder homes and I can tell you Lennar was the nest for quality and money. what you normally pay for upgrades with other builders was standard with Lennar and that was a huge selling feature for us. The quality of their builds far exceeded any of the other "local: builders. Layout, materials, size ..everything was better. The service from start to finish was fantastic and unparalleled. Highly recommend. I had heard of Lennar before in other states and when I saw them herein Idaho I was thrilled, they were a game changer for me. I had previously bought a new build with Lennar back in 2018 and I loved my home. When I needed to relocate I bought from a different builder and was not impressed. This time for my forever build I knew Lennar was my builder and I once again have loved my home and the stress free process of the purchase.

Overall experience is great. Happy!

Right from her visit to Lennar office in December 23 to signing the documents in April24 the journey has been very efficient and satisfactory. Laura kept us updated reg the progress of the construction. Walk through was detailed with Sharmin. The only thing I was underwhelmed by is my closing day. Firstly there is nothing like celebration. I did not have to go back and forth to the office to close and get the keys. Everything could have been done at the home after the final walk through with Matt who was very nice. I could have received all the contact numbers for utilities right on my kitchen island. I had to ask the gentleman covering for Laura in The office for them and then he started to message me with those numbers. There should have been a welcoming folder with all the important phone numbers like utilities, watering days, landscaping, pest control, lanai, pool etc. Laura was busy that day. It would have been nice to have Laura there for us but I understand she was assigned elsewhere. But I love my home. Got what I paid for and am happy ... More

The homebuying was very smooth with Lenner

The finance team purchasing team, all extremely responsive very happy with Lennar financing and purchasing. The only letdown was a little bit maybe a newer Construction rep walk-through person should be a little bit better polished on customer service. The overall responsiveness when we have had any issues has been fantastic and very very quick Jorden has been great.

I’m a first homebuyer, I didn’t know what to expect but my experience was very good, the process went by very fast. Faster than I thought it would.My loan officer was fantastic. She worked very hard to get me into my home it couldn’t have went any better. Thanks so much.

Lennar is a good trustworthy company , I am happy with the support provided

Everything has been great so far. When we put in a ticket for any items needing fixing, the team is quick to respond. The only thing I feel we should have situated is our mailbox key and we don’t have that yet. Over all the experience has been good.

What help I have reached out for has all been taken care of and in reasonable time
