Attention to detail is extremely low. Didn't clean, paint on carpet, walls not smooth and in some areas not even painted. Outlets and outlet covers not secured. (But the electrical was inspected right? lol) They put the hose bibs in the dumbest locations. The one on the driveway side is at the back of the house... Some design engineer isn't too bright there. Flooring is not flat in all areas and the floor squeaks in spots like it's 30 years old. Zero customization is stupid. Expecting people to spend half a million and have no say in how the home is finished is embarrassing. Very true that once the purchase order is signed the customer service drops. Lennar is very much a money hungry company who hires average vendors to do a very average or less than average job. Cheap materials are definitely used. Spec sheet for the home stated finished stone veneer. When we moved up to the new home it was completed with siding. No adjustments have been made by the builder except to say "it was my fault". Have asked HOA to further investigate. Was hoping for either adjustment at closing or replacement of the siding-nothing has been done-felt like a bait and switch.

Overall the GC doesn’t seem like he had any idea about some things in the house. We walked the house dirty and they left trash all over my yard and in the backyard and we lived with it for a month or so before they finally sent someone to clean it. Save your time and money and get a 3rd party inspector

Honest experience as a first time home buyer. Lennar is only great front facing surface level. They sell you well and are responsive only in the selling phase. The second I paid my deposit and they secured my payment, they basically were unresponsive. We had to proof various documents - a lot of the info was wrong. Even after asking for a revision, they’ll get the same info wrong on a different document. They couldn’t get my HOA price right - I had to correct them on their own rates four times. I brought in my own inspector during the final walk through, and I received approval from concierge to bring them in. Day of inspection I’m told I cannot bring a third party in without waivers/paperwork signed. Nobody in concierge wanted to be held accountable for the $400 I paid for an inspector who could not inspect the house and did not respond to any of my emails. Day of keys they throw everything in a bag full of documents and send you off your way with no explanation. When you ask for things such as “where is my HOA account information” they say it’s all in the bag - which it was not and I had to wait for a physical mail to come in to get that info. Also my house has so many issues. My bedroom lights flicker, the closet window was cracked, and the walls to window are not symmetrical. Insane for a house that costs the amount it does. The decibel is also not to legal regulations. You can hear everything externally. The shower has a high pitched ringing sound. My kitchen sink has a stain that came on it. Water quality is awful / pipes are rusty caused all my laundry to turn yellow. Hot water isn’t instant. Our heater was broken to begin with and we had to call emergency services because our house temperature was dropping dramatically and our pets were showing distress. These are all things we could’ve caught during walk through with our inspector if concierge took the necessary steps needed to bring out inspector to site to begin with rather than tell us day of they can’t come because they didn’t give us waivers. Homeless people walk around and look through your trash bins and try to open your doors - HOA won’t do anything nor showed ounce of empathy. Incredibly sloppy and I’m absolutely disappointed in the service, quality and basic human respect. I would not recommend Lennar nor will I purchase with Lennar again. The team of staff that made sure the COE is met on time on its deadline did an excellent job that helped me move in. The staff that provided the keys, instructions, etc were great. The stressful disappointment start from Lennar customer care completing issues requested. The resolutions were not acceptable. Please just refer to my requested completion of issues. Second to this is not being provided recycle and trash bins by Republic services going on 6 weeks now. I have been living for so many years in CA and never did I experience this sloppy delivery of service.

I am a first time homebuyer. I was able to be upfront about my credit challenges and we were able to establish a timeline for me too clean up my credit and pay off debt. I absolutely love the neighborhood and the homes because of the nature and it’s just a really nice community and area. I Do not believe I could’ve gotten the same home for this price in Houston. I think it would’ve been more.

This is our THIRD Lennar home. One in CA and two in WA. You are working with people that treat you like family. They care about customer service, quality of their product, and every person we have interacted with have been the best of the best! The two homes in WA, were homes we purchased from living in another state. Everyone from Lennar was very patient with us and we are a low tech couple which we had our own challenges. This was the only reason why we did not give a 5 star rating. It was nothing that the folks at Lennar created. The finishes on our home are beautiful and they are part of the EI policy. The value is amazing for what you pay for a brand new home with the latest in technology and energy efficiency. We love our new home and our neighborhood. It’s beautiful. ... More

I loved the color of my house on the outside. It is a very spacious house with a good plot of land. Highly recommended.

Very unpleased with how things turned out for what we paid. After close it became evident the craftsmanship in the molding in the “Designer Plus” package, the drywall work, and painting was not what I expected for the price we paid for the home. It’s evident Lennar is focused on turning and closing homes quickly and letting many of the details go by the wayside. If I could do it over again- I would pay more money for a smaller builder who cares about more than a buck.

I am very disappointed with lennar employees who showed house material and options to purchase my home those were not explained clearly.Also lennar mortgage is worst lender I ever go with.I wouldn’t recommend lennar to my friends for buying their house.

Overall we are happy with our home. There are a few things that we’re not happy with. Our back yard is an issue with ground being uneven and over ran with weeds. There’s a few odd ends through out the house that we are not 100% pleased with. But, for the most part we are happy. The HOA definitely needs some rules in placed and I would like to see more landscaping in the entrance. The kids park needs a few things and better up keep. But I’m sure these are things can be addressed as the neighborhood gets older.

After extensive research and review I have decided to purchase a Lennar and I am glad that I did so . I had only positive experience since the very beginning until I moved into the new house . I also liked the way Lennar handled any question and issues that I had and resolved them in a timely and professional manner . Based on my own experience , I would recommend Lennar to anybody who is looking to purchase a new home .

Great experience overall, very responsive team and seamless process. I used the financing option as well which made the experience even better. Competitive rates as well. We love our new home. Very modern and smart. Great after sale support as well. Good value.
