I would like to buy another house for next year.

Lennar needs to do what they agreed to do. Closed based on their word that things would be fixed right away. I bet two months post close and nothing is fixed

Everything I see is nothing but a rip off. Want your money, after that no follow up on customer to see how things are. Never heard from salesperson to see if I was happy and how everything is going. Never will I buy from Lennar again.

Closing was easy and stress free.

We felt very rushed through the entire experience, Lennar mortgage dropped the ball on numerous occasions and left us wondering if the transaction was going to close. We were rushed through the final walk through process and was forced to accept the home as it was, and were left with numerous issues with damaged appliances, damaged cabinets, incomplete and poor drywall and paint finishes. All of which had to be remedied after closing via a warranty claim. There are still numerous items that have yet to be resolved, almost two months later. We were told that we would just have to live with the damaged appliances , because it’s not the builders responsibility. You would think that for the amount of money that we spent on this home, that Lennar would have been more willing to insure that we as the buyers were happy with everything. ... More

The homebuying was convenient and everything was done online.

Buying with Lennar was fairly easy with the help of my realtor and new home consultant John, there's a couple term/fees that will be missed if you do not read contract word for word in its entirety. I would also suggest for future buyers especially first time homebuyers to be firm and not intimidated during your initial walk through because otherwise the agents will make you feel guilty for pointing out every deficiency whether small or big and simply try to brush issues off, also Id recommend Lennar hire better paint professionals that have attention to detail and not just paint the interior of these home as a rush job because it definitely shows, despite those negatives any issue that arose Emily D was very kind and understanding & attentive in making sure and following up on all items. With all new homes you have issues. The Lennar team made sure my home was A+. Lennar provided me a new home at a price point I couldn’t of obtained with out their national power. I think they get some negative reviews because of the amount of homes they produce for first time home owners. Thank you Lennar!

Nickole was very good to me and my husband. She was not pushy about buying the house. She showed us like 6 units before we made our decision. Excellent sales person

Warranty has been good. Smoke alarms have been miserable to deal with. The underwriter was awful and drug his feet until the day before closing. Quality for the price is mediocre.

Overally the job done is excellent,clear communication,customer service good and perfect materials,generally everything is cool

Really community. Elementary and jr high schools are close. Access to the First Coast freeway close, that will help us to get faster to downtown and other cities as Clay.

Marcus, our sales rep, was great! We were a walk in and he showed us a floorplan which we really loved. He was attentive and knew exactly what we were working with and on the same page as far as pricing, lending, etc. With our approvals in place, we went into escrow. We did a home inspection, which we were basically rushed into because we were notified the Lennar Mortgage wanted to close a couple of weeks early (I'm guessing to meet end of month/quarter goals). We agreed because we just wanted to be on the same page as everyone and do what we needed to close the deal. We were promised that some of the items that weren't taken care of by closing would be taken care of such as missing cabinet shelf, concrete splatter on the walkway and driveway, an unfinished attic door, among other things. Once we received the keys, its as if they didn't care anymore. Our builder rep no longer returned any phone calls or text. I touched base with Marcus again and he was disappointed they left us hanging like that and just recommended I contact the warranty department and try to go that route. I've already done so and it has been a week since I've heard anything. My confidence level is low that they'll even get back to me. If you are thinking of buying with Lennar, I recommend holding the construction manager and building representatives accountable. Get their names and phone numbers and be proactive because they are likely too busy to contact you themselves. ... More

When evaluating purchase for Coach Home in Dec of 23 we were told completion would be in Q1 of 25. Contract stated that completion would be in Dec of 24. Actual completion was moved to Oct putting us under a financial strain to sell exit house in poor sales market of the summer and early fall months. We asked for help from Matt to move us to a later build in the schedule and that was met with cold indifference. HIs response was "you have to sell the house for loose your deposit." Financing options with Lennar were quite suspect. Offer of reduced closing costs were tied to using Lennar mortgage which were then offset by trumped up costs and higher than standard prices for closing. ... More

Thank U Lennar, for providing a way for an older woman to become a 1st time homeowner!!! It was an easy process!!! My Salesman/Realator/Senior Loan Officer/EVERYONE involved were Greattt!!!

Don't work with Jennifer in sales and Whitney in the concierge dept unless you want a headache! Stay away from Lennar mortgage. Whitney is an untrustworthy person, they are not worth the headache.

Company has been absolutely horrible since moving into the house. I’ve been here for less than a month and a half. I’ve had a roof leak due to my vents not being installed properly. I’ve had breakers go out. I’ve had things not sealed and also I’ve had a hole open up in my lanai. Trades people have been scheduled to come out they no-show customer service reps also ghost you when you try to get a response out of them. I paid 421K for my house and Jesus Christ. I can’t believe paying that much money gets you such bad customer service Lennar is a horrible company. Do not buy go elsewhere.

The whole buying and closing process is simple and quick, with good pricing for a new Lennar home. The sales rep Carlos was very good!

Builder grade, entry level finishes and materials. Garage is left unfinished. The unfinished basement is a plus.

Our recent purchase of a home from Lennar, unfortunately, was far from smooth experience. While the house itself is okay, though we had to point a few things to repair in 2 external inspections and 2 walks we did before closing; the whole process of buying was frustrating. Lennar offered no flexibility on anything — from minor adjustments to deadlines, there was little room for negotiation or understanding. To make matters worse, management was practically impossible to reach. It was difficult to get answers to even the most basic questions. I expected a more customer-focused approach, especially for such a significant purchase. Not the smooth experience I had hoped for. Even our real estate agents expressed that in their decades of working in industry, they never had any of their clients or for themselves see a bad customer service at the level Lennar showed. ... My personal experience is very Good. construction is a good quality very good finishing and quality product and 1700 ft.² it’s a good deal

We bought house in Aloravita South community in Peoria, AZ. We never get to choose options like flooring, cabinets, exterior color, elevation etc. Its like Take it or leave it....not customer friendly.

We had an easy and efficient experience from home selection through closing. Our salesperson Adrianna and loan officer Jerrod were amazing, and guided us seamlessly the entire way. We had a warranty issue 6 weeks after move in and our customer care rep Jamie took care of it right away. Things happen with new builds and it’s reassuring to know Lennar will take care of any issues so quickly. We are very happy with Lennar and our new home.

We purchsed this home using a realtor as our eyes as we live 1500 miles away. Overall the house itself is built well with exception of the rooms being out of square! The shower for example is approximately 1 inch out of square, which is quite noticeable when using 2 inch square floor tile. The appliances are strictly builder grade and we will update these ASAP. The excessive paperwork trying to purchase this home was just that "Excessive and repetative" seems the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing, many different people sending you the same information and when you have a question nobody seems to know who's in charge. I have several differant emails contradicting who to contact for the same issue, seems everone wants to pass the buck! One would think you should contact your management compaany with issues and they in turn would in turn decide if the issue should be turned over to the Master HOA, that is not the case here...you contact the management company and they tell you "That's not my job, you need to contact the Lennar!" in my mind that's why we are paying a management company, at least that's how it worked when I was the president of a HOA in Arizona, the members never had to contact the master association, everything was handled through the managent company. ...
