Great service and great workmanship. Very happy overall. Would recommend to any new home buyer who is looking

Overall construction is good but there are a few like Landscaping, and final cleaning which were worst. Things that are blue-tapped for repair are also not addressed before closing.

I was quite disappointed overall with my experience with Lennar, from the title company to the construction team. I was ignored many times and lied to. Thanks Lennar!

I had a very pleasant and satisfied experience with Lennar’s staff during the home purchasing process. Particularly, I am very happy to work with the sales agent- Sean, the Homebuyer Concierge- Lauren, and the Loan officer- Nolan. They were not only exhibiting their professionalism and knowledge about their areas they also were very attentive and patient to provide detailed information to address all my questions and concerns. They went out their way to help me. For example, I had concerns with the carpet color. Lauren worked with the Construction Manager- Ed and the contractor to make sure the color was the correct color. It took Lauren a couple of days to research and contact relevant parties and provide me very satisfied answers. It shows Lennar has an excellent customer service philosophy reflected through it's staff. I would recommend Lennar to anyone who is interested in purchasing a home. ... More

Purchased a brand new home recently. My wife and I moved in and had a list of things that were not finished on the home after closing. Took a month a several phone calls to resolve. Refunds took weeks to issue and several phone calls! Then the biggest issue of all my property was damaged by construction next door after I took possession. No regard for my property at all! Again several phone calls several warranty requests. Even a phone call to horry county police to make sure no one else will be allowed to damage any more of my property. Not miner damage!!!! Also we closed on our house and had to sit in our driveway because nobody meant us there as stated to give us the keys! Had to make several calls and wait two hours!!! The list could go on. It is a very clear process to get the house. I like the user friendly application to approved the mortgage. Bad credit will help you to get it the right score 640 Lennar builder platform defintly save your time.

I was deceived multiple times by various Lennar teams. First the lots were incorrectly classified and assigned incorrect lot though I was 2nd person to have the scheduled appointment. They never disclosed about a drainage easement. During development process again deceived multiple times with wrong promises and the same experience continued post closure. I wish I never bought a home with Lennar.

Everyone was very knowledgeable and helpful

They try to help you communicating every step of what you are buying and Answering your questions, they lock for ways to make it easy for you.

We have been so happy about our new home. I think everyone wishes that there would be a swimming pool in the future and the playground job will get done soon. We have been building one of the nicest community in Colorado, so keep it up for everyone here. That is really my suggestion.

So far so good everything‘s been great and Lennar and their personnel have been extremely helpful in resolving issues and answering questions and they have made my experience easy and I look forward to continuing to work with Lennar.

Most of the workmanship was great but two of the bathrooms came without hand towel holders. When I came back for my walkthrough things were still not done and to this day they never replaced shrubbery that was supposed to be replaced. Lennar needs to do better when writing the laws/covenants for the HOA.

We had many issues closing the loan even when I had over 80% down. The issue was nobody within the multiple Lennar divisions (builder, title and loans) knew who owned getting the Spousal waiver signed off. As a result, my ex had to sign through a virtual notary 4 times. This caused delays in closing which cost me $100s in rescheduling fees not to mention that they had my $1M that should have been earning $150 a day in interest for almost 2 weeks. That is almost $1000 that I will never see. As for build quality, there are many design flaws that are having to get fixed: - pathways to side yards for trash can servicing - Strike plates are too short across the entire house and causing damage to the door trim - Solar panels have the wrong plaque causing delays to start using a service that we have paid for. All in all, I would not be surprised to see a class action suit as a result of these obvious builder related issues. ... More

I've own 2 homes prior and Reed @ EPOCA is my 3rd and hopefully my final. I can't say enough of how my shopping experience was low stress and somewhat enjoyable. All the staff from finances to the on-site representatives, were helpful and patient. We're very happy with our new home. Those individuals worth mentioning are: Felice, Becky and Lisa.

We contracted with Lennar to build a new home in the Irongate community. The process went smoothly overall and the build was timely. Quality of materials and skill in framing was average with some work below average or not to code. Several framing mistakes were made and were caught/corrected during the pre drywall inspection. Drywall finish is decent and trim was good. The construction manager Darell was very good to work with and the pre closing walkthrough was very thorough by Lennar. They were open to listening to concerns and worked to correct them quickly.

Worst customer service! No one cares after the purchase of the home. I created a service request ticket and it was closed without any communication.

I love my home and Lennar made the home buying process easy!

Best buying experience I had. All the teams at Lennar are thorough & caring. Couldn't find better choice for the price, service & quality that Lennar provides. So satisfied with my home purchase
