The experience was a pleasure from start to finish. Mary (Sales), David (Finance), and Sage(Title) made the process a breeze. After the sale (Mary) has gone the extra mile as we had to leave shortly after our purchase. Mary has gone above and beyond to help us with the property in our absence, we highly recommend her if you are looking to purchase at Lennar Aberdeen.

Wish they would have been more cooperative in adding options that would be more cost effective instead wanting us to deal with it after completion

Initially I had doubt in my mind. But after my pre-qualification. I was told it got approved. Then the process begin and end on time of the day closing. They kept their promises, and shown total professionalism toward the customer.

I purchased my last home four years ago, also a Lennar home. When it was time to sell and move I looked for Lennar communities. The entire experience with pruchasing went smoothly. Minor issues with a cabinet were resolved quickly. I have noticed the workmanship in construction and drywall is of poorer quality. My floors slope in some areas and drywall is warped in a few places.

There is a lot of issues in the house like electrical, paintings, dirty windows etc. we did mark some of it during the walkthrough but they just remove the tape but not fix. I placed request for repair but some contractors takes time to respond and come. We closed in August but until now we still have problems. Although our customer care coordinator, Destiny is very helpful.

This team is most accommodating. Things were all done in a timely manner also they kept me updated. I am enjoying the lake view; this house is beautifully built. I wish I had another Lenin Closet.

Overall satisfied with quality of home. Could have used better customer service on going over all aspects of appliances, sprinkler system etc. service issues to repair takes along time to get fixed.

We had a James who was a great person to work with here in Florida. He was very responsive. Even when they moved him from us to someone else. He would still answer and or resolve any issues. As for the home itself keep in mind that what you see as a demo is not what you are getting. I was told we were being upgraded to quartz from granite. Only thing is was the thinnest quartz I have ever seen. So much so that I went to several countertop shops and was told they would not sell me such a thin slab due to concerns with quartz getting damaged. That leads me to think if they took a short cut on something you can see what other short cuts did they make that you can't see. Would I buy from Lennar again? Maybe but I would want a more detailed list of items being added to the home so you know exactly what you are buying. ... More

First off I love my house. Now there are a few things im unhappy with. Quality build is ok till you dig deeper. I went to install my ceiling fans and every mount is missing a screw. My vents were crooked above my doors and I put in to get them fixed and was told my walls/door frames aren’t straight so they got them as straight as possible. Two of my downstairs walls are crooked you can tell they don't line up with the lines on the tile. My bathroom shower wasn’t sealed properly (awaiting a work order). The stucco shows chicken wire in some spots. Regardless every new build will have its issues and the reason im not too upset is the customer service team (Chris) is phenomenal. Every issue I've had I put in a work order and it gets a response within 24 hours and a repair done within the week. Theirs still things from my initial walk through that need to be fixed but they get addressed accordingly. ... More

Hi, Purchased home through Lennar. Went through in initial orientation, found a water leak in master bathroom. No follow up after the initial leak found. I was told management will contact, after multiple calls still no one followed up. Only when things got near the closing date, did i receive a call from the membet support and they were able to get me the updates. I was suppose to receive my closing gift, its been two months no update on this one as well. The quality of products, door knob handles, used seems very low quality.

The house is nice. Seems to be built well but Lennar falls short on the last mile. I did my best to clear up expectations up front during the sales cycle. This included HVAC and a few smaller items like the front door. I was told everything was taken care of. However, that was a joke. I am working with the Vice President of Customer Experience and let's just say I have to repeatedly ask him for the correct expectations outside of what he thinks is correct. If it was a lack of training, that would be acceptable. However, I was provided with over 10 different points of view on the HVAC system and had to ask for the exact wording in the contract between Lennar and their sub-contractor. Sadly, I was told many times "this is what you signed" which was a lie. My recommendation: Realize they are bullies and they have no respect for you after they have your money. Do not expect them to honor their word, as their word is what is used against you. Become an educated buyer, setup expectations on paper and ask for details even if they say they don't have them. ... We were looking for a one level single family home and had seen the model Lennar villa 2 years ago. We finally decided that the time had come to move and are very appreciative of the help and attention we received from Lennar. We moved into our new home in July, 2024 and are loving it! It's exactly what we expected and wanted. All of the different people involved in the purchase and build of our home kept us informed of the progress and understood our excitement. Thank you, Lennar!

After looking at several homes by a few different builders I went with Lennar because of the quality, craftsmanship and what other builders considered upgrades were standard with Lennar. I felt I got more for my money.

We love our home and we are happy

Very smooth and timely process. All timelines were met, and the updates and progress reports were weekly and very well received.

Great quality house. Quick responses to any issues. we have.

Some quality issues submitted were garage door alignment and rattling on the AC unit. I was told these are normal issues when seals are not sealing gaps and other AC units are quieter in the complex.

It was pretty smooth n easy. Nice neighborhood

Get an inspector and make sure Lennar fixes all issues found BEFORE closing. Lennar will find every excuse to not resolve any issues after the deal is done, even with the one year warranty

The walk through with the assigned builder for my home was not done well. In my opinion home was not ready. Also there is no kit that is given to you that has everything about the house such as warrenty information, ect. I walked through the house and found info on all appliances including AC, ect and then called and logged into websites to register. a organized packet would go a long way. thsi is my 3rd new home and the first one where basicaally received nothing.

My family and I had a terrible home buying experience. Our loan officer had a personal matter come up and literally ghosted us. His leadership didn’t pick up the ball or reach out to us on their own. After multiple times of trying to reach our loan officer we finally went above his head and were able to get in contact with someone who was able to help a little. We weren’t told if we were approved for the loan or not until 2 days before closing all while proactively trying to make arrangements and plan as we had to move to the new location from out of town. The follow through with our loan and procedures for everything were terrible. Here we are months later and still having issues with the getting our taxes taken out of our escrow because the loan officer failed to disclose that we were apart of two different counties and needed to apply for the exemption in both locations. In addition, the home just was very poorly built, from the toilet roll holders being screwed into the cabinets with about an inch of screw protruding out into the cabinet able to scratch someone, to the poor door seals to the cheap garbage disposal that causes our water filter to leak because the quality of the disposal doesn’t push all the food down. It just was a horrible experience and not the place we will call our forever home like we initially planned to. I will never recommend to someone to buy from Lennar. ... More

This was a horrible home purchase experience. It was hard to get a person to call you back. We had to do a virtual closing and it was awful, the first person we called at the Virtual Closing hung up on use when we didn't get connected fast enough. Then we had to find someone at Lennar who could tell how to get back into the Que since this was already paid for by Lennar. We couldn't ask any questions because it was just the notary on the call. Horrible. After we got moved in our air conditioner did not cool! Lennar has you scan a code if you have any problems and that called us back to help us was rude. The air conditioner had a leak in a coil. It took 3 trips from the air conditioning company to finally be repaired. There are a few minor problems in the house but don't want to call and have them fixed due to the unwillingness of the person we had that received the service request not being helpful! ... More

T.K. is awesome to work with in making home decision. Austin did a great job with getting me approved. Loved my loan processor. But the quality of home for 340K is not worth price you pay. Overall experience was okay. Like new home, but after being in home for some months. Realize quality of work is mid grade. Found a bunch of areas in home not fixed or unfinished work fixed. Grass layed down not good as I have nothing but crab weeds since moving to property. I should not have to put in so much work for bad saud layed down on property.
