Lennar was a pleasure to work with that provided numerous floor plans. Questions that had about the process were answered within a business day if not shorter. The incentives received saved tons of money on appliances.

We bought our home before visiting Our Realtor did an awesome job locating this property for us. We are extremely pleased with the overall process and how easy it was. it took 23 days to go from zero to close... and that was without any rush! Overall quality is good. Lennar service has been outstanding ao far. All issue have been solved rapidly and to our satisfaction!

Lennar made my first time home buying experience a breeze. It started with Kristiina who was a wonderful sales agent and made us feel comfortable and welcome. She was patient with all of my first time home buying questions I had. Next was Brian with Lennar mortgage. He also took the time to answer all of the questions I had and helped me get a great interest rate. Lennar Title got all of my paperwork completed on time and made everything a breeze having the mortgage and title company in one. Finally, Ryan and Ozh, the construction managers, and Michelle with customer care spent hours with me going through the home during my New Home Orientation and taking note (and fixing) every item I brought up. Professional and great group of team to work with during the buy of my house. I would recommend my family and friends.

We worked with Angela at Mills Creek and she was so patient and helpful. She encouraged us just to prequalify and see what we can afford. Well sure enough we qualified for the house we had been looking at, and then came the Mortgage team, who were amazing. The whole process so easy, We had a thorough walk through with Jeff, and EVERYTHING was explained to us clearly. Anything that needed fixing was fixed. I highly recommend Lennar Homes. They are beautiful and lots of upgrades as part of the home.

Great buying experience. Delivered on time, good quality, fair price, all good. The hoa is the down part. Confusing, unresponsive, couldn’t care less. Some promises were not fulfilled, we’re having lots of security issues…

The whole process has been easy . Our home is beautiful. The year warranty is amazing ! Chris responds right away with any issue that arrises. Nick who did the walk through was on it! He made sure everything was perfect before move in. We couldn’t be happier with our home purchase

Just got my first home with lennar homes. Our experience with Lennar mortgage was fantastic and a smooth process . Our loan officer Is LORRAINE JONES . She is so polite and knowledgeable that five stars are less for her she deserves 10*. she understands everything and assists me so well.Highly recommending Her . Whole home buying process was super exited and smooth and I am so Thankful to the whole lennar Team .

Pay attention when you do the walk through. Know you will have to do extra cleaning. They are very good about coming to do repairs on the punch list.

They say the home buying experience is a stressful process but that was not the case for my wife and I. Kurt guided us through the process step by step with patience and grace. He was responsive to all of our questions, and was able to accommodate to our requests. I can’t thank Kurt enough for his help and guidance.

Entire process was easy and technologically to date (remote closing). Staff was extremely helpful and kept me informed and up to date on all aspects

It was a smooth transition and they seem to come out and fix things pretty quickly. My repairs have been minimal except for the Ring door bell.

We were over all happy with working with your team Eric, Justin and Chris they were really helpful. Painting inside the house could use a better upgrade in Paint and the landscaping could have been better if the dirt under the sod was graded better before the sod was laid down..

Jim did a great job showing us all available houses, the process was fast and easy thanks to the patience of the Lennar mortgage team.

The online purchase process is easy and quick

When we first arrived, last 2023, we had 0 expectations on what to expect so we kept an open mind. We were blown away by the customer service that Robin provided. It was timely, professional and she went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of. The house we eventual purchased, we never thought we could attain, has provided us with more than what we thought we could afford! Great lot, great community, great layout and just over-the-moon. With that being said, there are of course a few things, very minor, that we have caught with the workmanship and materials. For example, the drywall is thin and feels like you can hear conversations/creeks throughout the home. There is a spot in the master floor that has a squeak, but we understand that as the house ages and settles, that these things will come up. We plan to open up a ticket with maintenance when our 1-year warranty comes end of next year. I can't think of a better home purchase than what we had! ... More

Everyone was very responsive during the entire process. Love the home! Contractors should be more mindful of their work. There were somethings that were over looked. Jordan was totally awesome!

Damon is very responsive and helpful. Made my house experience very pleasant.
