My house was completed on schedule which is impressive. Finishings are great. Appliances can have better features. Not being able to have time displayed on the appliances is inconvenient and surprising. Customer care leaves a lot to be desired since it is sorely lacking after the first couple of weeks of moving into the house. I am used to being able to getting almost immediate response from other home builders where I have lived in the past.

Lennar is a very reputable company with extremely high quality standards and excellent customer service. They provided us with a unique and supportive experience from the moment we started the purchase process until we received the keys. Thank you, Lennar! We love our 6-bedroom home in Likeland. If you are buying, Lennar is the best choice. Lennar, my family thanks you. Thank you so much, Lennar!

The construction manager was very helpful and responded in a timely manner. The group doing the financing I fell did a bad job. I still don’t even know how my house payment is broke down and I feel I’m paying way too much for my monthly mortgage. Katie did a horrible job responding to any questions I had. I would have to contact her multiple times before days later getting a response. Horrible customer service on any question I had.

There are a few minor issues due to settling of the home (i believe) that will be addressed in warranty situations, nail pops We will have listing of things to be looked at.

I was searching for a home in the Sun City area and stumbled upon a handful of homes in Heritage at Asante. These homes were complete and packed with extras like front and rear landscaping, tile floors, blinds, and covered patio. They also offered a fantastic interest rate and credits for closing. The walk through was easy and the superintendent fixed everything my inspector recommended. This was a painless experience and I would absolutely recommend Lennar and I would buy with them again.

Not much to say but mid low quality

From the start when Grecia first walked us through the available homes to meeting with Nathan for our final walk-through, to closing on our home. This process was efficient. Once we moved in there were a few issues with the A/C not working, the water heater shorting out. I want potential buyers to know that Lennar showed up and corrected these issues immediately. The A/C issues were fixed same day, and the water heater was fixed within two days! The service even after we purchased has been impeccable. A great company that stands by their reputation.

From the financing , to the closing , to moving into a house that had not been cleaned and clearly wasn’t ready., to trying to file repeat warranty claims and no one every reaches out and things are never fixed . House has had standing water in it 2 times in the first month , has leaking plumbing that has taken a week for someone to come address , the back yard and side of the house have grading issues even though they were pointed out by my inspector before the house was bought . Said to be fixed , it wasn’t half of my backyard is ankle deep water . Flooring is damaged, the list goes on and on . Overall if I had the opportunity to do this again I’d drive right past Lennar. Great home for good price

I will let any and everyone know this was the very best thing I've ever done, buying a home with lennar has been a great experience.

We love our home. We have had to have many things repaired or replaced, however creating a Waranty ticket and getting the correct person out to do the repairs has been painless.

The Construction Manager was excellent and quite helpful. Product was more polished and clean than the first Lennar condo we purchased. Mortgage process is trying.

It went fine, everything was online.

We are finally here for an extended period of time and it’s wonderful. We met neighbors who are very nice. I love walking on the paths. Went to the beach last night! Excited to check out the pool soon!

The sales person was great. We decided on Lennar due to the warranty which we unfortunately had to use within the first month. All of the Lennar reps are great and professional. However, I would have preferred waiting another few weeks and had things installed properly. Our issues were with faulty installation (master bath bathtub, garage door and drywall) and could have been prevented with just a few double checks. The warranty department at Lennar assisted us with fixing the master tub issue, which meant weeks of workers in and out of our new house. They denied our claim on the garage door despite it being a clear installation issue. This problem cost us hundreds of dollars. All of that said, I love the house and the location. The HOA is not pleasant to deal with. We immediately upon move in filled out the application to install a 6' white vinyl fence that falls within HOA guidelines. We paid the $500 "completion deposit" and have not received a response from the HOA on whether we can start this project, despite following the rules and procedures and communication from us. They have had the completed application and deposit for weeks(they received our $500 two months ago and wrote to us that our application was complete three weeks ago). It specifically says we have to be approved to proceed or we will receive fines from them. This is really an unprofessional and least customer friendly way to process homeowners putting HOA approved fencing on their own property. If the application process takes months what is the point of the "completion deposit"? Isn't that deposit to ensure we install things according to HOA guidelines? Or is it a scam to hold money that is not the HOA's? At this point we are looking into legal recourse. I advise any future prospective homeowners to research all builders in the area. There are many others without these issues (warranty and HOA with Lennar) that seem to be repetitive with other buyers. ... More

My home has had no real issues other than the yard is not level . I was very disappointed in finding out everything is not included as thought . My home is very basic and Lennar will not let you add anything . The sales staff does not follow up after you have purchased your home .nor do they explain what’s included in the home . Very frustrating situation my house was sold felt very pressured to make a decision .The salesman was extremely nice in the beginning . .The house is ok no issues currently . No response from construction manager either. I have contacted by email and went to the office no response, Customer Service needs improvement! ... More

Very happy with the whole process from Kim in sales who was the best sales agent so professional , knowledgeable and sweet to Sasha in construction who was on any issues that came up and rectified them so fast . I have to name some people who helped me so much marion, jennifer, brianna were such a joy to work with . I am so grateful to have a beautiful solid home for a great price in a beautiful development . thanks for everything

After building a home, buying a spec home, and now a Lennar home, the process was fast sm smoth the communication at every step was amazing. We are loving our new home and do glad we chose Lennar as our builder.

Two months in, happy with the house.

Overall the home is good a little details hear and there nothing i couldn't fix but so far is good. I wish customers has better services they need to improve their skills.

My purchase was problem free. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful. Couldn't have asked for a better closing and home purchase.

This was a frustrating experience with the construction team other crafting of the bathroom, the painting, and the quarter round. We had to hire painters to repaint due to using flat original paint. We are still waiting on the landscape team to fix the sod that laid on the ground un watered for several days. Delayed response to issues, and several times we were not told the whole truth. We love the house, and the open areas. The warranty team has been responsive and professional.
