Very disappointed in Lennar Sales Rep. and rushed craftsmanship. When being shown the house and we asked if we could put in an offer, the sales rep answered,”you can but if it gets appraised for more you’ll need to pay the difference at closing” this dictated how we proceeded. Just recently we learned we were supposed to be shown rates. We were never shown any. Lying to first time home buyers so a Lennar rep. can squeeze more profit for them self’s is disgusting and I’m appalled that’s what y’all stand for. We trusted our Lennar sales rep. and got taken advantage of! She screwed us out of thousands of dollars! FYI after closing the same exact house was priced for $10,000 less than we paid online. A lot of issues with quality, splitting wood in the fence, nails falling out of the fence due to warped wood put in, paint splatter on floors. concrete splatter all over walkway and by garage, every single hinges creaks, damaged door to dryer, wholes from re drilling, random holes in concrete between home and walkway, chip on porch, uneven painting on porch pillars (from rushed hand painting), super uneven. A couple more thing to add we are in an HOA with no place to put our trash cans except back yard or garage. Also we were given a flyer informing us on the school that we were zoned for. This had a huge impact on why we moved to this neighborhood. Turns out it was not the correct school. We were also told only TXU was the only energy provider here which was also not true. Eric and Chad are the rudest construction managers I have ever dealt with. They don’t do their job properly and blame it to others. I have asked them several times to ask the construction folks not to parked in front of my house and block my driveway. They have argued with me and told me that they can’t ask them where to park! I have it on camera that construction guys parked there vehicle right in front of my drive way for over an hour and I have sent them the photos of the vehicles! They didn’t do anything. I am not very pleased with Lennar for having guys like Eric and Chad as construction managers. They are not qualified to be working for Lennar. I want Lennar management to talk to them and ask them for their rude behavior! I would never deal with Lennar anymore and would never recommend any friends or family just because of those 2 rude folks. They have argued with most of the community over small stuff. They needs to be removed from Lennar. They are representing Lennar and Lennar customers are running away from them. ... More

Has been an excellent experience with Lennar. Great workmanship and quality built home. Had a few very small issues and they were corrected immediately. Our Sales Rep Alicia L has gone above and beyond! Thank you very much!!

Don't like the fact that we don't have a pool and we are told that there is no time frame on when it will be completed. So we are forced to spend money on water parks and the lagoon so our kids to die from heat

It was an overall smooth, easy, process from beginning to end. Issues have been addressed. Staff is friendly, kind and helpful. It's a beautiful community. Some personal preferences would be to be more considerate of the retired/older owners. Microwave is much too high to remove food safety. Tall cabinets are beautiful but not useful beyond second shelf. I'm understanding the reason but there's trip hazzard coming into garage, should be somehow made more visible. Same with the back patio step down. Just a few suggestions.

My experience with Lennar as a company I have been extremely satisfied. The whole sales team in everyone that backs up that sell team has just been very helpful and have answered all my questions and request. I am very satisfied extremely. Good experience for my new home purchase

From start to finish, what an incredible group of people. I was never left with unanswered questions. The process was smooth, quick and easy! I have purchased 6 homes in my lifetime and this was hands down the best experience. I highly recommend Lennar to my friends looking for a new home. Thank you Lennar team!

The home buying experience was excellent! Except the loan process, it was painful, draining and very time consuming- requesting the same info over and over from my job and from was very unprofessional from the loan company—-

Bought a new construction home. Drywall had more need for patch work than a new home should have. Warped framing boards used, causing parts of the wall to bow into the home. HVAC system used does not provide enough cooling in the summer months upstairs. Should have a split two unit system to cool separately. Customer service with warranty department has been good, but shouldn't have so many issues with a newly built home.

Our agent with Lennar, Mary A, was extremely helpful with our buying process. She answered all our questions and helped with any problems we had to our satisfaction. It was a pleasure working with her.

There was lot of unknowns after and before the Closing Process and there was no follow thru on what was discussed and agreed to during the walkthru and during the Sales Process.

Due to circumstances I was only able to see house through pictures and WhatsApp walk throughs and found them to be thorough and helpful the whole way. I am enjoying setting up the home and making it even better. Thanks to the whole Lennar Team from sales, quality control, finance and title for making this go as smoothly as possible! Now to be honest the only real issue is the landscapers my sod was so lumpy with holes throughout!

The process was a little rocky in the beginning but everyone was patient and very helpful. Very knowledgeable and attentive especially my sales rep Geoffrey

The sales team has completely gone wrong on day1, They gave wrong info on which are basement lots and which are slab homes and completely messed up the sales during 1st week. The Mortgage team communication was worst as they did not give the loan estimates in time and just don't respond to customer calls. The quality of construction is worst and not up to mark of Lennar. Overall Lennar failed to deliver a quality product from sales to finish line!!

We purchase our new home in the new Angeline development. If I can could everyone ten stars that wouldn’t be enough. From the moment we meet our sales rep Irina G it was the start of an amazing buying experience. She stayed in touch with us the whole process. I have to say if it wasn’t for her we might have walked away without buying a new house from Lennar. We had such a great feeling dealing with her and she gave us a great feeling of this new development and of Lennar we bought right away without looking anywhere else. She was very professional and friendly. She made us feel like we were the only home buyer she had. Peter W our Mortage broker was exceptional and guided us through the entire process. On to Barbara P, she was the Loan processor. She made everything very simple as our application was going through the process. Dealing with Barbara made dealing with the underwriter simple and easy. She was friendly and very informative. She got back to me instantly even if it was the weekend. Barbara, Irina and Peter were always there to respond to any questions I had even on the weekends. Barbara kept me informed every step of the way all the way to closing. We did our orientation with Will who did a great first walk through and went over everything in the house from the garage right through the entire house. Mark B our construction manager was the best and took care of everything that needed to be take care of before and after closing with just one phone call. Robin at the title company was great to work with also. We did our closing virtual and was a very easy process and was very quick. Everyone at Lennar we dealt with was knowledgeable, friendly and great to work with. They all made the entire process terrific. They made us feel like family from purchase to even after closing. The lender leading up to the closing date was the worst experience. I would never use Lennar as a lender. I had to get a backup loan because so many mistakes their officers made. The loan officer and processor didn’t seem to know what they were doing. Once we got the house we needed so many repairs, they are building so fast they make so many building mistakes , crooked walls leaks. The only positive experience has been with kristine she handles all the repairs and issues after move in.

Never again! EVERYTHING was purchased at the lowest grade. I'm waiting to see how long things last. No upgrades available? No gutters? Not painting the garage? The cheapest landscaping? No front doorknob lock? No ceiling fans? the cheapest can lights available, 2 already burned out. No keypad for the garage door? the garage door doesn't automatically close after a period of time? There are a lot of little things that added up. Everyone that I speak with is spending money to bring their house up to a level that this area deserves. The construction manager, Daniel, did a great job. that's the only reason for the 4-star ratings. He was responsive, and did what he could do to make the house presentable. ... More

They cut corners on a lot of routine things. Air conditioning not working properly with temperatures and humidity control. Told about it when had inspection but they stated that it met code. Only 1outdoor water spout. Cheap noisy garage door. Sod that was placed is dying even with watering as suggested and longer.

Overall home buying experience was great with Lennar. As a first time home buyer there were many questions that I had and Lennar helped answer all of the questions in a timely manner.

It was a good experience

The lending process went very smoothly and fast. We love our home but we experienced a lot of poor workmanship in the quality of the home. It took over a month to address all of the repairs that needed to be done.

The homes are built as fast as they can with little care for quality work and it shows. They don't care about working with the buyers and threaten to charge them if the closing date has to be moved because we couldn't make the NHO even though they knew we couldn't make from the beginning. The flooring was put in and it is all wavy and covered in glue and has to be ripped out and redone. We showed up the day we closed and there was trash all over the place and after a month of requesting it get cleaned up I was told no one was going to clean it up so I had to clean it up. The construction manager stated a few times that code is one way but Lennar does it a different way so I don't even know how it passes inspection. The communication between the departments is horrible. They made a huge deal about how we can't move the NHO and then they didn't even let the Construction Manager know it was scheduled so we show up and the house wasn't even ready and was a complete mess. When we went under contract they stated SOD would be installed 5-7 days after closing. We closed 45 days after going under contract and then they say oh by the way you are not getting SOD for 2-3 months because your county is in a drought. Not a big deal but they knew that all along but waited until we closed to tell us. ... More

The sales rep and other staff members that I worked with including the mortgage staff, were all great and very helpful - They were the best thing about buying here. Unfortunately, my experience was not what I expected. My move in date was 2 months later than I was told which was very disruptive for me and my family to say the least. There were numerous issues when I moved in regarding the workmanship and materials, and I continue to find small things. I contacted the rep who has been very helpful regarding a concern with a hinge on one of the kitchen cabinets and he said he would stop by but he got busy so I reached out a couple of days later and he said we don't usually guarantee the cabinets after 30 - 60 days (when I called I had owned this villa for 6 weeks) he did say he would put a ticket in to have it addressed and he did submit that - I haven't heard from anyone regarding that yet but I am hopeful that this will be taken care of. Yesterday I had the exterminator return because I found a couple of bugs and he said the gap in the weather stripping around my front door is where bugs can get in. I left a text for the customer service rep regarding this but haven't heard back yet. As I said he has been great and very responsive, but we all have a boss, and I think the issues are at the top of leadership in this organization. I have a one-year warranty and will be hiring a building inspector as my one-year anniversary gets closer. I would not be comfortable recommending this builder. ... More
