It would be nice for the sells person to be in contact more during the transaction. It seemed like once the initial paperwork was signed we had to initiate any contact. Overall experience was good. Workmanship and quality is good. There's room for improvement in all areas but no major complaints yet.

Purchasing a home from Lennar was a pretty seamless experience and an overwhelming amount of the staff is great to work with. I encountered a staff person by the name of Jennifer who was awful during the last steps of the process, but other than that everything else went well. Jennifer was rude and unprofessional, and I would not have purchased a stick of gum from her. Everyone else was very nice, professional, and helpful.

Nice buy the place is a paradise

Appliances are low grade. Water pressure low.

I had a quick closing and the home was done and everything was completed as promised. The home was reasonably priced and the workmanship seems to be good so far. They respond very quickly if I have questions or need any assistance. Overall it’s been a positive home purchase.

Overall bang for buck not bad, but you need to know what you are buying. Quality of trades, materials and craftsmanship is not good. Construction management is non existent.

The entire experience has been incredible! From start to finish, we got all our questions answered and we got all the support we needed. The process was surprisingly easy. We love our new home we're so be excited about Barefoot Lakes it's a fantastic community. If you're in the market for a new build, and you are a novice like we were, then Lennar Homes shoukd be your first stop!

The workmanship could be better. Front stones were crooked and took 6 weeks to fix. Drawer not working properly-fixed, 2 steps squeak, while several people have 2 we have 1 bath shelf in shower, walls are thin. A lot of it is smoke and mirrors. It was advertised that home would be smart and 2 EV chargers will be installed-that's not happening. Cannot trust!

First time homeowner. Everybody involved in this process has been awesome! I was so stressed out through the entire process but everybody at Lennar would remind me that everything is fine. And….it was! It was a really easy process and all the stress was internal. Lennar knocked it out of the park for me. Hoping they do everyone else the same!

First home. Priced where I needed it. They’re quick to respond for work orders, but depending on what you need will depend on how condescending some of the vendors you have to use or field people are with concerns. Quite a few things were ignored on final walk through and still problematic and/or will be within the next year. Almost died from a gas leak the plumber blamed rhe HVAC and builder for and in the same breath said it was my fault for calling the gas company instead of them. For the most part, you get what you paid for.

Process to buy was easy, mortgage process could have been a bit smoother, too many people involved with diff aspects of lending, one POC should be needed with mortgage process.

Mortgage application was very difficult. The rules that were applied for the mortgage application differed from other mortgage companies I had contacted. It was discouraging. I would not go thru that process again. I got the mortgage, but I paid it off with the proceeds of the sale of my former home.

We appreciate the prompt responses from Lennar regarding home issues or concerns.

My experience with Lennar in purchasing my new home was seamless. From the start of the application to the final signing Lennar provided great customer service.

Lennar is a good option for buying a nice and affordable house. Working with them has been easy during and after the buying process. We have 1 year warranty and they’ve been very responsive to our questions and requests.

Lennar has a great team and addressed all walk through issues immediately. Issues I had after I moved in were also addressed right away.

We actually had a nice smooth transaction with the Lennar Lenders and everything was going great up until we closed. The day of closing we noticed that water from the master bath shower would leak out the front from where you enter into the shower. Our Construction manager who did the walkthrough with us made a note of this and shared a text with us who he made to someone to help us out. We were told we would need to go through the warranty department now. So we filed a complaint and the response back from the woman that helped us is that there was no problem and that Lennar was not going to fix it. We were flabbergasted that they said it was meant to be when we had a considerable leak out the shower. After she told us they would not help, I then produced the text message that the CM had sent a copy to me stating this was a problem. She then said that she would help to try and fix it. They started to give us the run around about scheduling someone to come fix it. 1 month went by and we still couldn't use our brand new shower that we paid for. My wife and I finally had enough and filed a complaint with the ROC. I told the Lennar contact that we filed the complaint and within 30 minutes she had us on the schedule for a tile person to come fix our problem. The tile guy finally came out and basically told us they were told to just do a minor fix and that it would not solve the problem in the long run. The tile guy said they were just doing what they were told but even they admitted their fix would not solve our problem. Lennar won - we gave up and realized they would never fix our bathroom. We are now paying a tile person to fix Lennars fuckup! I dont think we would ever buy another house from them ever again! ... More

Always review contracts before you sign anything and dont let sales agent rush you through the process

I FELT RUSHED FOR THERE STUFF AND MY QUESTIONS COULD WAIT SOME FOR DAYS.

From the buying of the house to moving in with so many issues the house looks nice on the outside but that’s it and even then I still have to fix things if I ever buy a new house again it will not be with Lennar

Our experience was horrible was not told all info up front about fees and wasn’t told that any water that being used for lawn is considered water going into sewer which it’s not they should of put 2 water meters on . Al door to basement is to small should have been a 36in door so you can get things down there it’s a 36in stairwell. So we lose 1/3 of our house because doorway to small. Not a good experience at all I was charged for things starting sept 3 and we did not settle till sept 11
