Seems like sales was not interested in our needs; just getting homes off the books. If we were told that they were having a sales event in July, we would have waited. We wanted the Waverly & got the largest home we could afford, the Osprey. We didn't know some of the larger homes may have a bonus room upstairs; didn't know that the there were more homes available other than the models. Would have liked to have brought our pool table, but sold because no room in Osprey. Sales person said when we do a Reverse to Purchase, would only have to put down half as much...LIE...ended up having to put down more. Wasn't told that A/C unit would be in back & outside our bedroom; the models show on the side. Back-flo is right next to it. With the small yards this takes away from our outdoor space. With Capital Gains, we can't move for 2 years. Seems like Lennar doesn't care about the homeowner's quality of life Very disappointed. We have neighbors that feel the same way. ... More

I want to say I appreciate my realtor Elizbeth , she was determine to make me a home owner and she did. She made sure that, I had to do and to get everything i need for me to get the home.

Called 3 weeks ago this past Tuesday to the project manager to let him know if things that need to be corrected … he came to see the issues with the house and said he would take care of it .. since then I have not had one person show up or call me back to take care of these issues .. I know they are busy but this is POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE IF IT TAKES THIS LONG TO GET BACK WITH A HOME OWNER …PLEASE send someone back to my house to resolve these issues

I have not been in my home long enough to know how great the warranty service will be, but if they are as responsive as the items we found during the walk thru, then they will be Johnny-on-the-spot. From meeting the on-site realtor to closing, all of my questions were answered and concerns eased. Thank you Lennar Team which includes the personable and knowledgeable Lennar Mortgage loan officer.

The sales agent, Jamie, was very good. We had a good experience with her. Unfortunately, the construction manager, Chad, was not. He stopped communicating with us after closing. Very little of what we asked to be corrected actually got corrected. When defects were pointed out prior to closing, it was suggested that we submit warranty claims after closing. The construction manager's explanation was that the contractors who do the warranty work were better than the construction contractors Lennar uses to build homes. That is likely true - it would be very difficult for them to be worse! What they viewed as acceptable work was shocking to me. I won't go into detail here, but suffice it to say that in my opinion the overall quality of the construction was poor. Two pieces of advice if you are considering purchasing a Lennar home: (1) Absolutely get a home inspector; (2) Do not agree close until all items you have asked to be addressed have been corrected. ... Great process from start to finish! Everyone was so professional helpful and always went out of their way to answer any questions or concerns that we had. Lennar will always be part of our family

We never were allowed to talk directly to the construction manager or supervisor only thru our agent who was good by the way. I asked for superintendent several times to call me. We did not get one phone call. Many issues could have been resolved before our walk thru before closing. This process should be changed. We had grading and drainage issues from the house next door and the common area which is on the other side our house. I was assured they would be fixed after closing and as of today they are still not fixed. I should have never closed before they were fixed.

We recently moved into our new home, and overall, we are very pleased with the quality and design. From the first walkthrough to our final move-in, the house exceeded our expectations in terms of layout, craftsmanship, and overall value. The attention to detail in the construction is evident, and we truly feel this home was built to last. That said, our experience with the sales process wasn’t as smooth as we had hoped. While the builder’s construction team delivered on what they promised and responded to most of our inquiries in a timely fashion, the sales agent didn’t provide the same level of attentiveness. There were moments when communication could have been more proactive, and we sometimes felt left in the dark on important updates. For anyone considering this builder, we would recommend them for the quality of their homes, but be mindful of staying on top of the process yourself. I feel like I was rushed into buying my second choice of the units since the release procedure was somewhat unexpected in terms of timing. Sometimes only a few hours before the Buyers response was needed to confirm. Eventually, my sales agent did give me a heads up on a unit that was available, but wasn’t my first choice, the reason I took it was your prices were going up every week. I guess The services and offers were much better in northern California compared to Southern California My friend got a house in El Dorado, California from LENNAR and her solar panels were paid. we have not yet moved in so cannot say if we have any problems. but Dominique was awesome and the builder we met was very nice and helpful

I have always thought highly of Lennar until now. The purchasing experience was very stressful and the whole process was disconnected. The sale agent, Trisha was very unprofessional and stopped all communication with me after I signed the contract to purchase the home. The original finance officer, Sandra transferred me to another finance officer without notice and that is when it became extremely confusing because the numbers changed and there was no clear explanation. Construction team was a hit and miss, some were great; others; not so much. The only team that made it bearable was the customer care staff. This experience was smooth as pie, unlike going to get a home already dolled up. I signed paperwork, which was expected, and everything was easy to read and understand except for the money portion I had to get clarification on it. Other than that I had a good experience and would buy more properties.

From their customer service to their final closing it was the most stress free experience I’ve had purchasing a home. 2 months total time from initial contract to final close. Amazing

For the few issues I have had they have done an excellent job in resolving them.

Loan officer Jason was amazing and we’re Extremely happy with his service. Overall, the neighborhood is great however, several items on the house were not completed correctly. Also, very concerned about some of the other items I have brought up…..I have been unable to get a phone call back from Lennar about my concerns. However I would definitely recommend buying from Lennar to my friends and family

Good people responsive trust people

Didn't qualify due to not meeting the FHA requirement. I asked Lennar to send my Earnest money back. It has been weeks and still waiting. Only thing I got was they sent me a document to sign that said Refund back to buyer: $0, without any explanation. I did not sign it and am still waiting for my earnest money. I am writing this review in hope that someone can make this right

I like my new house and all involved.

Issues with the condo as soon as I moved in. Whoever does the final walk through missed numerous obvious issues. They use very low grade contractor grade doors and counter tops. The sheetrock and paint work was very poor. Issue with bathroom vent spent the first month trying to get that fixed. The Hvac company not very knowledgeable at there job. Oscar air

When I first reached out to Lennar, I was really excited about buying a Lennar home. Come to find out the whole buying process involved poor customer service with all communication by text or email and long waits for your questions and concerns to be answered. You will get phone calls when they need something but do not expect lennar to pick up your calls. The mortgage people sucks and will not communicate in a timely manner. We love the floor plan but most of the things in the home are standard and is what you see in the model home. You get what you pay for. The overall walk through was fine since touch up was completed prior to move in. The best experience so far is the customer service from Elijah. He helps with all the issues after move in to ensure the issues submitted are taken care of during the one year warranty. ... More

Overall pleased with selling process. The home is spacious and a value for the money spent.
