My fiancé and I are so pleased with our decision to purchase a Lennar new build. The folks we've worked with have all been outstanding. They really do place an urgency on any request or issues that we bring to their attention and they always make sure we are satisfied every step of the way. The communication level has far exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Lennar for affordable yet high quality homes.

The sales representative was fabulous. My understanding is most new homes are built with standard carpeting and paint. I would have liked to have been able to upgrade or pick my own features.

As a first time home buyer, I had read a few concerning issues other buyers had with the different builders (nothing on Lennar). I was assured by Lennar they do not work like the other builders that have been associated with those horror stories. I can say Lennar was transparent and upfront the whole way. I'm definitely happy with choice of going with Lennar and do not have any buyers remorse.

Sell representive Ann is kind and friendly. Few issues in construction area but responsib getting fixed.

Lennar was involved from the beginning to the very end of this process.

I would like to say special thanks to Jessica,RJ, and Parker for the status up date and on time responds emails/issues. Good job team keep it up.

Good quality home at fair price

Over-all the buying experience is a plus. However the Quality of Workmanship and Materials are left wanting more. My HVAC unit had to be looked at 10 times, furnace went out in the first week of winter, hvac leaked down into my walls after the furnace repair. I understand this is a subcontractor issue, but 10 times coming out not only took time away from me working but also kept me up late at night waiting on the repair company. Also 3 months into the home, there are already flaws in the molding, cracks at seams and nail pops throughout the home. I understand that these will be fixed before the 1 year mark, however I do beleive that less than 3 months and these things are visible already show that the quality of some of the materials are sub par. Also looking at flooring where it was installed there were some parts loose, which are being looked at as well. Jason on the warranty side has been absolutely amazing. The realtors have been as well, as they were made aware of issues and wanted to make sure that they were on top of it as well. Purchasing through Lennar made this home buying experience the easiest. If we’re to purchase another home, we would definitely go with Lennar!

The staff is exceptional. Barbara in Sales was always very kind always available to answer any question and knew my name. Julia, my loan rep was knowledgeable and patient as the process was a lot to deal with. She was very good explaining everything and I sure had questions! Keith conducted the dusty shoe tour and explained everything in detail and was very knowledgeable. Whitney my on-site Customer Care Rep will definitely make you feel like you’re family and make sure you get taken care of. Steve conduced a virtual visit to take care of a weather stripping issue. Customer Service is a big deal to me and I was very impressed with not only those I mentioned by name but others I also came in contact with. ... More

Options available, during purchase I was not limited options.

We were very pleased with the entire experience. Our only complaint was the quality of the painting contractor. His work was very poor.

Very responsive and easy to communicate with.

In general our house buying experience with Lennar is great, highly recommend to anyone who is looking for new construction houses.

The overall experience was good while in the buying process. There was no touch-up paint left in the home, nor will any paint company try to match it unless I have the exact paint container. Unable to locate someplace to purchase the screen to the sliding glass door. So as stated, the overall experience was good while in the buying process, but once it's completed, you are on your on.

We love the house, not the process of warranty work.
