Lennar did a wonderful job guiding me through the entire homebuying process, mortgage and all. The home has had only a few minor issues which have been resolved. They keep adding to the outside landscaping which is nice. My customer care rep, Mike, is always available. Have no complaints. We didn’t even have to use a realtor for the purchase. I feel like got great value for the property. Happy every evening when I return to my home :)

Excellent job in all areas

At first, everyone we interacted with seemed genuinely focused on our best interests and providing solid support, but that changed. Communication was poor, with each follow-up passing us off to someone else, making it feel like everyone was just going through the motions. During the pre-walk, several issues we raised but some were left unresolved, and we were given an ultimatum: either they address the items and risk delaying the closing, or we accept things as they were. The foreman was possibly the saving grace, addressing some of our concerns within their scope, but dealing with customer service was difficult. We had to push hard just to get an obviously incomplete appliance installation finished, and despite following the process to replace an unhealthy landscaping feature, I was told it wouldn’t be addressed and to check back months later to petition again. ... Poor workmanship and trying to make quick money

Lennar helped me with the new home of my choice from Sale to closing and after.

My wife and i have had someone out to fix cabinets twice now. The first time the cabinet guy said that the quality of your cabinets was poor and the issue we were having was going to be a continuing thing. (Front face falling off). He fixed them but failed to do it correctly. So 2 weeks later we had another work request. This time before the job was even complete Elijah starts telling my wife that they will not be out to fix them again and there is nothing they will do anymore. Then the repair man discovered that they were not built right to begin with and he has supposedly fixed it now. But i dont appreciate being told that you guys will not fix something again especially since we have a 1 year warranty and it was your builders who screwed up to begin with ... More

Everyone was easy to work with every step of the way.

AC thermostat older model no wifi enable no sync need to control manualy each one. No towel hangers in bath. Kitchen counter tops poor quality and thicker than regular size sharp edges. Selling solar but if ask any questions about it your guys reply talk to solar company? Overall quality is poorer than previously built lennar homes. Your mortgage finance team has no time to talk with customer.2 days 3 different decisions for loan aproval..

The experience of buying the home was extremely good. The builders stafff was awesome

Over all good experience. Appliances were ordered late and went without Refrigerator for a week. Love the home.

I don’t know. There are more restrictions on what we can do with our house yard. I want to make it mine not look like other houses. The salesman told us we could do that and it wasn’t until later we found out we couldn’t. It’s taking a long time to get the clubhouse finished.

Lack of communication between departments. Not flexible. A lot of issues with the house. Cheap materials

We moved in late July, but had to wait 2+ weeks for a driveway. Yard grading was completed Sep 5th (5 weeks later). Landscape and irrigation complete (6 weeks). Still waiting on sod (expecting soon). Currently in 7th week. Frustrating part of this has been many new homes without people moved in or recently moved in nearby, yards have all been completed. Project Manager has been holding us up until houses near us are ready and now doing all of them at the same time. Many discussions and emails have not improved the progress. Lennar needs to work on improving this process, even if it means doing one off efforts. Customer satisfaction should weigh higher on their priorities. At minimum, grading should occur as soon as possible to safely allow walking through yard and utilizing spickets. ... More

Thank GOD, and Lennar I got it , a dream, it is a good experience to be the first time, now I’m calmed , quite, fine, de-stressed, I appreciate all of you for your help Lennar team.

Seamless,Straight forward and fast.No racial discrimination.

The house is great, but a lot of ants were in the house on movie in. The prosperity lines seem off and the grass they planned is struggling to grow on one side. Construction on the other side has caused trash to blow over into my property and it’s still there

Sales disappeared. Grass conditions are bad and customers are left with high water bill to fix dead grass

Overall my family had a great experience with purchasing our home. It was definitely a process, but with a great team by our side it was all worth it.

Real Estate is way over-priced in Idaho, with that said, Lennar is a good choice for a Spec Home. Good floor plan, average to above average materials, interior workmanship above average - exterior workmanship below average. HOA a little quick to pull the trigger but it's expected, they're new at their job and folks are still moving in. Biggest complaints: single door pantry when there's room for double, no towel storage in bathrooms when there's room, closet shelves are too deep and closet depth too shallow, no rain gutters and only ONE outdoor water faucet??? Biggest Plus: Warranty Response to list of discrepancies, Accessibility and Layout of Subdivision, Lot sizes give better space between homes vs Competition cramming as many units into a Sub-D as possible. The underwriter ignored us for two weeks. Therefor our loan was delayed by 3 weeks. Closing docs were approved on the day of closing! Horrible. Any issues were not handled right away. I was told the water bill for water for the grass that I do not want on the side of the home would be $30. It was $136! I was told HOA would take over the grass. They did not. HOA is non responsive. Took two weeks to get hold of anyone. Took over a month to set everything us. Horrible experience! I was ripped off on the price too. Same home sold for 17k less and also does not have grass on the side of the home! I do not want the grass. ... More

Great work to Lennar home because I have feeling great all about with Lennar home.

Everything was going great process ok but lennar need more communication with customers. first lennar say one thing and changes for another one I'm talking on the process of the loan many changes doing process .I did find out one of my friends was ofered all the appliances including refrigerador I'm very disapointed I was not ofered the same.I asked for a garage door opener I was told NO. HOUSE WAS NOT CLEAN paint stains on floor .
