Lennar is great and we were looking for houses specifically for this builder. Although still a few glitches to work out, overall the quality of the house is top of the line.

Everything is good but price little high compare to house size

Great builder - very professional and organized. Staff are very responsive with questions and they are reachable in every way that suits the customer (Phone, Text or Email!) The quality of the materials used are excellent and you can tell a difference when comparing to the homes built by other builders in the same community.

One thing we liked is focused on the requirements of the common/middle class families with a friendly service

Overall my home buying experience was good! The customer care is not as responsive and professional as other teams in Lennar to solve new construction home issues.

Process was easy and everyone was very helpful and informative, would definitely recommend.

The back yard was very big

I been living the new house for two month. we've had an issue with water ponding on the washstand table, water doesn’t going down every time after using.

they do what they promised. they respond in a timely fashion. Very nice guy.

I have had a pleasant experience with Lennar and have always received a response when I contact them.

Very disappointed that I was sold a smart house and not given information to set this up. We have been in 3 months and still not done. Other items on punch list are now being worked on.

Our experience was great communication responded to any issues or questions we had .The whole process went smooth our home was done when they stated it would be .

The buying process was upfront and clear. The closing date moving constantly was difficult but understandable.
