Lack of communication between departments. Not flexible. A lot of issues with the house. Cheap materials

We moved in late July, but had to wait 2+ weeks for a driveway. Yard grading was completed Sep 5th (5 weeks later). Landscape and irrigation complete (6 weeks). Still waiting on sod (expecting soon). Currently in 7th week. Frustrating part of this has been many new homes without people moved in or recently moved in nearby, yards have all been completed. Project Manager has been holding us up until houses near us are ready and now doing all of them at the same time. Many discussions and emails have not improved the progress. Lennar needs to work on improving this process, even if it means doing one off efforts. Customer satisfaction should weigh higher on their priorities. At minimum, grading should occur as soon as possible to safely allow walking through yard and utilizing spickets. ... More

The house is great, but a lot of ants were in the house on movie in. The prosperity lines seem off and the grass they planned is struggling to grow on one side. Construction on the other side has caused trash to blow over into my property and it’s still there

Sales disappeared. Grass conditions are bad and customers are left with high water bill to fix dead grass

Overall my family had a great experience with purchasing our home. It was definitely a process, but with a great team by our side it was all worth it.

Real Estate is way over-priced in Idaho, with that said, Lennar is a good choice for a Spec Home. Good floor plan, average to above average materials, interior workmanship above average - exterior workmanship below average. HOA a little quick to pull the trigger but it's expected, they're new at their job and folks are still moving in. Biggest complaints: single door pantry when there's room for double, no towel storage in bathrooms when there's room, closet shelves are too deep and closet depth too shallow, no rain gutters and only ONE outdoor water faucet??? Biggest Plus: Warranty Response to list of discrepancies, Accessibility and Layout of Subdivision, Lot sizes give better space between homes vs Competition cramming as many units into a Sub-D as possible. The underwriter ignored us for two weeks. Therefor our loan was delayed by 3 weeks. Closing docs were approved on the day of closing! Horrible. Any issues were not handled right away. I was told the water bill for water for the grass that I do not want on the side of the home would be $30. It was $136! I was told HOA would take over the grass. They did not. HOA is non responsive. Took two weeks to get hold of anyone. Took over a month to set everything us. Horrible experience! I was ripped off on the price too. Great work to Lennar home because I have feeling great all about with Lennar home.

Everything was going great process ok but lennar need more communication with customers. first lennar say one thing and changes for another one I'm talking on the process of the loan many changes doing process .I did find out one of my friends was ofered all the appliances including refrigerador I'm very disapointed I was not ofered the same.I asked for a garage door opener I was told NO. HOUSE WAS NOT CLEAN paint stains on floor .

It was a very good experience buying a home from Lennar company, starting from salesman John who is very knowledgeable and very helpful as well as being professional to lender Kyler and all team members were very amazing. I highly recommend for anyone looking to purchase a home consider Lennar company house plans and design is excellent.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had in purchasing a new construction home from your company. While the initial interactions with the lender were smooth and professional, several critical issues arose during the process that have left me quite frustrated. Firstly, the inspection process and the service provided before closing were subpar. Numerous issues with the house were identified, and the quality of the repairs made before the closing was disappointing. Despite assurances of high standards, the final work fell short of expectations. Furthermore, communication throughout this process was lacking. As of today, I still do not have the keys to my new home, which was supposed to be handed over on July 31st. This delay has been exacerbated by poor-quality service and unfulfilled promises of remediation for the inconveniences experienced. In contrast to my previous home purchase last year with a different builder, where service and quality were exemplary, this experience has been notably distressing. I had hoped for a seamless transition into my new home, but instead, I have encountered significant challenges and delays. I urge you to address these concerns promptly and provide a resolution. Out experience with Lennar has been amazing. Starting from the no pressure sale to the handling over the keys. The financial people were amazing. Very responsive and doing everything they could to help us. The closing was done remotely and was done easily. The final inspection was great. All our questions were answered and explained to us. It was a pleasurable experience.

There were some minor flaws. There should be a go-to maintenance on site or other sites you can easy call to correct minor issues.

I had a lot of issues with the house they promise everything was going to be fixed by the closing date, then a month after still issues. I understand you built a lot of houses at once but you can’t turn your back to quality and good finishes. This is my second lennar I don’t think I’ll have a third one

First time purchasing a brand spanking new home and I think we were wowed by the glitz and didn’t pay enough attention to the finishing. A lot could be improved there. But overall it’s an o.k. kinda place that should serve us well.

I would like to write a great review but in all honesty I can't. Our closing date was moved back several times, meanwhile we are staying in a hotel with two dogs. What a nightmare! When we finally closed it was done remotely even though I asked for an in person closing at the sales office. During closing my computer crashed so we had to do everything by phone. What should have taken 30 minutes took 2 hours and it was the most frustrating closing I've ever had. Then the next day we couldn't get the keys because no one knew where they were. The supervisor let us in so we could start moving in and the house was not clean like we were told it would be. There were paint drops and smeared glue all over the floors which I'm still scraping up. We were told the subdivision was not in the city limits so we could pour a patio with no problem. Not true! Oh, and the backyard that was supposed to be cleaned up, raked, and ready for sod wasn't. I mentioned it to several people and finally got results after I put in a service request. Our sales rep Wayne was awesome to work with when finding our home. Kevin was great helping us with our mortgage paperwork. We did not have a great experience with the closing process. No communication, asking for things 2 or 3 times. Waited till the last minute to give us our final numbers. Def needs to get better.

Overall I like my home but not happy with windows, Shelves.

Poor comms, workmanship, concierge (Nicole) argumentative 11 properties purchased to date; this was the worst experience.
