Everyone my wife and I have worked with on the Lennar team has been great. From our very first experience with the sales team, to using Lennar Mortgage, and the support team after move in has been a wonderful experience. We purchased the Aurora and this is a solid, and spacious home. As with any new home purchase there are things that come up after you move in but Lennar has always responded in a timely manner, and I'd even say gone the extra mile in taking care of repair items. I'd recommend Lennar to anyone looking for a quality home, and a great team to work with.

Great value for your money. There are a few things on material that could have been better. Electrical breakers keep pooping and base board ends not painted.

The home is exactly what we wanted. We just wished the quality of the materials and craftsmanship was better. We've been in our home for 3 months. We have issues with the quality of paint, drywall and flooring. Some of the shingles on our roof also tore away which is a bit concerning since we just moved in and we live in Indiana where the weather isn't that extreme. Overall, we love our home and the reps were very friendly and knowledgeable. They also are very helpful in getting item's repaired or replaced, they make sure it gets done quickly and correctly.

The experience from the home consultant, finance team, and the construction is like a family, that’s a great feeling. The amenities that comes with the house gets a thumbs up. To have a contact person when there’s an issue gives the comfort of getting them resolved.

The property was not ready on time, because of supplies difficulties and the pandemic. Lennar always updated on the time delivery and after 2 months of original date I have the Closing. My agent and Construction Manager kept me informed and updated. It was great experience.

I love the house and the area. The floors and countertops are gorgeous. My husband has even thanked me for making him move when we decided to downsize. We are both very happy with our purchase.

The process of buying my home through the final move-in was exceptional. The salesperson, Alison, was always available to answer questions and see me through each step. The quality and value of my new home is exactly as I expected. I am very pleased. The builder's team has been and continues to be timely responsive when anything needs to be addressed. The process from beginning to end was actually easier than we had expected. If you've ever purchased a home you understand. The homes are built Strong & to your wishes. You have several options to choose from. Everyone we worked with from start to finish was very nice, helpful, and left no deed unfinished. Made sure we were happy. The Clubhouse, pool, fishing ponds, etc. are beautiful & exceptional. We are delighted with our New home and the area is very quiet, clean, and full of friendly neighbors. The only reason I gave a 4 star on Value for price paid instead of a 5 star is because I believe all homes are overpriced no matter who built them or where they are. This one is not to bad though. We've been in our home for 3.5 months so far and the experience has been very good. We watched our home be built and were impressed with the speed and even closed earlier than anticipated! There have been a few issues but all have been minor and most have been readily fixed by Lennar. The market is insanely high right now (we purchased in May 2021), so our house cost more than we wanted, but that is due to the overall economy and desirability of our area (San Diego), not just Lennar.

Our experience was fantastic just want to make a note here if you’re buying a house make sure the other neighborhood houses are finished also construction is quite noisy and disruptive
