Some stuff was supposed to be fixed before we close they said it was fixed we moved in it wasn't fixed I called the project manager he came in took it apart said gonna come back still didn't come calling him nothing

My construction manager Wayne is the best Lennar person, then closing walk through manager is great; sales office on site Jonathan is great, Ryan my email person is fine. All others, I don't know how can they still there?? How can Lennar keep a bad team on so many of others not to help sell or connect the pieces and they don't care.

Lack of workmanship. Cheap materials & appliances. In first several months, I had to put in over 5 requests to warranty department for problems with house. I regret purchasing a Lennar home.

They should call or respond to my emails I was told I had to wait 6 months for a *****.

Don't buy from Lennar!

From purchasing to putting in 'work order' that do not get resolved

On our closing day Lennar did not treat us with professionalism or good customer service. Lennar's poor internal communication caused confusion and distress for me and my family. We had to call several different contacts just to find out where we can pick up our keys. Finally, someone told us to go to Hutto, TX to pick them up which is about a 45-60min drive from our purchased home. I am pregnant and it's the summer time in Texas so it was already an inconvenience driving so far. Only to find out when I arrive they did not have our keys! The employee there made some calls and let me know that they'd place our keys in our new home, and leave the door unlocked. This wasn't professional or safe frankly. Our closing experience was handled with care and the construction manager Chris made himself available to answer questions or help out with items needing attention. Overall, expect Lennar to build a quality home at an affordable price. Very Happy to be a Lennar Home Owner.

Overall buying experience was good

Sales and closing process was flawless. After the close service, not so good. Very unresponsive. Very disappointing.

More flexibility - especially regarding the timing of inspections and final walk throughs.

Great experience from start to finish. This was a huge step for me and was happy to have the assistance.

Our agent, Dan, and our builder, Perry, were incredible to work with and put so much care and attention into our home. All the way through it was a wonderful experience. We love living here!

Great home buying experience!

Hinges on the doors are too tight and paint is chipping off because of it. Blinds have fallen down. Too many power outages. Gaps in doors,etc.

They didn't complete any work order's I sent in.

Lennar made buying a home very easy and I never thought I could afford brand new build and Lennar made it possible with all of their guidance and suggestions. The sales associate from Lennar worked well with my realtor to get me the best pricing and interest rate for my home loan.

I never thought I would feel this way about my brand new house. I find something wrong everyday. We went in the attic and found a beer can. Drinking while on the job explains why there are so many cosmetic issues and flaws.

The sales office agents and in particular John and lori took their time to help us to look for a house to meet our requirements.

The entire process was smooth and easy. There was a two month delay between the initial move-in date to when we actually moved in, that is the only issue that we had for our home. We are happy with our new home!

The entire process was exciting and the Lennar team was extremely helpful. The home inspector, Gus, had some wonderful tips and advice that made the process much less stressful and more enjoyable.
