Very easy process, with help along the way to make things easy to understand.

It was a great pleasure working with Lennar! Starting with Amy on the home selection and support throughout the purchasing process to Brandon and Renee being extremely responsive and helpful resolving any problems we had.

Contractor was always available to answer questions. The building process was explained thoroughly.

My home was the last home in the lot to be built. Overall, the layout is great. The insulation around pipes is noon existent and a upstairs flush will be heard loudly in down. My house being last had additional issues due to hastiness. The floor boards trims had paint bleeding, the plumbing was blocked on day 1, the drywallers hid a light fixture. The water inlet to upstairs leaked causing a removal of large section of dry wall and ceiling. Overall, the quality control is not there but responsiveness has been great to fix these issues.

It was a very easy purchase

Some of the items that we had gone through on the walk through for punch list did not get done. I was told they would take care of it even after the closing but then when I tried to follow up after the closing I was immediately shuffled off to the warranty department. This caused a problem because we were not planning on occupying the house right away ...so now in order to get everything done I have to fly in or drive-in to meet whomever needs to fix their work. The work that they did fix in time was done well. And their defense are closing had to be done in 30 days so I understand the tide pressure And while they were not able to get it done I just wish that we weren't shuffled off to warranty department because that is a much slower and more difficult process. ... Great house for the price. Lennar is the biggest American builder and it shows in the fact that they are able to offer these houses for the price they do.

There will be small problems with finish work check everything on both final walk throughs

First and foremost I would like to thank Mary for providing an awesome service, she answered all my questions and was always communicating with me about the progress of our home, she kept us updated every step of the way! I think that is what made our home buying experience less stressful. We love our new home! There are a few things that need to be fixed but so far every service request I have submitted has been acknowledged.

Lennar’s property is sturdy and great in values paid for.

My sales guy was real nice and always giving me updates on the progress of the house.

From sales office to completion of construction Lennar personal showed great great communication and professional skills. Every little detail of construction was clearly explained to me and my wife.The closing also was an easy process.

Sales agent was outstanding. Likewise with Customer Care rep.

The process of home buying was made easy by the Patapsco Glen team. The home was built within the given time and we are loving our new home.

The buying process was good, the homes are expensive, but good finishing , but for some issues. The home is nice , beautiful and conducive.

In general all team members are a pleasure to work with, helpful with any questions and also if as a new homeowner putting you to the proper person to handle any concerns. Most concerns or questions are taken care of quite quickly We are very happy with our new home
