Sales lady.. T.. awesome

Slow at fixing AC not working in Master bedroom and numerous touchips with pain and calling. Both bathroom fans didn’t work. Who installs electrical equipment and doesn’t test it? Lennar.

The entire experience went so smooth. Everyone from Lennar were great to work with. Lennar took care of everything very quickly and responded quickly to any issues after closing, like door lock adjustment or missing a rod for our blinds. We only had minor issues. I would highly recommend a Lennar home!

Do not buy with Lennar. The title team and construction manager is unorganized, push your issues to the side and never acknowledge or resolve issues.

It's a good community when you build your house try to keep the engineers who they are when you move them around there are a lot of differences in the construction of the house so there is a lot of irresponsible behavior from your engineers and to this day I still haven't got the key to my garage door key missing. Also I didn't get any painting code or color code for the inner wall. You didn't give this at the time of closing. You engineers don't know. After asking, they showed me with open arms. So I can't even go to the paint shop and get a sample of it. When you made the concrete base, it would have been much better if you had put a little more concrete in the width and length of the step of the back door that goes outside the house. If I hire a local contract now, how many dollars will he charge me? It is because of the difference in your one job that Homoners have to spend so much money. Post closing experience is dismal

It has been a good experience with good communication along the way. The portal is a great tool and glad to see it.

At the end of the day you are buying a home not a customer experience, but the customer experience was very poor on the sales side and has gone significantly downhill since the last time we purchased a Lennar Home. Missed meetings, lots of changing of staff, surprises on walkthrough day of “oh sales never mentioned that wasn’t included” etc. Overall what is being sold is a great value for a home and I hold that Lennar has great floor plans, but I hope they are able to better shape a positive interaction with its customers in the future in general and in this community, and stay a bit more true to the “everything included”, there are unique factors in the market right now but so much has been stripped out to save a few dollars and appease the corporation and shareholders. ... I really had to advocate for my wife and myself throughout the whole process as so many balls were dropped during construction, contracting, and even turnover day. So many things had to be escalated to regional sales or regional construction members as the local folks just couldn’t close the loop on so many items. Don’t get me started on working with their financing either. I had to threaten to walk from the deal before they finally gave me final approval. They wanted to know every detail of my life, even what auto savings transfers of a few dollars were for. Really? I was literally told something along the lines of, “We do 77,000 of these a year, stuff is bound to fall through the cracks.” It was a good reminder right at the end that we truly were a number. Our keys didn’t even work right on turnover day so guess who was guided to file a warranty claim instead of actually having the vendor give us keys that worked for all the locks of the home. Already been doing work on the property and discovered so many corners were cut. Who hangs a horizontal fence beam with only one screw out of three to hold it in on each side. We have been trying to buy for 5 years and could never qualify let alone afford a home in the DFW area until this year. The buying experience was great with Lennar, they were very transparent in what we were getting into. The numbers were spot on. The home is new so it’s great when it comes to knowing what we’re getting. There was some dishonesty in the selling process: we were told when we did our new home owner orientation walkthrough, that no one could be let into the home after that point until closing day as the locks changed and they wouldn’t be able to access the house. House was spotless at the new home orientation. We get our keys on closing day and walk into a dirty house! After talking to the salesmen they stated that they were showing our house after the new home owner orientation. They let us know they already tested our keys and they all worked. It was very disappointing. Reaching out to the sales guys now they don’t remember things they said when selling the house. For the most part we are happy with the home. Wish the yards were bigger and more level as it’s hard to use a sloped lawn. ... More

There was some miscommunication in the beginning but other than that, the purchase of my new home with Lennar went relatively smooth. Only cons: you are not allowed to make any changes throughout the building process ie, flooring, carpet color or any additional upgrades. Another major disappointment was the doorways going into the bathrooms and pantry were not wide enough for me to get through with my walker. But overall, the house I got with all the included upgrades and the price I paid was outstanding!

We walk thru to Alexis and some issue still not fix so much point finger which different contractor or difffrent person.to fix the issue. This is my wife first time a brand new house with a lot of defects.. The first week we found a lot of insects in the house even our dog got bite with this insect…So dirty our front garage driveway till now… all our door frame was so much issue from the front to all bedrooms…No manager was try to tech us they keep saying make a work order which not even six months we been sending work orders. I didn’t not know we bought a lemon house…

There were a few things that needed to be addressed after closing that was not taken care of after the final walk through, but it was not completed even after several follow ups. SMH.

Seller doesn’t care about you the second paperwork is signed. Lender is not very clear about the closing process. Triple and quadruple check the loan paperwork because there potentially are many mistakes in it that you will make decisions based upon then they change it and blame you for not noticing. They love to mention the purchase agreement you signed so make sure that is perfect before you sign. Over priced for the quality of the craftsmanship. Sod is put in haphazardly with many gaps. House was not very clean when turned over to me. Warranty is nice but it’s a negotiation when you make a claim. Ultimately the work gets done but there is a definite attempt to avoid it from lennar. ... More

This was my 3rd Lennar home purchased. Sales team was great, had 3 walk thru and still incomplete. (Just did the problems myself). The building team needs improvement. My other 2 Lennar homes where fantastic and was treated very well. I have pics from the 3rd party inspector that will shock you. Thanks for listening.

Worst experience ever, i would leave any stars if it was possible

Terrible is all I can say. Being lied to is another reason not to buy a new home from Lennar.

I have never had such an easy buying experience from beginning to end
