We are so happy we bought a Lennar home. Everyone on the Lennar team has been outstanding starting with Arie, Cameron and Bryce. The house is well built and we love the 1-2-10 warranty. Everyone has been so professional and responsive. Highly recommend.

Overall quality is OK, but we had some bad experience with HVAC Furnace keep on troubling after closing and delivered bad quality of Landscaping while closing the home, no proper caring of the Landscaping by Lennar homes, and also observed some electrical ceiling lights design issues, even not addressed by Lennar, Lennar team is responding well before closing, once closed your home, construction team is not that much of responsiveness with home buyer. so i had mixed feeling of home buying experience with Lennar. Thanks!

Poor from the moment we closed So many issues. Such poor finishing. Such a slow unprofessional service getting the house as it should have been. Even untidy, broken tiles everywhere, pool green etc etc Couldn’t have been worse

New home purchase 6/28

John did not take my third party inspection report seriously. He brushed everything off and basically told me that this was not going to be a "perfect" house. Even for a new build, this house had a ridiculous number of imperfections and I was rushed into closing. Even after moving in, I have submitted over 4 warranty claims, and the Lennar representative just tells me that everything is not covered. I have a garage door that doesn't close, an A/C unit with a bad filter after less that 60-days of move in, and so many more issues. Not pleased with Lennar cutting corners and not taking customer ...

The person who sold us the home told us many false things to make the sale. There are a lot of things that were changed out during the process to a lower quality. However, our house price did not change. The quality is awful and we have had to spend the first 60 days reaching out to Airtron, GE, Lennar, etc. to get things fixed. Not very enjoyable when you’re trying to move into a house and unpack boxes. The sad thing is we have plenty more, that will be done at the 12 month mark. This is the third house that we have built and has been by far our worst experience.

I will highly advise any new buyer to get their own finance, Lennar finance department is a joke!! We almost walked towards the end because they couldn’t get on the same page between their own company! Building department is ok, I definitely suggest visiting your property during construction as much possible! We bought from out of town and I wish I would’ve been able to walk the property at least biweekly, could’ve save a lot of headaches and problems I now have to deal with, bad tile cuts and grout, lots of drywall issues and a lot of trim not finished properly among other things!

Linnar was easy to work with and responded quickly to all my questions. It was quick and easy to upload the documents Linnar needed even for someone not tech savvy! All issues discovered from the home inspections were corrected quickly and to my satisfaction. Linnar offered a great one stop shop for buying my home and offering mortgage and insurance companies. I am totally satisfied with Linnar’s home buying experience.

Fast process of buying, adjusting of price and accessibility was very convenient. Till now, no mayor issues with the house quality/material used to build. Only thing I will highly suggest or highlight is for Lennar to keep an eye on the labor quality. It’s was obvious to see that the work/building crew did some mediocre job. Some electric wires were crossed and wrong installed. Fence was not completely closed in, shower drainage cover was glued to the floor instead screwed.

Buying a home is one of the largest purchase an average person makes in their lives. Unfortunatley for me, my experience with the sales agent I was assigned was not positive. I found the sales agent misleading at times, very pushy. Home buyers concierge's primary job is to communicate, update the customer, which she hardly did. had a hard time getting a response from her. Mortgage department cant give you a final number until the day of closing which I found surprising. Workmanship and quality is supbar. I already have cracks on the trim and corner of the wall. I picked a date suggested ...

My first contact with Lennar was not good. I was supposed to meet a representative at a model house, I arrived ands she was not there. I tried to contact her and she said she was sending someone to meet me. I left since she was deceptive about the whole thing. If it were not for the Real Estate agent I used, I would not have bought a house from them. Their customer service is worse than the DMV. IF you email a question, they do not respond. You have to blast email them and everyone else involved in the process to get a response. The house is not badly constructed, they will use the cheapest ...

The overall process was very easy. Everything was pretty much done online at the convenience of own time on my phone such as the closing documents was done on my phone, so that was pretty neat. I would honestly say that these homes are built very cheap. The materials and labor that go into the home can be so much better. It’s like they are instructed to get the cheapest materials possible for everything that goes into your home but charge the homeowner an arm and a leg for the mortgage. Other than that, my Collier home is a pretty decent home for a couple or very small family.

Cooper Mountain Heights Lacks Quality

Lennar has gotten so big they have lost sight of customer service and quality home building. It appears to be more about the sale and getting the houses up as fast as possible no matter what. Quality of the homes is seriously lacking. The interior finish work is extremely sloppy. The materials used are sub-standard. The interior paint job is one thin coat of flat paint. After third-party home inspection multiple areas were not to code and had to be redone. The home buying process is cumbersome and not buyer friendly.

Our overall experience with Lennar was great. From The beginning everyone we worked with provided us with great service. The loan process was quick and fast. They informed you of every step. Our Lennar Home specialist Ana was very patient and allowed us to tour as many model Homes and floor plans needed to male a good decision. Home was built as scheduled. I only wish they would allow us to upgrade on appliances or add bathroom add on. Multiple issues upon moving including massive unfinished hole in pantry wall in which ants swarmed the kitchen less than a week upon moving in. Leaks in sinks. Problems with scheduling people to come out for repairs. The people that have come for repairs have been polite and overall helpful, however, in a new home these issues are disappointing. These are on top of the lack of communication from sellers and mortgage and issues that my realtor has never seen. And losing home insurance because Lennar never paid the first prior to selling installment.

Our overall experience was going smoothly until our closing day. Lennar did not have keys to our own home and wanted us to sign off on the walk thru. It took over 2 hours to get our keys. We were diligent in our walk thru with the Lennar rep prior to closing. Point out defects that need to be fixed. 2 days before closing they still had not completed all of the issues. We hired our own home inspector which I highly recommend. Lennar’s warranty claim process is a joke. We have a one year warranty to report any issues. We filed a claim for the Ring Doorbell. This was a joke. The home ...

I worked with Joe to buy my Villa. he was amazing he helped me and continues to help me if I have question. Every person I have worked with have been professional, helpful, informing, and friendly. I had issues with closing in my other home and each Lenar team member I worked with me through the whole stressful process. My only Negative is that I was 3 day over my Closing date and the Company charged me $3,249.00 for not being able to close.
