The whole process went extremely well. Jeannie and Monica were so helpful and knowledgeable.

The overall experience was almost perfect. All the different key players were on point making sure we were very satisfied, Only the Lennar Insurance Agency was not so great.

Felt like I was being rushed once paperwork were required of me but when I wanted answers it took longer to get them. If I had to do it all over again, I would have hired an outside inspector from the initial concrete pour until final inspection.

From the start of the short journey I was treated like royalty. I put the entire process in Lennar's hands. Everyone did a great job to make my dream of home ownership a reality.

In buying my last new home, It was a roller coaster ride experience! I was not allowed to experience the joy of buying a new home! I started to quit the process several times but was begged by my son who lives here to continue the process. I moved from New Orleans and have bought six homes and this was my worst experience of them all! I am getting to like it now but I was angry when I moved here because of the experience I went through. With my credit and income it should not have been that way!

Ken kept me in the loop about the progress of my new build. He answered any questions that I had.

HORRIBLE Experience. Had to submit multiple times. Poor Communication with closing agents.

1. We expected Lennar would install top soil and follow SAWS guidelines when planting it, as Paul Canyon is served by SAWS. Instead, in less than 48 hours, our grass died although we watered it following SAWS rules. 2. Lennar sales representative sold us the house assuring us that the sod would be planted to the fence and later we found out that was not the case. She either misinformed us or plainly lied.

The experience was excellent, speed of responses, support in the negotiation, zero complications, they complied with what was offered, seriousness, construction quality and low prices in relation to construction area final price of the property, I highly recommend them they are a great company.

The company was unwilling to consider issues and minor changes during construction (we would have paid for) that resulted in significant costs to us, e.g. electrical outlet locations, pipe under drive to facilitate front grass irrigation, heat pump location (next to dining room window?), no warranty on window blinds, interior wall paint colors, house entry platforms to mitigate entrance into home with disability walkers, main entrance door lacking visibility of any human form on the entry porch, no counter or cabinetry in laundry room and fireplace installation tilted about half centimeter, no window sill treatment in 2nd level, and only one towel ring in master bath. ... This has got to be the best team at getting you in and settled. Everyone is happy and willing to help, that is until they give you your house keys. That’s when Lennar shines!

I thank GOD for placing the right people and place in my life. The overall experience was awesome from start to finish. Martha -sales rep went beyond and above so did John the mortgage broker. Thank you all so much for making my dream come true.

The process was seamless and schedule well.

We are pleased with our new home. Of course there were a few minor issues, but each has been addressed as we have brought it to Lennar's attention. We have repainted most of the walls in something other than boring white. We have ripped out the bedrooms carpeting and put in vinyl plank flooring. Shelves will go up in the villa and garage. Neighborhood is great, clean, and quiet. The host of activities available to us is Extremely nice. Haven't had a chance yet to take advantage of the Lagoon or Clubhouse area, but we will when we complete moving in and prepping our existing house for sale. There's always gonna be something wrong whether it's a new build or an older home. With that being said, the luxury of having a new build is that you have warranties. Lennar was helpful with the interest rate and closing cost. I just wish that when you do need a repair they would make it easier without always happening to have a virtual meeting even though you upload pictures and videos from that then somebody will come out which is another day, you have to takeoff and then for them to fulfill the order and that's if it's done correctly, the first time around.

It was a great buying experience!

All was good. The only downside was I felt Lennar kind of overdid all the texts about congratulating us

The entire process of buying this townhome was flawless. From the day I walked into the Sales office until closing my loan. Lennar is a fantastic company and the customer service it outstanding!

First I would like homebuyers to know that if they intend to use a realtor, whether they have one or not, make that clear when you walk in the office door. And Shannon was very short and unresponsive until AFTER the purchase. Second, I would not recommend Field for your mortgage loan processing. Very slow to respond and had to be constantly reminded about changes. Didn’t have final estimate until 5pm the day before closing which caused a delay with my bank. Third, I’m not happy with the landscape management but neither are other homeowners. Haven’t had any issues yet that have not been addressed in a timely manner. We are happy and grateful to God for this wonderful gift of getting the house of our dreams, made with very good quality materials, a fabulous design and at a very special price, thanks to our realtor's team and the Lennar team, we are among the first habitaner of this community that promises to have a variety of benefits for the community, we love its location and the access roads.

Has been a great buying experience with Lennar everyone has been responsive to our concerns and helpful in finding neighborhood resources

I can say without a doubt, Lennar has very beautiful and quality homes. With every new home comes slight things to fix, but overall love our new home! Thanks Lennar!

I had multiple problems with the house that we discovered after closing due to poor workmanship. I was very disappointed with the lack of follow up and had to escalate my complaints .
