Our Lennar liaison, Lorena was great at resolving any issues we found during the third party inspection and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She also addressed any concerns we had along the way and was very prompt at dealing with issues.

Closed on time, got what I was shown, have had 0 issues for the first 4 months. It’s corporate home buying so all the pressure is put right on the lowest workers. They were all amazing and friendly and always helped within a day of any requests. No complaints here.

There are pros and cons with Lennar. Overall, the pros are greater than the cons. I would like to say my building experience was exceptional, but we waited a long time to sign the contract to lock in our build. We visited Gambill Forest in September 2020 and didn't sign a contract until February 2021. Once they started building in May 2021, things started to move along more quickly. We closed in September 2021. One of the cons is we couldn't move into the house after closing because it was filthy. Not move in ready. After we moved in there were and still are minor issues. I wish Lennar gave the buyer more purchase options i.e., have the garage painted and finished, hang towel racks in the bathrooms, install ceiling fans etc. We love our home, but some of the workmanship is shoddy. I am happy for the one year warranty. Overall, I would suggest Lennar to potential buyers but I would definitely tell them to be extremely vigilant and stay on top of builders. ... More

Leah in Tavola is the best! She is so nice and attentative and really made the process and the experience pleasant and much easier. She went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase and all million of my questions were answered.

Overall satisfied with the home and it’s upgrades the home came with. Home is almost sound proof since I have not heard neighbors next to me. One thing that stood is I feel like the turnover of the home was rushed. What I mean by that is there is some paint splatter on the carpet or small missed corners not painted properly.

Ready to move in with all appliances.

We could not have been happier with Lennar's overall responsiveness (from the purchase side, to loan qualification, to title, and finally in dealing with our limited touchup issues in our new house. Lennar was fantastic throughout the entire process.

Everything went as planned and i was happy with the total experience. While a home can't be perfect all of the Lennar team did their best. Overall was a good experience. This is my 6th Lennar home in SW Fl.

My agent was outstanding! She helped me throughout the buying process and continues to be there for me now that I am in the home. There have been typical issues that have come up which Lennar has been very responsive with getting the items taken care of. I would definitely buy a Lennar Home again. Good value and deliver what they tell you will be delivered. Can't ask for much more than that.

Aaron does an excellent job with following up. Lennar is great in general and very professional and great properties.

It was a great pleasure working with Lennar! Starting with Amy on the home selection and support throughout the purchasing process to Brandon and Renee being extremely responsive and helpful resolving any problems we had.

Contractor was always available to answer questions. The building process was explained thoroughly.

My home was the last home in the lot to be built. Overall, the layout is great. The insulation around pipes is noon existent and a upstairs flush will be heard loudly in down. My house being last had additional issues due to hastiness. The floor boards trims had paint bleeding, the plumbing was blocked on day 1, the drywallers hid a light fixture. The water inlet to upstairs leaked causing a removal of large section of dry wall and ceiling. Overall, the quality control is not there but responsiveness has been great to fix these issues.

It was a very easy purchase

Some of the items that we had gone through on the walk through for punch list did not get done. I was told they would take care of it even after the closing but then when I tried to follow up after the closing I was immediately shuffled off to the warranty department. This caused a problem because we were not planning on occupying the house right away ...so now in order to get everything done I have to fly in or drive-in to meet whomever needs to fix their work. The work that they did fix in time was done well. And their defense are closing had to be done in 30 days so I understand the tide pressure And while they were not able to get it done I just wish that we weren't shuffled off to warranty department because that is a much slower and more difficult process. ...
