I had very pleasant experience watching my house being built. Personnel was very helpful trough the process. They responded to my questions. I was getting videos regularly showing progress of my house being built.

Everyone from the first contact to the last contact and even after signing has been tremendously helpful and made the home ownership process super easy. Everyone was timely with their response to address concerns and any issues that arise. I'm greatful to have chosen Lennar for this new home journey!

Responding to problems your people are not good. Still waiting on new cabinets that have not been replaced yet. A/c work heater doesn't. Not good for a new home.

My realtor agent was amazing! Josh and Stephanie! Lennard was great too! Having to get someone to come over and fix things needs fixing.

I am extremely happy with my purchase. On August of 2022, I was notified by a Lennar Sales Agent Adam Barton that a home that may fit my family needs was available. He advised me of the price and immediately notified Melissa to see if the numbers would work. Melissa diligently started working on my case and came back with an more than outstanding result. Once Adam had me sign the purchase agreement, Melissa immediately started working on my case (lighting fast). With the hundreds of questions, I asked Melissa she was calm, cool, very patient, and answered all my questions with ease. With subsequent phone calls on a million more questions, Melissa was available extremely considerate of me being a first-time home buyer and answered anything I threw at her. Melissa was even there for me on her birthday. She was knowledgeable and I could tell from the sound from her voice she wanted this purchase to happen as bad as I did. When Morgan began to handle my case, her voice was respectful, outstandingly courteous, and refreshingly understanding. As with any mortgage process paperwork requested can be overwhelming and sometime scary for a first-time home buyer. Morgan put me at ease, she took the time to explain what was needed and why. Every time I talked to her, I was impressed about her knowledge, professionalism, and what I appreciated the most was her kindness. Again, I felt Morgan wanted me to have this home as bad as I did. I have lived in Florida for the last 12 years since I came home from Iraq. My wife and I have wanted to own a home since the first day we moved to this state. I know in my heart the Melissa and Morgan made this possible for my family. I now own my own home for my young children and their children to grow up in. Melissa and Morgan are the best assets you have at Lennar Mortgage. If there is an award, recognition program, or even customer satisfaction bonuses offered at your company I respectfully request for Melissa and Morgan be considered. These women deserve any positive recognition. I will never forget their kindness which has reflected so wonderfully on Lennar. We love the home and neighborhood. It is perfect for us. Very few, and minor issues for the most part. The home does have a full warrantee but getting help with any issues you may have is sketchy. If you have an issue you submit a job ticket. You will be connected with a "virtual" customer care assessment... but nothing can be repaired "virtually" so that is a waste of time. In the end you will be bounced to someone that represents your neighborhood in person. Whether or not action is taken on your request is in that person's hands. I had that person throw away my ticket because I disagreed with his assessment. He officially declared me unresponsive and stated that the work was done. I responded many times, including phone calls, no work was actually done. From this point on I don't count on customer care and will just take care of problems myself. ... More

I love my new home! It has been a pleasure working with Lennar employees.

Lennar is a large company and grew to that size by being forward-looking and developing systems and processes to accomplish home-building and selling to satisfy the majority of their customers. Besides meeting local codes and working within a difficult economy and supply chain, they manage to accomplish this while keeping their prices in line and delivering a home in a reasonable timeframe. Having said all that, I am 95% satisfied with my new home. The floor plan I chose is time-tested and made with decent quality materials and components for the most part. Minor items like the dishwasher, carpeting and paint can be upgraded by the homeowner later to their own tastes as I did. The major components (HVAC, electrical, framing, roof) are all excellent. And I have no worries as a buyer because of their 1-2-10 warranty. Lennar has an excellent system and staff to address minor warranty issues for new homeowners and they do follow-up and make sure things are right. As with all large companies, the quality of their product depends on individuals. Most of the Lennar employees (not all) that I dealt with are very at their job and do focus on taking care of the customer. I WOULD recommend them to family and friends. ... More

Great experience, patience is required for a new build. First time buying a newly built home.

We learned very early that we could trust the Lennar Mortgage broker and the on-site builders agent Tammy and Deacon are hard working and honest professionals who were responsive and reassuring during the recent market in which it was very difficult to find a new build. When we think of Lennar, we think of the great interactions we have.consistently enjoyed with each of them. We thoroughly enjoy our house.

Jonas took care of us during the entire process. He made us felt VIP customers since day one.
