We had a great experience with Jen during the sales process. Linh was great to work with on the mortgage side. Jonathan has been great on following up on some issues that we found on our walk through and soon after we moved in. The one thing that could be improved is the landscaping. The landscaping could have been planned better so we wouldn't still have a dirt yard 2 months after closing.

Our journey with Lennar has been smooth. Newly constructed home looks and feels great! Lennar delivered on time, and with quality. It has been almost 1.5 months since we moved in to this new home and so far, few initial minor issues found after move-in were promptly and professionally serviced by Lennar team. I recommend Lennar for those home buyers who want to buy a brand new home. Lennar is very organized.

This was My 2nd time buying a home but the first time I did it without a realtor and Lennar made the experience pretty simple and straightforward.

We had a lot of fun and excitement with our new home purchase. The overall quality of work has been good, the only issues we had during the process is that the construction crew left a pretty decent amount of small paint drops all over the carpet. There were a few little areas of the rug that were also pulling up slightly and fraying parts at some of the edges of the carpet where it tucks into the seam at the walls, nothing major. Overall we are pretty happy with the house. There were some scratches on the appliances that magically appeared after our initial walk through as well, but overall it’s liveable and we feel like we got the bang for our buck. ... More

Wonderful experience with the team

There was little or no stress in the entire buying process. It was fun to watch my new home being built. Since I moved from out of state, the initial purchase details where done online without a hitch.

Lennar build decent homes

My experience was super positive start to finish. Due to global supply chain issues I did have limited ability to customize. That said, I strongly feel Lennar didn’t take advantage of the situation unlike many other builders who used bidding and other means to inflate the price. I felt the price was reasonable given the situation. The agent was helpful and transparent, the building manager was communicative and easy to work with, and the house was completed ahead of schedule.

I like the idea of everything included. Good material but workmanship is not good in this venture. Easy closing process.

We purchase our home after 2 months of looking in Delaware. After our second visit to Walden we fell in love with one of the model and purchased it on the spot. Entire process was easy and simple. The mortgage process was even easier. All were friendly and very helpful.

Very easy process, outstanding job by all

Went very smooth with our buying experience. All the important details were lead by Lennar employees. They lead us by the hand throughout the process. Happy with most of the house, but a couple appliances were less than average(stove and dishwasher). We’ll have to replace soon. Nice community.

Overall the whole process was simple. We have encountered issues since moving in but the Care coordinator onsite has been extremely helpful on getting them resolved

We really love our Lennar home. We were very thankful for the weekly updates as the home was being built and our questions were answered promptly. Overall we are very satisfied with our Lennar home.

Cheryl and Jarrod are awesome. They helped from start to finish and made the experience great. The communication from everyone at Lennar was very timely and always kept us appraised on the progress. My only wish (and I understand why not) was that we could have changed a couple of things and also had the lower level finished before moving in. I would highly recommend Lennar to anyone.

My wife and I purchased our new home and from the first contact until we moved in the Lennar folks have been great. They are responsive, knowledgable, and willing to do what it takes to make our home look its best.
