Very satisfied with all the people who help us to achieve our dream with this new home

Slowly finding minor issues and shortcuts that the builders took. I,e., homes don’t have ANY storage space, electrical sockets cutout too big- tried to patch up. Paint patch ups are different colors. Silicone and paint mess ups. Trash wasn’t picked up out of heard before grading and layers of grass put out.

The Sales and the Mortgage agents kept good communication through out the Process. Paperwork was mostly on the Computer, including closing. No issues at all. The house itself is really good quality and perfect design for my family of four. Really love my new Home

The Lennar team is 10 stars. Great customer service from their sales team to their customer service team that made sure our home was ready for move in. I only have 1 issues. I believe everyone can agree to it as well. The paint is terrible. One layer of cheap paint. You barely touch it and you see the yellow from the base. Charge us an extra $1000 on the home and give us quality. Everything else is quality, but the paint.

We are enjoying our new home by Lennar. The buying experience went smoothly.

Building was done per schedule. We were given all of the information we requested and had all questions answered during both walkthroughs. Issue were fixed immediately.

Good construction and innovation. More spaces in rooms ,large Windows..

The experience overall has been great. Some warrantee work has been slow but not to bad. The house is great and we love it.

Lennar's Customer service, on site staff and thorough organizational follow through has has proven to be their greatest asset. Add to that a well built home that I would gladly recommend.

The builders were very communicative and kept me updated on the progress and steps from time to time.

Everything included feature is awesome. Saved so much money on appliances, blinds, and more! Thank you :)

Great experience from the time we put down a deposit until we closed.

This was my first time buying a home and Lennar made everything really easy. Lots of touch points to keep me in the loop and now that I have moved in, they have been really quick to address any issues that I have had. Would definitely recommend.

My wife and I have been satisfied overall with the quality of our home and the homebuying experience was straightforward with the help of our realtor.

The everything included tagline is a bit misleading. Everything included to me means everything is included like washing machine, clothes dryer, window coverings, water softeners, deck or patio. Things are included and I’ll have a significant price tag. Sounds like in other states Lennar EI includes all of these things. Why not in Minnesota?

That staff shines brightest from the sale to support. Unfortunately, the quality of the home isn’t as good as the quality of the Lennar team. I’ve had to open multiple tickets within a few months of living here and even opened a separate ticket due to workers ruining my grass from repairs done on settlement in the driveway. My biggest issue is with the “high efficiency” toilets they’ve installed. They use little water that I’ve had to plunge them 12 times!! Overall, I’m pretty satisfied with the purchase of my new home.

Many things had to be redone because of poor quality. Should concentrate on DOING IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME!

GREAT QUALITY BUILDER WITH EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. ANY AFTER MOVE-IN ISSUES: RESPONSE TIME WAS WITHIN THE DAY. ANY BUILDER ISSUES WERE RESOLVED WITHIN 24-48 HOUR TIMELINE.
