This is my 2nd Lennar property and the highlight of this time around buying experience was the NHC David. He was very informative, responsive and helpful throughout the whole process!

Wow what a great experience buying and living here! The most responsive and responsible group ever; Lori the sales agent and Scott the building supervisor are totally awesome. Very nice house equipped with the latest generation of gadgets. The plan is very livable and sensible. Love it so much will be buying at another Lennar community. Highly, highly recommended.

I was wary of buying a house in this market because of previous negative experiences with other builders. The Lennar team completely changed my attitude for the better. From the initial appointment, I was given all the information needed to make a conscious decision. They were able to help me find a home in my budget with nearly everything on my wishlist and in the perfect location. Once building began, the project manager stayed on top of everything and kept me abreast when covid delayed the process (mostly materials). We only missed the initial closing date by a few weeks. I’m very satisfied with the home buying process. The quality of the house is great.

Wish Lennar build sturdy master bathroom, give little more room in Garage to keep few items, give kitchen exhaust fan & gutters. Could have offered at least as optional items. Other than these still Lennar is BEST in market with other competitors in this price range. Yes I would buy a home again and recommend to others.

I just wish brick was used on the house.

Overall I’m very satisfied with my home. Probably could have used a few more weeks to complete the home to better standards.

Everything works well except the faucets leak. The Careteam still working on them. It’s been three times and haven’t solved the problems.

No one beats Lennar when it comes to customer service. I take this opportunity to thank Bobby for his prompt response to any issues or questions I have. He definitely makes my Lennar experience great.

Overall a pretty good experience. The home price feels fair for todays market. I have spotted some minor construction issues, but they have always been quick on warranty repairs. Overall construction seems solid. The process of buying the home was easier than I expected from the stories I have always heard about buying a home.

Only draw back was unable to make small modification during build that could have saved money having to do after home was completed. Running a 220 v line for an electric dryer before walls were closed up. Willing to pay for it but could not do it.

We were happy to finally be in our home after the exhausting process. There were still issues that took some time to resolve. Lennar is a good company but some of the companies they have to use are sub par. The people who installed the washer and dryer were completely incompetent. Hooked us the waterlines backwards and failed to vent the dryer plus they banged up the wall bringing them in.

This is a serious company, reliable and make my an happy homeowner
